The audio guide was very helpful and very nice structured because as you moved forward on the river, the guide would explain exactly what buildings you can see on either side and their history. The drinks that were included in the cost were not the best. Another minus is the fact that every time the crew on board wanted to communicate a message, we could not hear anything, the audio was very poor in the speakers (we were situated closer to the front of the boat). Overall, a nice activity.

Shared the gondola with some very friendly people… went early on Sunday morning and was a very quiet relaxing trip…so peaceful….! serenaded by our Gondolier throughout the trip who also pointed out places of note. Had a wonderful time and was well worth it. Would highly recommend when visiting Venice you have to take a trip on a Gondola

Even with snow the tour went ahead as planned with no delays. The driver and guide were fantastic. The tour itself was very emotional but definitely worth a visit so you can have some comprehension of what happened. You are outside 50% of the time so if you go in the winter months you will need to wrap up warm

From the pick up point - to the tour and back- a very good and moving day. This is a must if you are in the area - the site and exhibition was excellent and v thought provoking and a privilege to be allowed to see it all. The driver Michal and tour guide -Anna were exceptional. Thank you for a good day.

A must do tour if you are in Krakow. Our tour guide was excellent.. very well organised tour and glad we went with the guide option.. our driver told us that on some tours people are just dropped off and then have to queue for ages to get on. Definitely worth the money and would highly recommend.

All the gondola's were taking 5 people at a time and although there was only 2 of us we were fortunate to have 3 lovely other tourists with us. From the guys at the meeting point to the guy on the boat, everyone was friendly and helpful. The tour was really great and we totally enjoyed the time.

We truly enjoyed the shared ride along with friends. I would recommend everyone to take advantage of shared ride which is economical and having sense of fulfilling experience. Such a peaceful ride sailing through those channels and centuries old buildings! I would do it again in the future.

The pick from our hotel was on time,the driver was excellent and pointed out landmarks during the drive. The guide at Auschwitz was brilliant and knew the dates and explained everything. The whole day was excellent and well worth it. The lunch box was more than adequate.

The shared ride could accommodate a total of 4 people. The morning was a good time for a ride, even though there were a lot of gondolas in motion, there was not the same kind of congestion that it seemed to be during the day and in the evenings.

Our guide cut the ride short wouldn't talk or answer question and doesn't sing this was horrible a waste of money and time I could of gone on a float by myself and enjoyed it more if this is what you offer I will book with viator

Very relaxed tour with interesting explanations from the audio guide. We could even have gotten off at Danube Island. Absolutely inexpensive and informative!

It was great

We enjoyed the nighttime cruise at 8pm which meant we were able to see the changes in the sky. The tour was on time and staff were efficient. The drinks were average, but good for the price we paid. We wouldn’t hesitate at recommending this to friends.

This was okay. Our Gondolier was busy having a nice conversation with another gondolier on another gondola ahead of us, so we didn’t get much information about the buildings or canals.

The guide was very good,unfortunately I don’t remember her name but she explained everything clearly and was a good tour.
