Pass by the Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame, the Louvre, the National Assembly, and Pont Neuf as you sail by. Start with a substantial appetizer, select your main course, and finish with a typical dessert. After your touring journey, return to the starting point.

For 6:45 PM sailing: Seared salmon and leek compote served with a grain crisp

For 9:15 PM sailing: Choice of:

• Seared sea scallops with leek compote and shellfish jus
• Lightly cooked foie gras, grape compote, and orange marmalade with pecan financier
• vegetarian cream of red kuri squash, chestnuts, and roasted squash seeds

Main course

For both departures, choice of:

• Suprême of young guinea hen served with mashed potatoes, fricassee of local mushrooms with vin jaune sauce
• Fillet of sea bream with parsnip mousseline and honey-roasted carrots with thyme
• Steak served with shiitake mushrooms and a small cauliflower soufflé (+€9)
• Vegetarian polenta served with truffles and a seasonal vegetable medley

• L’instant by Paris seine (mini chocolate/cheesecake finger cake) or pear and chocolate crumble
