Discover Budapest Using the Tramway 2, with food tasting
"Budapest Tramway 2 tour" takes place in the mind-blowing center of the Pest side of the city, listed among the Unesco World Heritage Sites.
We'll follow and sometimes use the Tram 2, listed by National Geographic as one of the 10 best lines in the world.
We discuss Hungarian History, the building of Budapest, the Hungarian mentality, what to do, and what not to do, all in good spirits and while having fun.
We visit the Central Market of Pest, walk in the streets of the city center, follow the Danube banks using the tramway, pass by the Liberty and Chain Bridges, Parliament (no indoor visit), and spot the castle District of Buda and the Liberty Statue.
Depending on the day, time, and period of the year, the tour might include a visit to the Budapest Xmas market.
The tour starts in front of the Balna Cultural Center, and ends in front of the Parliament, from where I am happy to give directions and/ or provide a self-guided itinerary for a visit of the Castle district.
