Dubai Boat Rides

The ride was good but felt it was a little over-crowded though the other guests were very nice people. The food was very disappointing, though the staff were absolutely amazing. The best part of the experience was the great staff who were very helpful in taking pictures etc.

We had the best time on our sunset cruise! Lots of drink and so much food!!! Excellent value and we thoroughly enjoyed it.

We ended up running up and down the marina trying to find the right place. No one was helpful and all kept sending us in the wrong directions. When we finally got there the lady tried to tell me the ticket was for the day before which was impossible as we booked on the day and the ticket clearly said that days date. Organised chaos.

Great hosts, flowing drinks and food.

What an amazing trip!! Barack and his crew (Chandra, Davan, Jaya, Niraj) were very welcoming and took very good care of us. The trip consisted of stopping off at various landmarks and the crew took soo many good pictures of us. The food was amazing, there was burgers, hot dogs and various salads. Would definitely recommend if coming to Dubai for the first time

We had an excellent trip out on this beautiful boat. Good food and plenty of drinks available. Staff excellent. Perfect way to see sunset. Thoroughly recommend this trip!

Don’t get me wrong you got a great view of the fountains but if I’m honest - I think I would have rather saved my money and just watched them from the sides like everyone else. You share the boat with other people too so they’re all trying to take pictures too. So for me it wasn’t bad, I would have just rather watched it from the sidelines and moved on when it had finished. The boat ride doesn’t take you anywhere you can see from the sides.

We missed our yacht tour because the taxi driver dropped us to the wrong area. After contacting the tour operator, they informed us we could rebook on any other day the yacht was operating. They were very helpful and saved me from lots of stress. The tour itself was great, good food, enough to go around- waiter service to the table. Bar downstairs was good and also the mini pool on the yacht was also a great touch. Lovely evening with the family and great views. Would recommend.

The two member crew were awesome! They did a good narrative of where we were going & talked about the the landmarks! They were super courteous & professional & made sure that we were always Hydrated by handing out bottled water several times! Great job guys!

A perfect evening with a nice boat trip. The staff was very friendly and a very nice atmosphere. Tables are prepared according to the reservation. You don't have to worry about having to sit with other strangers. Suitable for two where you will have romance (table for two).

Would like to start by thanking the cruise company as the taxi we were in to get there took a wrong turning so we just missed out on our initial cruise. Staff were quick to rectify & allow us to return the next day - thank you. The cruise we went on was good & had plenty of food to choose from. It wasn't full and we felt safe - masks had to be worn when going for food. A good little trip despite the issues we had with getting there!

We did this trip today and it was absolutely amazing and definitely the highlight of our trip. We have travelled the world and always do a boat trip but this was by far and away the best one we have done! The yacht is lovely, very clean and big enough that you can move about on it. The crew were fantastic and could not do enough for you so big shout out to Captain Rama, Barack (he was so smiley!), Kumar, Paul, Watson and Pablo! They took endless photos of everyone and whoever took our photos with the Burj al Arab in the background made our day with stunning pics. There was also an official photographer but absolutely no hard sell which was nice. We did the lunch BBQ trip but will be back to do the dinner one at some point in the future.

Great views.lovely City view and very neat environment right from the office to the waiting area before heading to the yacht. Getting to the yacht and the crew were fantastic people interact with you in ease and patient with you give you time to take good photos.

Exactly what the description says. We went as a family of 4 with two children (12 & 7 yrs) and it was enjoyed by all. We went for a later trip which meant that we left in the day and came back in the dark; this was amazing! The photos we got in front of all the landmarks were unreal. The guides were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable as well as being brilliant photographers! Would highly recommend.

Absolutely great experience. We booked evening with bbq with family of 6 persons. Think we were around 25 on the boat, which is really large enough for the people on board. Setting was great and especially the staff was great. They offered to take pictures, explained what there was to see and were overall super friendly. Special thanks to Capt.rama rushan, sammy ajith and davan watson Food was also nice, nothing extraordinary but good en tasty. So in short this experience is really value for money.

Hospitality was fantastic lovely bunch of crew very helpful and attentive food and drinks were fabulous. highly recommend.

A most enjoyable cruise. The staff was very attentive and the captain took time to interact with guests. A saxophonist provided great live music. The buffet provided a variety of food options. The company assigned seating. If you have a preference for the open upper deck or the air conditioned lower test, make that preference known when booking.

Excellent value for money. Brilliant customer service from the 2 staff who took us on the tour. Clean boat all safety requirements met. Staff made us feel special full commentary and sites explained. They were very polite. Tour Fully met our expectations and 100% fulfilled there itinary. Will definitely be recommending this activity and would love to do it again.

After being dropped off by the taxi in totally the wrong place we had a 30min walk in the heat to the meeting point and missed our start time! Phoned ahead though and Xclusive Yatchts were great and moved us to the next slot at no charge so we didn’t have to rush. Our 10 year old was suffering a bit with the heat and once again the staff were very helpful with getting him some cool water and a seat in their air conditioned lounge, and he was soon feeling fine again. This was one of the cheaper activities we did whilst in Dubai but one of those we enjoyed the most, so don’t hesitate get it booked! Using the app was very straightforward and great value compared to other prices we had seen.
