The location is easily accessible from Central Station. You can take the ferry F3 Buiksloterweg behind the Central Station. From the ferry, you walk immediately to the left towards the A'dam Tower (the tower with the swing on the roof). Boat clean. Audio guide didn't work for 3 people in our group, so no operating error. Since we speak English and the captain articulated well, that was ok. But that's not the point - not everyone can speak English. It also requires a cell phone, which is not mentioned anywhere. Audio guide doesn't mean that you have to constantly hold your cell phone to your ear and your arm becomes paralyzed. We started with headphones. In addition, the labeling could be better. Hop on hop off is not the same as canal cruising. Luckily we were in the correct queue, although it wasn't immediately obvious.

Overall good experience. The captain and the staff on board were very nice and friendly. The historical information provided by the commander is interesting. The possibility of using the audio guide directly from your smartphone in the desired language is positive. Journey of approximately one hour with the possibility of ending the tour at the central station instead of at the boarding point. The only sore point was the weather situation, we took the tour in the rain, but indoors and in the heat.

The meeting point is on the side where the AdamTower is, so behind the train station you take the free ferry (which runs every 3 minutes) and then you have about a 2-minute walk. Check-in was quick and easy, the free audio guide was also good, the app still had to be downloaded but the skipper provided help with this. The trip itself was great and informative. Clear recommendation!!
