Had two different addresses on same street supplied, waited at wrong one..finally got email .. name of agency should have been provided with address as it was right across the street from where we were. We walked to next block searching for wrong address. Fortunately it all worked out as the guide had not gone in with the group as yet... 15-20 minutes past the 9 am start time

This a great service ! Besides that they were very helpful with several administrative issues due to covid and changes the tour date (requested by us), the entire overall service and quality is on the top! Bravo! And many thanks to the entire involved team. And plus, The guide very professional, useful and very pleasant ! Many thanks!

Good overall tour. The leader was efficient and was personable. I believe this person could add some more detail in the presentation but that is minor. It isn’t the easiest of venues to work in, for sure. The day was a good one; so no major complaints.

At first we waited and I thought the group was too big (20?), but we got head sets so that we could hear our awesome guide, Jordi. He was so knowledgeable and enthusiastic. He passed along so much information that helped me understand the history and emblemism! As a Barcelonian, he was able to share his own viewpoint on how special this ongoing project is!

We were asked to be at the meeting point by 13:45 for a 14:00 tour. The guide arrived after us and proceeded to do admin. This meant that we stood in the sun for 45 minutes before entering the Sagrada Familia. However, from there on the guide was excellent, and interesting. And of course, the attraction was breathtakingly beautiful.

If you’re fortunate enough to get Georgie as your guide, you’ll be in good hands. The tour was very well organized. It’s important to purchase the “skip the line” option, long wait otherwise. You start from the museum then move on to the church and a few stops to see the facade. It’s quite an experience. Our tour guide was outstanding and made the tour interesting and fun at the same time. The communication before the tour was very good as well. I would recommend this tour for anyone considering visiting Sagrada Familia. Please note; if it rains the day before or the day of the tour, the Towers will be cancelled.

It was a nice experience. The guide was nice, she gave us the basic informations, for me it was enough. It's good to go early to first entry, there wasn't lot of people. sadly it was rainy and stormy this day, so we wasn't able to go to the tower, but after the refund ask I recived money of tower entry back quickly so no problem.

It was a great, very informative & beautiful tour of the Sagrada Familia & Towers. We met at Julia’s Travel, broke down into small groups of about 20 people & took off to a quiet spot where we were given the historical background of the Sagrada. We were then taken to the East side, received our handsets with ear pieces & given great detail about the significance of the east & west sides with all the carvings & statues. Inside, our guide again stopped in great locations detailing how the light comes in through the stained glass. We were never hurried, lots of time for pictures & at the very end we were on our own to go up the tower. Make sure you have some one euro coins for the lockers as they don’t allow backpacks or large purses to go up the tower. The elevator that takes you up is small & the area at the top & coming down the winding steps is quite narrow, so backpacks & purses will hinder yours & others movements. Well worth it as you don’t stand in line for hours

Sagrada Familia is such an incredibly beautiful place and our tour guide, Juan, did a great job teaching us the history and explaining all of the intricate design elements. We went up in one of the towers at the end, which offered some great views of the city, but I wouldn't say it's a must do. Overall, a great experience!

If you can't see but one thing on your visit to Barcelona, this is it. Our guide was very knowledgeable about the history of the cathedral. It is spectacular. The view from the towers was breathtaking, but do heed the warning - it is 450 steps down a narrow spiral staircase. And totally worth it!
