Customer reviews of tours in Hungary

loved the tour, our guide Ezsti was informative and friendly, would highly recommend this tour.

The tour was great, and the food and the additional information we received about Hungary and Budapest were excellent. Kitti, our guide, was super cool; she even gave us some tips for the evening.

Agnes was an amazing tour guide and we had a great evening exploring Budapest and trying local cuisine!

Kitti was an amazing tour guide! This was my first ever food tasting tour and I’m so happy that I went there. She was very knowledgeable and passionate about what she’s doing. We tried quite a few different meals. It’s a very good value for money.

We had an amazing food tour in Budapest with Nika, and I can’t recommend it enough. The tour was delicious and beautiful, and Nika was incredibly kind, professional, and pleasant throughout the entire experience. She explained everything with patience, shared great tips and local recommendations, and did it all with a smile. Highly recommended!

Eszti is a great guide who clearly enjoys sharing the food heritage of her country with visitors. Her enthusiasm was contagious! She took the time to chat to each person before the tour started. Eszti explained the stories behind the food and drinks that were presented to us & took pride in her country's food heritage. The food was delicious, as were the drinks. Eszti was such a great ambassador for Budapest and Hungary. Thank you Eszti, I had such a wonderful time on the tour.

The tour was great, stopped at lovely places to eat, learnt about local history whilst having some great food. The tour guide was engaging and able to answer all the questions we had and make recommendations for places to eat.

Estzi was a great guide, friendly, fun and pleasant, she took us to traditional places while telling us all about them from a local perspective, with both culture and history perspectives while keeping it updated with nowadays. I had a lot of fun and the food was great as well!

We got a lot of impressions. It was super interesting. Gabor Glasner is a great tour guide! Highly recommended. He's super friendly and knows the city inside out!

Mr. Glasmer is a very good and friendly guide. We'd book with him again and again. It was great, and that was for a total of 3 tours. Thanks again for the great tours. Best regards

Great guide, great tour, super interesting neighborhood, and planned just right so you can see the beautiful lighting right after! Gabor came just for us, even though he was actually free. Still, he did the tour with us. Rarely had such a good guide Thanks a lot, Gabor!!! Totally recommend.

Gabor is a fantastic guide who tells a lot of exciting stories and knows the city and its history really well. The tour was really fun and interesting. The walk through the castle district is exciting and really nice.

The tour was nicely organized. Everything was explained simply and in detail, so you could understand the info even without much background knowledge.

The tour was awesome. I learned a lot about the area and was also able to ask a lot of questions. An absolute recommendation!

Loved the Thermal Spa - staff were great when I felt unwell, supported me and ensured I was ok later. Very busy though.

We had such a fun day at the Thermal Baths, it’s definitely a must do if you have a full day, and want to sit and relax. There are lots of different baths to choose from, and they all vary in temperature. Favourite thing about our holiday, and good price for it!

Our first time visiting the Baths and we loved it. It was a Friday afternoon so it was quite busy but we managed to find a lounger and have a dip in the pools. I would highly recommend getting a cabin, they were great for getting changed in and easy to leave your belongings. We didn’t make it to the Palinka Tour, however the baths are a must see in Budapest!

It was an enjoyable experience, there are many in-door pools of varying sizes to relax in. There are sauna's to detox the body an clean your skin, lovely architecture, food and drink is available at additional cost. The exterior pools are lovely and warm and relaxing with massaging jet streams of water and jacuzzi bubble functions. Great to experience days after sightseeing and just before returning home.

We loved our trip. very relaxing once we were in. A little confusing with 'picking up the tickets' as it's the same desk that you buy normal tickets from. All of the private cabins were in use when we got there so they offered a locker instead which was fine. need to take your own towel and flipflops as advised on the ticket info.

Super easy & straight forward if you follow the steps: go to cashier 3, present the tickets. We got the cabin which was great! I had read the review so packed the following: - swimming gear - flip flops - towels - sunscreen - water (you can refill it everywhere) Swimming cap only needed in the big pool with lanes so didn’t bother. Easiest way to access is with the Metro - my 12 year old was able to easily navigate it! It is a few min walk from the entrance to the baths! There is a reasonably priced cafe. If you want to get some loungers, go early! We arrived at 11 mid august so busy day but no loungers/ chairs. It is a really fun experience! Beautiful architecture, lots of different temperatures baths, super clean! Bonus: everyone we met there spoke English - not to be taken for granted in Budapest!

