Exploring Istanbul from land alone is not enough — we invite you to set off on a cruise along the Golden Horn and the Bosphorus to discover the city from the water.

What to Expect
The journey begins along the Golden Horn, where you will see buildings from the Byzantine and Ottoman eras, the hill of the famous writer Pierre Loti, and the majestically rising Süleymaniye Mosque. Along the Bosphorus, you will enjoy views of Dolmabahçe Palace, where the first President of the Turkish Republic spent his final hours. You will also admire the Ortaköy Mosque and Çırağan Palace. Our guide will tell you what makes these magnificent palaces and mosques so famous, and as you pass the Maiden’s Tower, will share the legend of its origin.

During the excursion, we offer a chance to get closer to Turkish traditions and enjoy a lunch of national cuisine. The menu includes lentil soup, baked chicken or grilled meat patties, rice or potatoes as a side, and Turkish sweets for dessert.

Everything went perfectly! I was worried that without mobile service during my stay in Istanbul it would be difficult to communicate, but all requests were accommodated, and communication was handled via messaging with both the staff who booked the tour and the driver providing the transfer in a comfortable Mercedes minibus. The excursion itself was very interesting. there was a stop in a scenic spot for a short walk, and we got very close to the Maiden’s Tower. Overall, it was excellent! :)

The tour was very enjoyable. Hotel transfer and organized boarding were well arranged. In December it was a combined tour conducted in two languages — English and another language. The interpreter was very professional and shared even more interesting details and insights about the city. The lunch was tasty and filling enough to keep you satisfied for at least half a day. There was also half an hour of free time to walk around the Asian side of Istanbul. The city views are beautiful both in sunny and cloudy weather. If you have three hours available, I highly recommend this tour. Special thanks to the interpreters — they explain everything clearly and handle organizational matters very well.
