We had an incredible time on the sunset cruise in Lisbon! I went with a friend, and the open bar, music, and relaxed atmosphere made it the perfect way to end the day. The views of the city from the water were absolutely stunning as the sun went down. We also ended up meeting some great new people on board, which made the evening even more fun. Highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Lisbon!

The name of the trip is ‘Sunset boat party woth Dj’ but the sad thing was - there was no sun, it was dark already. Everything else was pretty good.

The activity was amazing! We had the best time, the only thing was we were expecting pizza, but other than that the DJ was fantastic, the vibes were so fun and we got to experience the most amazing sunset!

Sunset, ride & DJ were great! However, this is more of a party boat for young people, where alcohol is the main focus. You should know that when you book this.

The boat ride was LIT! This was one of the best sunset cruises I’ve been on. Beautiful ride and great DJ. Everyone on board was dancing at the end.

It was great experience,the drinks were legit and the DJ was good . Don’t worry if you’re solo as you will meet a lot of people there.

Absolutely amazing experience! The Lisbon boat party with open bar was unreal — the staff were so, so attentive and made sure everyone was having the best time. The captain was the best, the bartender was incredible, and the DJ had the best tunes all night. The views were insane and the whole vibe was just perfect. Couldn’t recommend it more!

Very pleasant, a good time spent for a very pleasant price, a small drink offered, wine, beer, Gin and tonic, ... However, the meeting place is very poorly indicated, the nearest tram station would seem to me a minimum (Cais Rocha), with tram 15E from Commercio square or Figueras.

The sunset cruise was a great activity. We witnessed a beautiful sunset while cruising the river. The music was great and not too loud. The DJ played to the crowd. I would definitely recommend. Oh and the staff were fantastic.

We had such fun! We went for a hen party and unfortunately the weather wasn’t great but the crew was so kind and brought all the tables and chairs down stairs and we had a great time with great music!

A lovely relaxed and comfortable cruise along the Tagus as the sun set with views of the Elizabeth Bridge and Christ the Redeemer statue. The crew were friendly and helpful and they served some welcome white port from the bar.

Despite the bad weather, the welcome was warm, the staff very friendly. A good atmosphere, the city tour is great to see. The walk offers us a panoramic view of all the important monuments of the city, as a bonus the sunset adds charm to the excursion. A drink is offered as a welcome, the barmaid was adorable. Unfortunately we had rain, but a fallback solution was offered to us, we took the walk inside the boat, which took nothing away from the beauty. Plaids are available in case of cold.

Rafael was by far the best guide! We love it and hope to be back with him.

Very nice crew, free drink ok, seats and view were also ok. The music style was ok, but way too loud on deck! The ship is a bit old, but well maintained. You should think about warm clothing at this time of year. It is very windy and cold on the ship! Unfortunately, the captain turned away shortly before sunset and went back. But we were back on time.

Easy to find the departure point unlike some cruises which can be a bit chaotic. The cruise was comfortable and informative and there were several points of interest along the way.

Just the right length for the tour. Staff was very kind. Scenery was excellent.

A great way to see all the landmarks without having to run around the city. We had done walking tours early on, but this was much more enjoyable. Comes with an audio guide that was very informative, and it was pleasant to sit up top with the breeze. FYI, it requested to arrive 10 min early but we found there was another boat still waiting to load up. The trip actually takes off 20 minutes after scheduled time.

The crew was really friendly. You could see a lot of sights and the audio guide explained everything there is to know. You could also choose between a wine and something non alcoholic. It was a really nice tour that we can recommend a 100% :)

The audio guide via the app wasn't very good. You always passed the sights faster than the guide could talk. Unfortunately, the automatic playback didn't work very well. You saw everything, but unfortunately the tour wasn't very good.

Very nice way to see Lissabon. Well size boat (not too big nor small). Also good that you are able to buy drinks ans snacks on the boat.

We had a really nice time cruising the Tagus. The price was right and the sights were beautiful. It's a great way to appreciate and experience Lisbon.

Great trip. Only drawback is that is no audio to give thr travellers details of the various sites visible from the cruise. Accpet there are TV displays but very difficult to see clearly

We had a lovely time on the boat. We had time to see the landscapes and all the different sights (and even lots of jellyfish!)