The spas are relaxing after a morning of sightseeing . We did have an issue with our voucher . The number was already used and my name showed as being used that day already. The clerk believed me and worked to resolve ( it did take a good 30 mins of our planned spa time though

It was amazing. I had no issues when checking in. If you go at register 3 as they mention it works perfectly. I do recommend getting a cabin. For such a small amount it is worth it. I went straight from the train station with my luggage and it fit fine. Went on Sunday at 12, and it was alright, didn't feel too crowded. You can definitely spend a whole day, also they have food if you want to grab lunch/ dinner, as a vegetarian I was happy to see they have some veggie options as well. Also the palinka tour is lovely and the shot delicious, worth it!

A fabulous day spent at the Spa, the sun was shining and 27 deg C. Busier than usual as it was the weekend. A nice welcome break from the city, I spent about 6 hours here using all the facilities including the Massage suite, Beautiful and friendly people. I forgot the Palinker tour but had tried a few during the week. Thank you.

Easy to use ticket. Just exchanged it at the counter. Pools were nice and expansive. Went early in the morning as the pools fill up quickly. Once at the baths they also have beer baths upstairs that you can use for an extra 40-60 euros with free beer to drink. Also went to the Palinka museum afterwards. Short tour and a Glass of Palinka included. Enjoyable experience

A really good experience, the pools were so warm and when the sun was out - it was so nice to be outside in the fresh air! Great to have a cabin to change in and store clothes too. (it was only a few EUR more) The only negative thing was the queue to get the entrance wristband was huge and so it took about half an hour to get into the spa! It was a Sunday lunchtime, so maybe it was just a busy day? Would definitely recommend this though, so unique.

We had a lovely afternoon just chilling. The sauna was really hot but the steam room was just right. After flying and travelling on Friday afternoon and an early museum start on Saturday morning this was just the thing. Relax in warm waters and even have a drink if you like. I could have easily gone to sleep. We didn't book any treatments but they looked value for money.

We took this tour on our first day in Budapest. Judit was a great guide who took us to the main locations in the city (Pest side) and gave us lots of interesting historical information. She also ended the tour with restaurant recommendations (we went to two and really enjoyed both). Highly recommend this tour to learn more about Budapest to give context to your visit.

This was a really nice tour to help us acclimate to Budapest. Guide was informative, answered a lot of questions and provided some great recommendations for non touristy restaurants. Well done!

Really enjoyed the tour. Judith, our guide, was very knowledgeable and did an excellent job sharing historical knowledge of various sites. Highly recommend this tour.

A nice overview of some of the history of Budapest with some added fun facts along the way. Our guide Emmy was great.

Very lively, informative tour. Flavorful discussions that touch upon history, culture, different political events.

Rita was a very knowledgeable guide with a passion for the history of Budapest. Her positive energy and strong voice made for a great tour. Highly recommended

Lots of interesting history, traditions, and culture on this tour. Gary was terrific! He packed the 2-hours with fascinating stories and humor. He recommended we take your Buda Castle tour the following morning, and we weren’t disappointed by that one, either. Thanks.

Our guide told us he'd only been a registered guide for two months but he was great - informative and funny. We learned some of the history of the Hungarian people and saw a number of important sites on the Pest side of the city. We'll worth the time!

great to get a general view of Pest. The guide was very friendly and did a good job. We saw interesting places.

A very good program option in Budapest, the city is beautiful from the Danube, especially in the evening light. The cocktail was outstandingly good. I can recommend it!

Nice experience to see Budapest from a different perspective. Very rushed service though.

This was awesome! I think they even waited a few extra minutes to depart because we were running late. Great service, yummy drinks, and beautiful views. 10/10!

The itinerary is great, you can see everything important beautifully lit up. It was really crowded, but we managed to get a good spot. The drinks were better than expected.

The boat was nice and warm, the drinks warm and tasty. Comfortable seats and the glass was very clean!

