The wheels were in good, well-maintained condition. There were no helmets (unfortunately no gloves either as it was very cold). The office staff was friendly. Everything was ok up to this point. However, the guide seemed at least tired, if not "slightly exhausted", and this continued throughout the tour. All in all, not a failure, but definitely not a highlight in terms of form.
Our guide, Balint (apologies if I've spelt this wrong) was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and interesting. Took us all around the city. I would highly recommend this particular tour as I found it great value for a three hour guided tour on e bikes.
The 3-hour e-bike tour took us to interesting sights on both sides of Budapest that we would have struggled to reach on foot. Our extremely attentive tour guide Andy told us the history of the individual sights in a very informative way. Overall, a very successful tour.