If you have a couple of hours to spare whilst in Lisbon this river trip is a great way to chill out and take a break from the busy streets and see some of Lisbon’s other sights and landmarks from the water . Well worth the money

This is a no frills cruise with one of the major providers. The boat was large and clean, the crew were chilled. There is a bar selling drinks and snacks (but the crew seemed fine with us eating our own). Audio guide via an app you need to download (free on board WiFi). Length is perfect, especially for families with kids. Tip would be to sit on the near (North) side of the boat, as that is nearer the sights at the start, but it wouldn't make much difference to be on the other side (and the boat turns round anyway) At this price, it's a real bargain and done really well.

I gave 5 stars because the view is awesome but this is not a guided tour

We were really blessed with the weather so the trip was perfect. The boat turned at the main points of Belem Tower and the statue of Christ. We had a full boat including two groups of students but it didn’t feel like it. Prices of refreshments also seemed fair. One thing that I think could have been made better was the information screens. Maybe due to the sunny weather but were hard to read if you were under the canopy (to be fair I do t think many people took notice of them as the sights were amazing. Staff were very friendly, was very easy to find via the link in the app. Person on the desk was helpful when we had a question.

Bring a jacket, it was a little chilly the night we went. The staff gave out blankets which was a life safet! A very experienced staff and tour guides.

While I can't write about the sailing tour experience, we were caught in the miiddle of electricity outage across Portugal and Spain and unable to make our tour. I can tell you about working with the company "Lisbon by Boat". I can't speak highly enough about this company!!! They reached out to us after our missed opportunity, offering options for us to proceed. Ricardo C. was great to work with and helped us above and beyond!! A complete 5 star experience!!!

Amazing sunset cruise with beautiful views of Portugal and the sunset. Sebastian and Tiego were very knowledgeable about Portugal’s history. Would definitely recommend!

What a fun experience! The sailing was amazing and the staff was even better. They were so knowledgeable about the city and gave the best details about landmarks we were passing. If you love being on the water to see the city from a different perspective- this is for you!

Obviously it’s very weather dependent but it’s a lovely night out on the water and our tour guides were so lovely and funny!

Few exchanges and activities from the guide, which is a shame, it lacked atmosphere and explanations about the monuments, otherwise the outing was nice.

We did the sunset cruise. Super relaxing and our guides were very knowledgeable, both sharing information and answering questions. Enjoying a bottle of wine while seeing Lisbon and the sunset made for a perfect evening. The boat was clean and the guides were on top of service.

Guide nice and friendly. Sympathetic group. Boat ride OK. UNFORTUNATELY IT WAS FAKE SAILING! We motored and didn't sail. Well, I wanted to sail, had different expectations and was disappointed. Only one of the many providers sailed correctly. Next time I would book him!

Everything was wonderful! A beautiful trip to take along the Tagus River. Riding a sailboat adds a special charm to the city and is a lot of fun! I went with my father, who is 70 years old, and he loved it, he went around the sailboat and had a lot of fun. An unmissable tour!

A lovely sail boat. The captain and his crew where brilliant. Told us all the tales/history and stories as we sailed. Very attentive care with everything from start to finish. Of course, I especially liked the sunset. The skipper let the boat sail relaxed into the sunset, so that you could fully enjoy it. I had the luxury of sailing alone with him. He wasn't too pushy. Exactly to my liking. If necessary, you could ask him anything, or just enjoy quietly.

This is the best sailingtrip you can book on the Tejo of Lisbon. Tati and the captain were the most kind people and the boat is exquisite and one of its kind. The wine and the bites and the stories about the history of Lisbon really made the whole adventure. The sunset at the end is the most romantic you will have on your trip. Make this beautiful booking happen, you wont regret it!

Despite some inconvenience due to our old age, we were very happy and especially handling us was wonderful experience as we were almost lost in the harbour area and we would not have made it unless Sergio himself came forward to guide us. we are also thankful to other passengers who smilingly agreed to delay the trip by approx 10 minutes. the trip was well guided as we could see major attractions in Lisbon along the river. only inconvenience was lack of proper seating arrangement

Spontaneously, because the sun ☀️ still promised a lot, we booked the experience. We set off with a bit of a delay. DJ's music was very good - we liked it. Past the sights, where we stopped specifically to take photos. 2 bachelorette farewells created an exuberant atmosphere. We were able to take beautiful pictures and enjoyed our time on board.

Easy to find the pier. Easy check in and wait. Boat on time. Plenty of seats. Good crowd. Nice cruise down river under Golden Gate and beyond then back. Great views. First drinks free and early, subsequent drinks paid. DJ just twiddled the nobs but good Brazilian playlist. Nice start to our short break in Lisbon. (City center walking tour next morning). The activity started late, and the boat is rather small, but it's a really nice cruise along the river. The music and the atmosphere is very fun, and the drinks are cheap.