Highly recommend this cruise. It’s great for sightseeing and you get three cocktails of your choice during the trip. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

The cocktails were well made and good. There was also a good choice of drinks. We did see the sunset and were able to take some great pictures. The staff were fun and chatty. I would recommend this cruise.

I highly recommend it to everyone, especially in the evening. It's a must-have during a visit to Budapest.

Worth it. Really nice pace along the river with the buildings all lit up and it was just really nice to see the architecture form another angle. Nice champagne. I’d make sure to go to the top to see everything and get a good view.

Very long waiting time for table service. Space inside too limited

Nice activity, definitely worth getting ahead of time as we skipped the whole line and got a drink. I would recommend getting there early to make sure you get a good view on the boat.

The value for money is great. The crew are super fun and polite and they are very helpful too. We enjoyed our time, danced to some good songs in our seats, and enjoyed being out of the cold for a while!

Really informative bicycle tour; easy ride; great way to see the key attractions in Budapest allowing one to figure out what to explore in more detail. Very friendly tour guide.

The guide Virgina was amazing! She was really friendly and had a lot of positiv energie!

Really good tour provided by Becker. Very knowledgeable guide. The tour was uphill in parts which I’d consider when booking.

Really enjoyed the evening tour in Budapest. Our tour guide Tamaz was fantastic and was able to cater the tour based on our interests and questions. Would recommend this tour 5 stars!!

Informative, interesting & funny. Because was a great guide, very knowledgeable and personable.

We made a city tour with our excellent guide Balint. Balint was a very cool guide, good to understand and with a lot of interesting information. We really enjoyed the tour and got a good overview of budapest! We would do this tour any time again.

The wrong address was given at the meeting point, the guide waited for us!! Super nice!

super great bike tour with Sophie. She explained everything in English and you understood it very well. The tour wasn't strenuous either, as there were always stops. All in all great and I would book it again in a heartbeat!!!

The trip was cool, but 5 hours in Szentendre is a bit too long, a waste of time.

Definitely worth it if you are looking for a fun half day trip! The town was so beautiful and had so many stores, we bought so many things to take home. There was some amazing restraints in town too. We went to Nobi, an amazing sushi and ramen restaurant!

Lovely village, well worth the trip. Boat faster coming back. I would have loved even longer than the 1.5 hrs in the village on the half day trip. Boat on time both journeys. Good value for money.

The boat was massively over crowded with people having to stand. Managed to get a seat at the back but right by the toilets, which let out an awful smell. We arrived half an hour prioe to start time ans the queue was huge. For this reason we ended up getting an uber back as we didn't want to bite into our time on the trip having to queue just to get a seat on the way back. Sventendre itself was absoloutely beautiful and would 100% recommend going.

Well this was an exceptional trip! We wish we had had the full day experience as there was so much to explore. We had booked on as a last minute idea after a disappointing experience at the spa. We were not disappointed. The boat was basic but for the price, I have no complaints. The trip itself was amazing and I absolutely want to go back on a future holiday! 10/10!

Great trip and friendly crew, but we think we should have booked the half day version as 5 hours was to long

Nice and comfortable boat. It has a covered upper deck with nice view, and a lower deck with big windows and climate controlled. The ship was on time.

The boarding locations were easy to find. The process for boarding at the return was a little chaotic.

The day trip was great, it was a very hot day but it was absolutely spectacular. we loved the small quaint town of Szentendre. All the main restaurants were packed with a long waiting time to order but we discovered a small restaurant and the food was fabulous. Some commentaries on the boat would have been great as we were first timers here in Hungary.

Wonderful trip to Szentendre, a quaint and clean touristy town. 3 hours was perfect to stroll, have a lunch, shop, and take in the town. The boat ride is simply transportation, no narration. Boat was older and worn, but clean and did the job. Would recommend the 1/2 day trip if you’re looking to fill some time outside the normal Budapest attractions.

The top deck is the place to be. The views were fantastic and highly recommended. The little town of Szentendre was dreamy and we enjoyed ourselves a lot. The enclosed area of the boat was very very warm.

Getting tickets was easy. Boats left on time. Pleasant journey. Advice was to get there early, which we did.

