Pick-Up & Drop-Off Conditions
• Our dispatch operates daily. Depending on the number of pick-ups and the routing, our operations team will pick you up between 30 to 60 minutes prior to the tour departure time.
• The vehicle may arrive at any time within this window, unless there are unavoidable circumstances such as traffic conditions, accidents, or other delays.
• The driver will wait a maximum of 5 minutes for each guest to avoid delaying other guests at subsequent pick-up locations.
• We encourage you to provide a local contact number or email address so our customer service team can reconfirm details and provide accurate information.
• For clients staying in Sharjah, Jebel Ali, or Ajman hotels, a supplement of $15 per person will be charged for pick-up.
Local Customs and General Conditions
• Smoking is prohibited in all our vehicles.
• Please ask for permission before photographing local residents.
• Photographing local women is not permitted.
• Schedules may change during the Holy Month of Ramadan. Please contact our representative for updates.
• Meals include food only; beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) are not included and will be charged based on consumption, payable directly on site.
