The visit to Auschwitz was hauntingly memorable. The guide was pleasant and the transportation to and from the place comfortable. Time was limited, which was a pity, because the exhibitions had to be toured at a fast pace, which is why I didn't have time to go through everything. The place itself definitely left a lasting impression on the spiritual level.

The coach was so easy and convenient- the pick up point is central and easy to find. The coach gave us plenty of time in each camp and clear instructions on entry and pick up. The journey is around an hour and a half- the hometime traffic around 5 was busy and slow. Some guests were disappointed that there wasnt a guide- there are plenty other tours you can book with this option. This tour allowed us to explore at our own pace, read the information and use the guidebook. As someone who has visited before this was perfect. I would recommend a guided tour for people unfamiliar with the history and stories of auschwitz- it is such a fascinating, haunting and educational place and there is so much to learn of the atrocities.

I don’t know how to review a place like this so I am only reviewing our wonderful tourguide. He was very polite and helpful with all our questions. He gave useful information during the ride. We felt absolutely comfortable and safe with him. Thank you so much Paul!

Everything was very well-organised - we got picked up from Krakow on time and the tour guide was super friendly, very welcoming and very knowledgable. He was full of interesting facts about Polish history, landmarks and Auschwitz. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone wanting to visit Auschwitz and learn about the history.

If I could give a higher score I would. The experience and service this company provided was outstanding. From booking online to the collection on the day was flawless. We received regular updates about our booking and always had piece of mind. On the day of our pick up we were a bit worried that we may not have been in the right place. We called the number provided and had a response within seconds to reassure us that we were in the right place and that our driver would be there soon. I have to say as well that the highlight to the whole booking was our pick up driver called Chris. He went through our entire day with us and although our activity was a non-guided tour, he provided all of us with a tour guide (and asked we returned it after) and pointed out all the ""key places"" to visit. He essentially acted as a mini tour guide and helped us with everything, very friendly and could not have been any more helpful. Easiest way to describe would be a LEGEND

Great tour -- so glad we booked with this company! We went to Birkenau first, then Auschwitz I, staying at both for about 2 hours a piece, which was an appropriate amount of time. The guide provided useful tips for navigating the sites and an extremely valuable printed guidebook, then he let us explore independently -- which was just our speed. The bus was brand new and very comfortable; the guide showed a brief documentary on the drive out to prepare everyone for the visit. Everything was smooth, as expected, and a great value. We would absolutely book with this tour company again. Thanks for a great experience!

Pavel picked us up straight from our accommodation and drove us to Auschwitz while describing the history of different parts of the route to us. He was very informative and easy to chat with. He also helped us find a good route to explore Auschwitz 1 & 2.

This tour was perfect! Transfer and tickets were included but not tour guide. This was perfect for me as I could look around at my own pace rather than being directed. Our host was very informative and pointed out significant places on our journey there. He was very friendly and helpful if we needed anything at all! Was a really pleasant experience and I would recommend to anyone. I felt that we had enough time to look round each place without having too little or too much time. Our guide also gave pointers and routes to which were the better ways to visit. Thank you!

Despite the circumstances of the entire Nazi regime and the crimes they committed seen in this tour, then entire trip was an eye opening experience and tour itself did it justice! Definitely recommend this tour to anyone that wishes to have a self guided experience of the camps. Much preferred having our own time to explore the camps than a guided tour as this would have taken far longer and aspects would have been missed. Definitely recommend this tour to anyone that wishes to visit such a horrific place, which is a sobering experience.

We had our tour with Paul and he was so helpful and knowledgeable about auschwitz and the war. He showed us lots of important landmarks and told us about inspirational people who helped in the liberation of auschwitz. He was polite, happy and willing to deal with any queries!

We had a great time. Our driver Chris was really nice and very helpful. Even though We didn’t have a guide when he gave us guide book he helped us by marking the most important places we should see in auschwitz. He was willing to answer all our questions on our way back and explain things that we saw and didn’t understand. Totally recommend this.