Great evening cruise the sights are fantastic, excellent value, the only thing to make it better would be commentary about what buildings we go past with a bit of there history

I liked it but there were not too many places upstairs and a part of the boat was half covered from the sides.

The views are priceless, the cruise is very pleasant, delicious welcome lemonade. The places that you manage to take the most determine the satisfaction with the cruise, because you can have a very poor view, or even the lack of it. The line to the dock has formed more than half an hour before the cruise, it is worth being in the first 30 people.

Make sure to go on a day that isn’t a holiday so that the Parliament building is actually lit up.

Excellent trip on the Danube, boat was very clean and modern, staff were helpful and informative, the trip lasted 1hr and 10 mins, sailed past the parliament building which was all lit up, went as far Margrit Island and back down past Buda castle again all lit up. This was our 2nd time in Budapest and this is definitely the best way to see the best sites, and they are very spectacular when viewed from the river at night. I would recommend this trip to anyone visiting Budapest for the first time.

It was on time and enough seating for everyone on board. The information was provided on over head tv screens which was useful since we did not have earphones to listen to the App version of the commentary. It was relaxing and the use of the on board bar was great.

Budapest at night was impressively beautiful, the great buildings and bridges with lighting were an experience.

Could be better if there were no weed smokers and sick people.. had a company behind us who always coughed and some people who smoked weed outdoors and the smell came inside all the time. I understand that people organizing this trip do not check people out or maybe don’t care. But would be better if there were a bit stricter rules regarding this. Had also stand a long queue to get on board when the ship was there already and I must mention that amount of people doesn’t make this trip pleasant when it is so packed. The only thing which was great and why we went on this sightseeing tour - is to see night Budapest from the river. The tour is amazing and it was really awesome view. The lights were reflecting all the buildings on the water and it was totally new experience to go under such big bridges. So in general I recommend this tour, but hope their management will fix such things in future and make it more satisfying

Lovely cruise seeing the city by night, it felt very special despite there being a large number of people. Only downside was that the tannoy system was not very loud so heard nothing of what was being said

Beautiful city, easy to walk with average fitness. Hop on hop of bus a must , book for 2 days much cheaper( only 5 euros more than 1 day). Don’t miss Margret Island , lovely to cycle around. River cruise day and night. So much to enjoy , Thermal bathes and New York Cafe.

Very good. We have seen the entire city illuminated. Some beautiful views.

It was nice to see Budapest from the boat and during the evening time, with all the lights. All my family enjoyed that. The possibility of small refreshment on the boat was fine (bufet), but it is not on all selected boats. 1 hour ride was sufficient in cold October weather.

Amazing tripo, everything was so perfect in the night, excellent views and very nice attention on the ship

All was perfect : service, tour, audioguide, agreament... Absolutly no regrets for this choice.

Cruise was amazing! Crew great! The only thing that happened to me was to find the seat on the first row right hand side wet and sticky! Luckily noticed that before seating and I had some paper tower to clean it.

Great evening cruise. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Good choice of drinks. Excellent views along the river, with an informative commentary. Great boat with clear views all the way round. Would definitely recommend this trip.

La historia no iba tan acorde a veces con el.paisaje, pero fue una hermosa experiencia. Y muy agradable el.personal. lo recomiendo 💯

Choose 17h slot, perfect timing for catching both daylight and sunset in October. Nice boat, perfect visibility from inside , plenty of space outside also. Nice refreshments included in price. Great stuff empowering total experience.

I really enjoyed the walk along the Danube. A comfortable boat, from any point of which everything is perfectly visible around. Suitable for walking in any weather.

A great ship. The upper deck is very comfortable. The staff is responsive and suggests some life hacks

A great boat with a panoramic view: you want it on the street, you want it on the second floor (the observation windows move left/ right, you want it on the first floor, everything is clean

An excursion definitely worth doing if you are in Budapest, seeing the city lit up by the Dunube has its charm. A great experience at an affordable price.

Nice trip back and forth alongside Budapest shoreline. We had the option to land on Margarete island, have a walk there and then using the same ticket board on a following boat and sail back to the starting dock 7.

Brilliant little audio tour, comfy seats and free drinks. What more could you want? Excellent value for money!