Our captain and first mate were excellent. They explained the landmarks but also answered our many questions thoroughly. Our trip was a little chilly as skies were overcast. Still it was a delightful time. There were just about 12-14 of us.

Everything was perfect :) The host welcoming on board is so joyful and open and happy to talk about Lisboa. She explained also the landmarks on boths sides of the Tejo. We saw dolphins for about 20mins. very close. Drinks were for free as well. You can sit outside and inside. I loved it :) Thank you!

The trip was good, nice boat, suitable seating, and free drinks which no one abused. Unfortunately no dolphins but the trip was worthwhile. Downside was that he aftercare. We were dispatched from boat and left to make way to exit. By the time we realised it was locked, the boat had gone. After 15 minutes we had to resort to climbing across the walkway and climbing up. A good team building exercise but not expected!

everything was well organised. the meeting point and the whole experience in general. the beer and sangria was EXCELLENT!! The staff were friendly and professional (max 2 people outside at the front of the boat for example) would have been great to see dolphins but again we know they are wild animals so there is no guarantee. we appreciate the effort that the crew made to try and find them for us. overall, it's an activity that we would do again.

Had such a lovely relaxing trip, absolutely gorgeous scenery. Refreshments were flowing , the Tour Guide was awesome with her constant knowledge of the surroundings which was amazing..unfortunately didn’t see any Dolphins but that’s wildlife for you and it didn’t dampen the trip.. Thank you

Tour did exactly what it said it would. We saw dolphins and went around and saw Lisbon from the water. However i will say there is room for improvement. The tour guide can be a bit more engaged with the crowd also the sound wasn’t always great to hear what they were saying. But o really got exactly what we were promised

Do not do in winter as there is little chance of seeing dolphins at this time. According to the guide they can be seen from April during the breeding period because they come closer.

We loved this boat trip and when we got there they told us it was a speedboat (which was excellent for us!) it was a very fun bouncy boat and we saw lots of dolphins, excellent value for money!

Nice trip, with beautiful views of Lisbon. The chance of spotting dolphins seems very small to me on this trip. You sail through the river and at the transition to the ocean you almost immediately turn around, so we did not see any dolphins. Do you want to see dolphins? Book a speedboat tour. Do you want to see Lisbon and the surrounding area from the water? Book this tour! Definitely recommended.

Wow! We did the Dolphin watching tour and had a lot of fun. Within the almost three hours we saw a couple of dolphins. Our guides Mario and Andrei told us stories - not only about dolphins. Our two kids had their probably most fun biology lesson of their life. We highly recommend taking this tour!

The naturalist, Christiana, and captain, Mario, were excellent and well informed guides. They found a large pod of dolphins for us to enjoy. Afterwards they do a quick tour of the coast and share a yummy treat and wine. The day had storm clouds and it sprinkled a little. Don’t let a little rain scare you off. They won’t go if not safe. Amazing boat trip and fun since a fast boat and not a traditional boat.

Our guide Martha was truly so sweet and knowledgeable! We had a fantastic time with her. For about two hours, it looked like we wouldn‘t find any dolphins, but the crew didn‘t give up, and at the last minute, they spotted a pod which we then followed for a while (though keeping our distance as to not stress the dolphins, and letting them come to us). Everybody on the team was extremely kind, and it was fantastic to see that the animals are treated with respect. We definitely recommend taking this tour! But be sure to adjust your expectations – these are wild animals, and whether you‘ll be able to see them is up to them, not the people on the boat :) Worst case, you get a boat tour through a beautiful bit of nature, looking at crystal clear water.

Jose and Mario were super. They went out of their way to make sure our outing was enjoyable and we were able to see dolphins. They asked what we wanted to do and see. Great experience. Highly recommend!

Transport véhicule to arrabida was terrible, not only there was no air condition but we also had to Travel with the motor lid open, it could not close!

our guides mario and Jose got us to the dolphins within 5 minutes. we never expected to see this many and so close! there were scraggy mothers with babies, groups of dolphins swimming and jumping in front of the boat, a couple mating tiny next to us, orbs playfully seeking us out and really curious. beautiful experience! we took a lot of photos and videos. After we were treated with a visit to some caves and took a dip in the bay of praia do cavalo where we were offered a glass of moscatel and a regional pastry. thanks for the great morning!

