• A Boarding Tax [€1.30] will be imposed on all passengers, payable at check-in.
• To avoid queues, please arrive at the ticket booth for check-in at least 30–40 minutes before departure time.
• Prices vary according to the type and capacity of the vessel, from the smaller boat to our 23-meter Catamaran, offering greater space and comfort.
• Due to sea and weather conditions, not reaching minimum capacity or safety issues, schedule changes and adjustments to the tour (including the itinerary) may be required, not only in severe situations, but also when necessary to ensure safe navigation.
• In case of changes, the team will contact you via WhatsApp/email using the number available on the platform, so it's important that telephone contact is accessible.
• Only smoking of cigarettes and vapes is permitted on board. Other types of smoking are not allowed.
• By purchasing, participants agree they may be filmed/photographed during the activity; if not, they must inform staff at the time of filming.
