The best ways to see the desert of Dubai are: dune bashing in a Land Cruiser, camelback, sandboarding, and the option to have a BBQ dinner and shows at a traditional Bedouin camp.

Ride into the desert in a 4x4 vehicle following your pickup in Dubai and enjoy this thrilling adventure with family and friends.

Stop to try sandboarding on the red dunes as well as dune bashing in a Land Cruiser.

At a Bedouin camp, you and your group can take pictures of the stunning sunset over the desert. Try henna painting in the evening and hop on a camel for a fun ride.

Watch a traditional Tanura show and belly dancing performance while relaxing at a Bedouin camp. At a barbecue dinner with Arabic coffee, fresh dates, falafel, and shawarma, savor the rich flavors of local cuisine.

"Wonderful experience from start to finish! From the time we were picked up at our hotel, we were greeted with such warmth and welcoming by our affable and knowledgeable tour guide, Taj. Taj took the time to brief us on each scheduled activity, answer all our questions, and offer useful tips on how to maximize each experience. We started off with the ATV ride through the desert, then procedeed to do dune bashing, sand surfing, and camel riding, all of which was such great fun for the whole family!! I especially loved the dune bashing and the ATV ride! However, if you are faint of heart, you may want to consider skipping out on the dune bashing, lol. To then cap what was already a fun-filled day, we had the pleasure of indulging at the BBQ buffet dinner while watching a show of beautiful traditional dance performances...just an overall delight!! In short, our day's agenda was perfectly planned and executed! I would definitely recommend this activity for anyone visiting Dubai! "

It was not as great as I was expecting. First of all, it was disappointing that we were not informed that so many things are chargeable. For example, the first stop was at a quad biking area where you had to pay 200 AED for 20 mins of biking - or else wait for 40 mins doing nothing. The sunset photo shoot was not included as during the sunset time we were inside the car going somewhere. Desert stop was nice but very crowded as there were more than 15 cars that made a stop there. Finally, the camel ride is literally 2 minutes and also in the dark cause it was after sunset. The dinner and show experience were overall of good quality but everything felt very "tourist trap"- even here , the "free henna" and "free shisha" were only free partially.. the food was tasty and there was a lot available. Show was enjoyable too.

Syed was an amazing guide, very friendly and gave us lots of information about the area during the drive. We weren’t sure whether to do the quad bikes but he assured us that it would be lots of fun, which it was. We’re so glad we did it. The camel ride was fun and the sand boarding was too. All in all it was a brilliant afternoon, finished off by watching the sunset. We would highly recommend this trip.

He went an extra mile to make me comfortable, he was very open for conversation and really told me everything about different places in dubai and where i can go to. He was very polite and jolly.