Cruise said "Margaret Island" but turned back before we got there. Felt like a bit of a con

Very pleasant journey, no matter if we could not stop to Margaret Island due to the lack of water in the Danube. Videoguide well done and drinks appreciated. Recommended

Drinks were too sweet, not refreshing, personnel was not very good (forgot to bring us drink). Stop at the Magritte island is a great touch (including guide in English)

Very pleasant cruise. It did what was advertised. Audio guide was easy to follow. Don’t know though if in this trip the boat was faster than usual because we have passed the sights being described when the audio guide would talk about it. We were looking back. The boat was very clean. The servers were very friendly.

Excellent boat quality. I recommend taking the tour just before sunset so that you see the monuments with daylight and also with the night lights on.

It was a very full trip on the Danube river and loop around Margaret Island, so just long enough to take everything in without getting too boring. The boat was fully covered so it’s very dependent on how clean they keep the glass for you to get good photos, but the advantage is you won’t have to worry about being cold in the winter. As soon as we departed, the audio guide played automatically and a crew member came around to get everyone’s drink order. I booked the 3:30PM time slot in November and it was PERFECT because it was golden hour and on the way back, the Parliament was fully lit up!

Friendly staff. We are lucky that there are not much people. Great view!

Better sync between the audio and the cruise route. Maybe a TV screen that shows an image of the site mentioned in the audio. Good!

Really informative , comfortable and a wonderful way to see the city.

Great! Unbelievable it costs as much as the big wheel, it worth every penny.

Friendly staff and the audio guide was very good, we could stay on St Margaret’s Island for a few hours and then we were picked up again.

It was amazing. Guide(Heaphones) was in many Languages and we got to learn a lot of information about different places in Budapest.

Doesn‘t have a narrated guide, its good for those who want nice views but no annoying guide.

The boat trip lasted two hours on the same route - this made it possible to have a more leisurely experience. It was also nice that the ride started at 7pm and then it soon got dusk and the lights of the city came into their own.

ride for those who want to rest. Not very informative, the sound of the recording is very low. But it fulfills its promise: it goes through the 6 bridges, explains about them, besides the main tourist attractions of the waterfront: castle, São Matias church, parliament, etc. Who will do the bus rides will not have much added.

We liked a lot this activity. It is a good value for money. The only thing need to be noticed by the managers is the quality of the music. The playlist is comsited of many different types of music, pop, then rock, then 80's soft music, then again pop, it kind drives you crazy and i think it downgrades the overall experience.

Everythings great. The only thing was that the ferry departed a bit late, and there was a long wait. However, the music and food were great. We hadn't expected such a high-quality experience for such a low price. It turned out to be one of the most entertaining evenings I've ever spent.

We (my wife and 2 children) found this to be a nice boat trip for the money. Relatively limited seating room on the open deck part of the boat. The commentary was recorded and disjointed at times. Quite a few of the passengers were on the lunch option (lower deck) or ordered drinks and snacks on our (upper) deck. If you don't want a lengthy cruise and you're content to just look out of the window and enjoy the view then it's great. Very relaxed experience.

Csabi very good and efficient in his job, he accompanied us upstairs to enjoy the view and made us feel very good

Good value for money, a beautiful ship, we had good seats as a group, good service and we would especially like to highlight the great live music.

Nice cruise, Csabi is the best and the view is amazing. Go for it, night light are beautiful, beer is good!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The night cruise is very interesting. Budapest at night looks wonderful from the perspective of the ship. Unfortunately the music is not heard on the terrace.

I use your service for the first time. I liked the price, the same tickets are sold twice as expensive at the pier. We were afraid not to find the place of departure and explain that we have an electronic ticket, because everything is very bad with English, and I had no connection , I took a screenshot of the destination, it contains the berth number and the carrier's company, the most important thing of course is to screen the CODE, everything went well, they approached the pier there are large signs with the berth number or a letter, we had BERTH number 3, next to the monument to shoes , the route is also in the application, if you look closely. we arrived early 40 minutes before departure, we started launching 15 minutes before departure, it’s better to come up like this if you want to take places on an open holly, the waiter at the entrance reads your code from the phone and everything;) we bought without champagne) for beautiful photos, buy a ticket with it;) or you can buy at

That a perfect fair for this money! We had live music with dances of profesional dancers. Ship is big and you can outside to enjoy the view. Other than this you have your table when you can enjoy the bar drinks and food. Really, for this price is PERFECT!

