Budapest New Years Eve Cruise in 2023

Easy to find meeting point through the app. Outside the building there is a sign indicating the meeting point. I went in and they gave me tickets for the tour. At 3.30 pm our guide arrives and accompanies us to the pier for departure. A beautiful 1 and a half hour tour that reaches the last bridge. We booked this event on line for my birthday. We were pleased we booked it before we travelled, it worked perfectly. We had a lovely evening, the beers were nice and we had a bottle of fizz. The music was great and the guys came round asking for requests. Would highly recommend this evening. The sights along the river at night are fantastic.

The show was beautiful but the dinner was a bit slow, the courses never arrived. In addition to the goulash soup we had two other main dishes but they were not exceptional: the very fatty goulash and the cod a bit small and with few ingredients, nothing extraordinary. Passion fruit juice is good but it is absurd that with such an expense you have to add more money. The talented musicians and the exciting show, we will repeat it without dinner.

We had booked a driver from and to our hotel, perfect solution when it finishes late. The lights and monuments were amazing, and we could take very beautiful pictures. The boat is quite long and you can circle all around on the deck and sit if you want to rest, outside or inside. The Hungarian orchestra is lovely too. A wonderful night!

The price-experience relation is just right. We had a great time. Just the fact of being in a cruise at the danube is charming, on top of that, the staff members are polite and the entertainment is fun. The views are amazing if the weather is right. The food presentation is good, and the taste is fine, don't expect outstanding cuisine though.

We had a great time. The Show was fantastic. The singer has a beautiful voice and George is a fantastic player as his piano partner. The food could be slightly improved on the taste. Wine selection included in the package was good and the service was very good. Our waiters were very kind. I would do it again!

wonderful music and view, food ok, service ok. We paid 30 extra euros to have a table by the window but in the piano Battle room all tables are by the window so we were really upset about this. Also, people who book a 2 courses dinner are served food only after 6 courses people have finished their first two courses, which means you can get really hangry.

Great views and a very nice, chilled atmosphere. Going in November we knew the top deck was going to be cold, but it is freezing!! Make sure to layer up! All other decks were cosy and warm. The staff were super helpful and always kept our glasses topped up. Overall a lovely and very worthwhile cruise!
