Food on the board

Hungry during the cruise? No worries! We have a variety of street food options available on our ship, including paninis, chips, donuts, and peanuts. If you have a sweet tooth, we also have delicious desserts to satisfy your cravings.

It is a cruise without audio guide, but it is the best value for the money. I recomend to take this tour after you check and see all the building by foot and to pay attention on the cruise on the mail buildings such as Parlament, Buda castle, Fishermans bastiona, Gelert Hill and the Citadela. Also, is is very beautifull to cruise under the main Budapest bridges such as Chain bridge, Elizabet bridge and the Margits bridge.

What is included in activity

• 70 minutes Sightseeing Tour

What is not included

• Transfer

What places you will see

• Elisabeth Bridge – The Departure of the tour. The first rarity is the St. Gellert Monument on the opposite side on the Gellért Hil
• Chain Bridge – This unique looking construction was the first, permanent stone bridge, that connected the two towns Buda and Pest
• Margaret Bridge – Right after the Chain Bridge the second place belongs to Margaret Bridge, which is the second permanent stone bridge of Budapest and only 20 years younger than its ancestor
• Liberty Bridge – Originally called Fővám Square Bridge after the place the bridge is ending. At Buda side, you reach the Gellért Hill and Hotel Gellért with one of the famous thermal baths of Budapest
• Petőfi Bridge – Originally built in 1933, but in WW II. it was blown up by German soldiers and had to be rebuilt after 1952
• Rákóczi Bridge – The most southern bridge of Budapest, where our tour and the ship turns back to the dock. This bridge was built for a World exhibition, that remained planned at the end, however, this bridge became very necessary to discharge the Petőfi bridge
• The Castle District: Along with the Bazaar Gardens the castle is located at top of the hills of Buda and it takes a truly breath-taking landmark by night
• The House of Parliament: Considerably one of the most beautiful government buildings in the world
• Gellért Hill: Emerging at the foot of Elisabeth Bridge, Gellért Hill is amongst the most visited spots of the capital, due to the amazing view

The boat trip was very cheap and for 70 mins I found this good value. There was loud music playing and a bar selling alcohol, cocktails, soft drinks, as well as pizza. I would recommend this trip, but NOT to families. The boat was full of groups of men and stag do’s who were loud and lively. I feel it would not be appropriate for a family trip. But it was a great ride and a way to see the sights

Nice trip, beautiful day, very peaceful aboard the boat and a lovely way to see the city (and out of the blazing June sun!). The drinks were also very appreciated (one free fruity juice drink per person).

Good price if you want to get a good overview of Budapest from the river. The audio was lagging a bit but overall it was a pleasant experience!

The views and time were wonderful! You have inside and outside seating, your choice. We sat outside. There weren't enough speakers or the volume was low. So, we couldn't hear the tour narration. Apart from that, all was good.

Quite a big boat, however alot smaller than some going up & down the Danube. Easy boarding, drink of Lemonade awaited us. Managed to get a seat upstairs to get the best views, went all the way up as far as Margaret Island & down to Gellert Baths. Great to see everything lit up. For the price you can't go wrong

At first we thought we wouldn't all fit on the boat because it was so full. We couldn't sit upstairs, but we could sit downstairs at the table, where the chairs were much better anyway. Also, we could rotate the chairs and you could open the windows downstairs so you could see everything great. It was an absolutely beautiful ride and the time (9pm) was perfect.