Daniel was the most tour guide, who went above and beyond to to make our tour around Budapest very informative, and enjoyable. We were able to take regular stops en route to take photos. We were given valuable advice on places to eat/drink, sightseeing, etc. We would highly recommend Daniel to anyone travelling to this wonderful place. Carole & Christine

We had a great day with our guide Daniel Herczeg!! He showed us all of the highlights that the beautiful city of Budapest has to offer. Including stopping for a delicious chimney cake on route-a must try when in Budapest!! He even gave us a list of reccomendations for some great local spots for food and drink as well. 10/10 would reccomend!!!

Excellent - From Start To Finish. Such informative tour, lovely hot drink supplied on a crisp cold day, took photos of me as I’m a lone traveller which I appreciated. Way better than commercial tours, makes it more personal and a great experience around Budapest.

Daniel was a great tour guide, really knowledgeable when it came to the history of Budapest. He was really obliging taking us to our chosen points of interest. Would highly recommend!

Daniel met me like an old friend in Budapest. He knows every corner very well. And he explains the history with so much passion. He also takes care of everything you need on te tour- including hot beverages, water, warm blankets and much more. The ride is totally worth every penny because Budapest is such a huge city and there can be so many tourist traps. But Daniel is the most genuine guide I have ever had and I would HIGHLY recommend booking his tour. Thanks Daniel for making me fall in love with Budapest!

Day 1 in Budapest we did this with Daniel, was amazing! He gave us so much history of the city & was such a nice guy. He took us round everything on our own to do list we knew we had to see. Also emailed me a list of recommendation local restaurants & other places to see. Really gave us our bearings for walking around, I’d thoroughly recommend this.

Brilliant tour love ever minute, the blankets and the hot fruit tea was a lovely thought as it was cold a rainy day , a great way to see all the sights but save your legs

Daniel Was a great guide with a lot of experience .He showed us the main sites in Budapest. We had plenty of time to stop for photos and the flask of tea and blankets were welcome.Having a tour by Tuk tuk is a good way to see all the main sites plus Daniel gave us lots of information about each location.I cannot rate him highly enough.

Really enjoyable and relaxing- great to see Budapest from the Danube

It was a fun outing. Since it was hot, we booked a boat ride for 8 p.m. We wanted to see the night lights. However, the lights came on a few minutes after we arrived.

It was amazing. I recomend it everything was fine and it was good trip!

It was a super fun boat ride! Got to see many pretty monuments and sightings

We took the five o'clock one and we were practically alone, which was to be expected but quite good. The route is quite comprehensive.

Beautiful cruise. Boat turns so doesn’t matter which side you sit on. We arrived 40 mins early and weren’t sure if the boat already there was actually our boat as there was a long queue. We discovered it was our boat when the boat was embarking - 30 mins before due time so go early or you might not get a seat outside. Inside there is a dining room serving drinks but views through the windows aren’t as clear as those positioned outside. No music just calm and relaxing.

We really enjoyed this, there was live traditional music and dancing and great drink options. Staff were very friendly and helpful, thank you!

It was a great experience. At end of June, 9pm start was just perfect to see all beautiful buildings lit up. The knly negative was the audio guide, used it jn Polish and it was a terrible AI voice with terrible pronunciation and mistakes. This should be better!

This cruise was one of the best. Very good views from the cruise and totally worth it. Also the cruise vendor was very good- very good host, treated well, pretty fancy, high end. Would definitely recommend this cruise company!

Great cruise around the Danube River. It was not overly crowded so we got to take great photos and videos.

The cruise actually lasts 90 minutes, so you see the whole city lit up and it's really worth it. Unfortunately, most of the seats are indoors; there are few seats outside, and they fill up quickly. Not suitable if you prefer to stay outside.

though we were there last minute they did wait for all 5 of us to get on board

Lots of fun Lots of foreigners Drink at 15 euros Pissed and vomited water There is a lot of gnagna So 100% recommended

Excessively expensive party. All drinks 15 euros. Pool water full of pee and even some vomit. But I highly recommend this unique experience. The party is scary. 10 ++

Mind blowing, music was gr8, lights, people sufficient drinks too... I had a blast

Really well organised. Better than we expected actually. No queuing which was good though it was probably a quieter time of year

Awesome experience and atmosphere! However, the building was undergoing renovation and part of it was closed off, which was not mentioned anywhere.