Comfortable pick up from/to Lisboa. Boat ride was comfortable, however those with sea sickness may need pills before ride, or prepare some bags. We manage to see a few groups of dolphins, some even swam beside our boat. And we were super lucky to even see whales! Awesome and super friendly guides all round, they are great with kids too.

It was an amazing experience, to see the dolphins in their natural habitat. 10/10, I would book this again and recommend it to anyone still in doubt.

It was an amazing tour. The crew is often well-versed in the local marine life, providing fascinating information about the dolphins’ behaviors, habits, and the efforts to protect their environment. The atmosphere is relaxed, but the thrill of being so close to wild dolphins is undeniable. Definitely recommend.

Our guide Raquel and skipper Alexandre madruga were excellent. They very knowledgeable and taught us much about how to respect nature and our place in it.

Such a good ethical informational and educational activity. We saw dolphins and baby dolphins and were with marine experts who were excellent guides. I felt very looked after as I have some mobility issues and everyone made sure I was comfortable. It is good value for money and well organised. Terra Incognita were superb.

The excursion was great! The highlight of our vacation. The dolphins were very close to our boat. The team was super friendly. We first drove along the coast and then to the dolphins. There we spent about 30 minutes with the dolphins, they must not be disturbed for too long while hunting. The boat is very fast and the ride alone was a lot of fun! We absolutely loved it. In any case, don't forget to apply sunscreen beforehand. Jacket makes sense if you get cold easily, on the open sea it got a bit chilly.

The only thing that bothered me was the noise on the speedboat, which sounded like we were on a roller coaster. The tour operator could perhaps do something about this by slowing down a little when going over the waves. With different passengers, it might have been fine without all the screaming. If you don't want to be shaken around too much, it's best to sit at the back. CONCLUSION: Overall, highly recommended "

I LOVED this activity! It did not disappoint. I read a lot of reviews before booking this tour and was very impressed that it said 95% of the time, dolphins and other wildlife were sighted. Our boat driver was Francesco, and he handled the boat carefully and had some fun with us while driving. Our marine biologist guide was Vanessa and she was full of great information. We were very lucky and got to see a few different pods of dolphins, with babies and mamas. We heard our boat communicating with others as to where the wildlife was and that made it much easier for our boat to find the dolphins in the wild. I HIGHLY recommend this tour to everyone if you are into marine life, and seeing animals in their natural habitat.

We were very happy to spot the dolphins :) my daughter was extremely excited to see the dolphins and their calves ! I was only slightly disappointed we didn’t get to go to open sea :) Will definitely be coming back :)

The guides were very friendly funny and knowledgeable. We felt like it was very good value for our money and afterwards we got to and have lunch on the pier right next door. They treated us to tea and pastel de nata afterwards and gave me coffee before and after. They also took us to see the belem tower and the other monuments in the area on the way back. We saw dolphins and a whale. It was a great day.

The activity was very well organised and well run. We managed to see a whole group of dolphins and the guides knew what they were talking about and how to find them - very knowledgeable. Would have been good to know slightly more information and have more interaction with the host whilst on the water but it was a great experience.

I had a fantastic trip. Sailing on the speedboat was an adventure in itself. Pretty soon we saw a group of mama dolphins with their young. The guide gave the animals space and did not want to stress them. In the meantime, he kept giving some information, asking if everything was in order and offering water for those who were thirsty. I recommend it to everyone, but it is wise not to eat too much or too little beforehand, some pieces of sailing go up and down quite quickly.

The welcome is very friendly with some explanations given by oceanographers on the most common species of dolphins in the region. The boats are recent and fast. The small tour towards the monuments of the city at the edge of the river (after having seen the dolphins for an hour!) gives a different view of this district. The team is cheerful and available to people. To do without hesitation!

We had perfect weather so we enjoyed the scenic views thoroughly. The boat was well maintained. We were offered drinks and blankets upon arrival. Our captain wasn't so much a tour guide as in he didn't give us any insight or information to the monuments we passed but I'm not sure if this service was advertised. The cruise was an amazing experience. The views are incredible and the crew was extremely friendly and welcoming. Since we were a couple, they asked us whether we wanted to have them tell us about all the monuments or not. They have a little selection of drinks on board you can buy. They offer a speaker so you can play your music as well as blankets ! Great experience!!!

The boat ride experience was a life long memory for me and my spouse. The departure to the Tigris River was on time, and though it was windy the ride was still comfortable. The hostesses offered complimentary drinks and snacks. The captain of the boat made sure to cruise near landmarks along the river to ensure photos could be taken for memories as well. There was music on the background and the vibe was nice and chill. We had two younger children (4&6) and they enjoyed it as well. Overall awesome time and would recommend!

