At times we struggled to hear the guide as it was very busy with other guides talking. It would have been helpful to have had audio devices to better hear the commentary. Otherwise, our guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. I'm not sure that a 90 minute tour was sufficient as there was so much to cover.

The tour from Leah was excellent. She was very informative and helpful. The information about Van Gogh’s life was fascinating and I much preferred listening to Leah chatting to an audio commentary. I learned new aspects of his life I hadn’t appreciated. Her perspective on his mental health was interesting too considering her own knowledge of psychology. The hiccup at the start of the tour was unfortunate and well handled by her. Our delayed start was a bit frustrating at first but resolved quickly. It would been nicer if the museum staff could have allowed us to wait inside the group entrance as it was chilly waiting outside. Unfortunately due to the delay I was unable to wander around the museum after the tour as I had to meet my husband at an agreed time. As said before the hiccup was not Leah’s fault, but the museum could have made us more welcome.

The meeting was scheduled for 2 o'clock, but I confirmed the meeting place early and went there early, and they let me in for the 12:30 session. I was able to go around efficiently. I was able to appreciate the exhibition while following Van Gogh's era and hearing stories. It was fun.