Incredible experience, lots of great people from all over the world!

Drinks were expensive and didn’t know how much money you had on your pay card.

An excellent experience. Carlos was extremely knowledgable and engaging. He was generous with the wines and we were there almost an hour longer than scheduled while we continued to chat and taste additional wines. The cheese selection was almost as good as the wine too! Next time a trip to some of the Hungarian wine regions will be on the agenda.

Really amazing guide, detailed and interesting explanation and rich conversation about Hungarian wine

Carlos was an excellent host with great knowledge of the country and its wines. Totally un pretentious so no need to be a wine expert to enjoy - but knowledgeable enough to entertain someone that can taste weird and wonderful things in a Cab Franc. We really appreciated this experience - thank you

Incredible activity! We learn a lot about Hungarian wines etc… When I come back to Budapest, I would do it again!

Such a beautiful experience! The wine tavern is really cute and easy to find. Our guide John was welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful. The wines were varied and had an interesting backstory & overall our experience was wonderful. Definitely recommend, the charcuterie board was a great touch too!

Amazing morning, excellent guide and really good wineries. Great hospitality with local producers!

Beautiful day in the country! Great wines, food and great company.

Loved the personal tour and guide. Seeing the boutique wine culture was a nice incite to the Hungarian culture.

The tour was great. We got to visit two wineries and sample different wines. Lunch followed and it was delicious. Would recommend!

We went 3 boutique wineries and at the 3rd were also fed. Juliana our guide talked about the history of Hungary as well as wine production over the years. The wine was varied and delicious. The food was also good. Juliana spoke good English. The tour did not reach out to me to confirm pickup so I called them and they confirmed. They picked up On time.

Overall the day was fun! Great to get out of the city for a short ride and see the countryside. The vineyards were very nice but you don’t really have the opportunity to tour the facilities, but we went during harvest. The hosts were warm and welcoming. The wine types were varied, and you have the opportunity to try different things. This region is less focused on reds but they have several ones to try. My suggestion is to also be specific about the request for food preferences as when informed they accommodated that well.

The tour was awsome from the minute we stepped into the bus. It was nice to visit three different locations, all very different from each other and all very enjoyable. Michael the tourguide was very professional and very funny and the small group got to know each other very easily, people from all over the world. Me and my five girlfriends from Iceland had a wonderful day and we can recomment this tour to everybody.

Very informal, no rush, nice people at both places. Everyone friendly.

We got to try amazing hungarian wines and had a lovely meal in the most stunning place one can imagine. Everyone was so friendly and we got very detailed information about budapest and the history of hungary and its wines. I can only recommene this experience for anyone who wants to learn more about hungary and its wines.

The tour was quite enjoyable. The wineries we visited were outside of Budapest, but not too far outside. Beautiful countryside. Our tour guide was fun and funny, while also very knowledgeable. The three wineries each produce very different wines. Across the three, a great variety of wines, maturity, and hope for the future of their products. So, it was a neat tour. The late lunch/early dinner at the last winery was great, traditional Hungarian fare, which was better that we expected. I would recommend the tour to others.

Amazing day with a funny and relaxed guide. Winery’s were cozy and great wines. Food was amazing and perfect with the wines.

Our guide, Peter was great! He was friendly and welcoming. He made us feel relaxed and comfortable. Peter enjoyed introducing us to the winemakers, he answering our questions and gave us an insight into winemaking in the region.

Loved the Palatinus baths! So clean! Changing facilities really good. Pools were gorgeous. Pool with the seats in was closed, bit disappointed about that and we weren’t forewarned. Overall it was fabulous and would return.

Clean pools and changing areas. Lots to keep different age groups entertained. Good value.

