We enjoyed the guide being upbeat but a little over bearing. We thought we’d at least have lunch as a family alone but she stayed. No water in car as offered.
Gemma
An original way to get to know the surroundings of Budapest, Szentendre and the banks of the Danube.

Tamas was superb! He is one of the best tour guides ever. Not only did he provide snacks and beverages, he also provided a detailed and fact-filled narrative addressing all the sights we saw. He gave us free time and flexibility and lots of answers to our many questions. Overall an outstanding experience from start to finish. We had great conversation and we enjoyed his company. His sense of humor is excellent and we had a terrific day!!!
Christiane
Super friendly and helpful people on site, we were provided with everything we needed, the bikes (e-bikes, great quality!!!) were adjusted on site and everything was explained patiently! We were given information about the route and boat connections, everything was very friendly and returning the bikes was no problem at all!!! All in all, highly recommended!!!

This excursion and the description provided are not good value for money in any case. You might as well have hired a car, as it only included a scoop of ice cream or coffee or langos, no wine tasting or lunch, although there are green ticks in the program offer. We were very disappointed, especially as the price is not justified. The guide was great and tried to solve this problem, but unfortunately without success, as it was apparently not included in the price.

We had a real, very good Guide and he explained everything very well, 1000 percent recommended and above all a great human being called KINGA

I genuinely enjoyed my day; the views were amazing! The only downside was that everything felt a bit rushed. We had three stops, and I didn't have enough time to explore everything properly. Make sure to have cash on you, preferably in euros. I had the best lunch of my life, and it was incredibly cheap! It was a long day, but definitely very memorable.
John P.
My trip was excellent. The tour guide was very nice and had a lot of knowledge. I recommend it very much.

We thoroughly enjoyed our half-day private tour in Szentendre, Hungary. The town’s picturesque streets are adorned with Serbian architecture, and it’s a haven for unique handmade items that you won’t find in typical souvenir shops. Our guide, Sofia, was not only knowledgeable but also made the experience fun and memorable. Highly recommended!
Carmen S.
I had a great time. Our driver was very knowledgeable about the city
Lucille M.
Driver was really pleasant and polite We could relax and see the sights and we were informed of important historical or cultural sights We didn’t feel rushed at all and we were taken to an interesting lunch venue with great food Well worth the money !

Great day with our guide Vera. It would have been better to have lunch and spend more time in Szentendre.
Reychal
We had a great tour! It was so insightful and relaxing. We saw everything we wanted to see and learned so much about the city.
Louise
We really loved riding bikes beside the Danube. The instructions we were given by the bike hire shop were clear and easy to follow.

Everything was perfect. We really liked the guide, Tamas, who gave us a summary of Hungarian history and was very attentive and helpful throughout. He showed great knowledge of history and had an excellent memory. As well as being a great guide, he was also very good company. It was a very interesting tour. Not to be missed!
Christine
Gabor was excellent in his verbal presentation of areas we ventured to including history. We enjoyed luxury car ride, coffee and ice cream.
Tanja
We rented e-bikes for the tour and took the train back, which worked absolutely smoothly. We got the train tickets for the return journey straight away and we were super happy with the e-bikes. The tour to Szentendre is really nice and varied and we really enjoyed it. The place itself is of course quite touristy but still worth a trip. The town is really beautiful and has a very special charm - we had a nice meal there and the many small shops are also worthwhile. In addition to the map that we got from the very friendly bike shop owner, we also used a bike app with the corresponding tour on our cell phone, which we would recommend, especially for the first third of the route. Price/performance was top for us.
Gloria B.
Very beautiful “bend”! Our guide Tamas from the Bend community, is quite knowledgeable in history and geo. And be aware: his humor in a peaceful face. We enjoyed the tour. Bryan

We missed the buffet on the boat, but otherwise everything was fine.

Amazing views all the way from Budapest to the end, Visegrád is and amazing city with lots of nice actives and adventure, totally recommend 👌

The transport was very good. Shame there was no guide on board the boat telling you briefly about things. Enjoyed the day and walk up to the castle.

We were lucky enough to experience the day tour from Budapest with Eva as our guide, and it was absolutely fantastic! Eva impressed us with her warm personality, deep knowledge, and great sense of humor. She brought history to life with engaging stories and fascinating facts that gave us a deeper appreciation for the region around Esztergom, Visegrád, and Szentendre. What truly stood out was how attentive and caring Eva was throughout the day. She made sure everyone felt included (speaking in English and Spanish), was always happy to answer questions, and managed the group with ease and professionalism. The tour was well-organized, with perfectly timed stops and just the right balance between guided insights and free time. We highly recommend this tour to anyone wanting to explore more of Hungary beyond Budapest, and if you can, definitely ask for Eva as your guide. She’ll turn your day into something truly special.