Great day out for my daughter on a hot day. She loved the wave pool but couldn’t get onto the water slides other than that great day

It was a great place to visit, for a day relaxing in the sun and going Unfortunately there's not enough sunbeds for everyone to enjoy. Also there is no payment with cash in any of the cafes so be prepared as you would need to go to reception and get a card then put money onto it. This is fine ic you are visiting again but we were not. Overall I would recommend as its a lively place and the baths are warm.in the pool.

excellent place to spend a few hours or the whole day. went with our teenager and he loved it! the slides topped it off but the wave pool, thermal pools and normal pools all great. excellent value for money.

we had never been to a thermal bath before and really enjoyed the experience. there was only one snack place open and lots were shut, which we would have preferred to have known about

Everything was ok. The facility is very well organised, the swimming pools are clean, the safety lockers are convenient to use and well distributed, the staff is efficient and helpful, the kiosks sell all kind of refreshments at a good price

It was really good we spent almost the whole day there when didn’t get bored

It was a real fun experience Love the thermal, the pools, the pool wave is a must if you go there The only downside is when you go down the yellow and orange slide there’s a wall in the end between them and sometimes you hit it because of how fast it gets and it can hurt Apart from that it was amazing and we would go back

Excellent guide, very knowledgeable, good language and suitable pace

The bicycles were good, the pace of the tour was just right. We really enjoyed the goulash and the restaurant was traditional and lovely. Most of all, our tour guide, was attentive, friendly, very informative and good-humoured throughout the tour. We felt safe on the roads at all times, and I would highly recommend this tour.

Kathi was a great guide, the food was delicious and the bikes were super comfortable.

had a really great time with some really interesting history, the tour guide really knew his stuff and spoke perfect english.

Four hours plus might seem a long-time cycling, but there is so much to see. We were able to see many interesting places and the guide was knowledgeable and spoke very good English.

Vielen herzlichen Dank.

The tour was very informative and I was able to learn a lot about Budapest! The bikes were in great condition! It was extremely hot but our tour guide was considerate and let us stop in the shade and take breaks periodically ! The beef goulash was delicious as well !

Very nice with a very good atmosphere but the price for the unlimited drink is a little high for the quality of the drink and the quantities to only manage to make it profitable

Of course, the people you are there with and the weather have to be right. Both were a 10/10 for us and so the boat tour was absolutely awesome! I can only recommend the flat rate! The club visit was also awesome. All in all, a successful event that I would definitely recommend.

I had read mixed reviews about this boat party so was a bit anxious but it was amazing! Luckily our boat didn’t feel too busy.. it was busy enough the dance floor was full and there were plenty of people but it took a few minutes to get a drink and go to the loo. We paid for the all inclusive package and it was definitely worth it! We were never without a drink. The boat moves slow so you hardly feel motion and up on the top is lovely still even with the music pumping.

Music top, drinks service only with 1 bar, much room for improvement

This is a great way to socialise and meet new people. We had so much fun we went twice!

Great experience! A top atmosphere with good music and the staff is really nice and totally crazy! That's what's good !

Honestly fantastic! Massive boat! Great unlimited drinks option that were pouring quadruple size shot drinks! Amazing views! Great vibe and free cloakrooms :)

Beautiful experience that allows you to see Budapest from another perspective

It was a great evening, but don't expect too much party atmosphere because the music isn't loud enough in my opinion. Many are there to meet other people, but overall very nice.

it was so much fun! everything was included, like mentioned, also a wardrobe for your jackets. after the boat tour there was a party shuttlebus to a club. woult totally recommend this tour!

Perfect plan for a before with friends before ending the evening in a nightclub in Budapest! To do and redo !

Had a really nice time but the drinks were tasteless and expensive also the photograph won't take your picture if you're there alone he only focus on groups or couples so that's a bit sad and not really nice

small group size was excellent. The food was well selected to represent Hungarian cuisine and each dish was delicious. Our guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. His English was very good too. We enjoyed our evening very much!

Our guide was really great. We were alone with him and we ate a lot. The gourmet tour is really top notch!

Great evening of food and conversation! Rudy was personable and fun to spend a few hours getting to know!

Rudi brought us to the best spots to try traditional hungarian favourites. He was very informative & fun to hang out with. The food was amazing too

Fantastic tour, highly recommended. Very tasty food, a lot of history, and good fun!