It was a lovely boat journey to catch sunset, but there was hardly any guidance on the different tourist attractions we went past

Nigel & Rui are class acts and spoil you with an evening of champagne, snacks & beautiful views of sunset on the river. Highly recommend this activity if you travel to Lisbon. Eat dinner at one of the great restaurants at the marina before you sail too. This is a must-do for your visit.

Superb service. Small group experience. Fernando, our captain was laid back, informative and great company.. the snacks were served warm and delicious, bottomless bubbly and white wine were great compliment. An excellent way to just sit back and chill without a care in the world.

This was exactly what I needed! A relaxing sail with delicious wine and snacks, a great company. It’s a great way to get a full view of the city from the river and view beautiful landmarks. The captain and crew were super gracious and knowledgeable. I highly recommend!

The tour was amazing! Everything was perfectly planned from start to finish. The team, Nigel and Fernando, were approachable, well organized and took excellent care of us. There were detailed explanations of all kinds, we were allowed to move freely on the ship and were well entertained. This is a lovely two hour cruise with champagne and snacks. Nigel the boat captain is a great guy, very accommodating, as was the other staff member on the boat. It was chilly by the time the sun was setting because our cruise was from 7 to 9 PM and they even had blankets on board. All around Great activity. Low-key, nice sites to see, drink champagne on the river,

Boat was well maintained. Host was cordial. Food was warm and drinks were good.

The excursion went very well, the staff on board very friendly. However, I have reservations about the organization at the dock, where the meeting point is not very clear, and having to look for a paper ticket to board edge seems silly to me as we have an e-ticket with QR code.

Everything went smoothly on the ship. The ship followed the specified route and an audio guide (app on your cell phone) provided information about the various points of interest. The staff was friendly and helpful. Everything else (the sunset) was left up to nature—we were lucky with the weather.

There was no guide… Service was a bit disorganized, but the snacks were better than I expected I was alone and felt like I was ignored by the drink server, as a result

The trip was very good, the route is great. The sunset brought all the magic to the banks of the Tagus. The staff are very friendly and approachable. The only negative thing to point out is the fact that they advertise drinks and snacks as something free, when they only offer 1 drink per person, and the snacks board - whose quantities are just for the eyes to eat. They could be more honest, like the other entities, who stress that they only offer 1 welcome drink

Lovely cruise across the Tagus river. It's not obvious that the only way to get the audio guide is to use the QR code on some of the tables. Also, I did not enjoy how on the way back we were closer to the Almada side than the Lisbon side of the river.

There was no tour guide and the staff was not informed of what was included when I asked for a drink.

Incredible experience! The staff was very knowledgeable about the dolphins and their behaviors. We were fortunate enough to find a super-pod feeding. Would book again and highly recommend the Mercedes Benz Oceanic Team.

The tour guide is a competent marine biologist. She spoke slowly and clearly, and used humor well. She was very patient, informative and interesting. The driver was warm and friendly, and we felt safe while he drove the speedboat. We saw dolphins and a sunfish, which was amazing. A ten out of ten experience that I'd strongly recommend. Well worth the money.

Wonderful wildlife tour in the heart of Lisbon. Great guides, great trip, amazing dolphins. Highly recommended!

We did a morning tour and saw dolphins feeding, close enough they came to the side of the boat. Then we found a massive gyre of trash and stopped to remove it. It took both guides and several people on the tour to remove a ball of plastic trash. We were rewarded with a second sighting of dolphins after for cleaning up! Very nice boat, knowledgable guides!

Overall it was a very beautiful experience. Our hosts Vanessa (marine biologist) and Joao (boat captain) were very professional. Vanessa took a lot of effort to explain everything and answer all our questions. She even gave the kids the opportunity to go to the front of the boat for a better view while taking care of their safety. It was very informative and opened up a new perspective for us. Our daughter was simply thrilled with this experience and we hope to be further inspired and do some whale watching next !

We were lucky and got to see porpoises, common dolphins as well as bottle nosed dolphins and the weather was lovely. Our teenage children wanted to repeat the activity immediately after instead spending time in the city :). This is a must do activity regardless of whether you are travelling alone, with friends or with family. Suitable for young children as well. Thank you for an amazing experience."

A very good time on the sailboat at sunset, the view of the city and the monuments from Belém to Lisbon are superb! The crew on the boat is particularly welcoming, and offers a drink to enjoy the experience even more! I highly recommend this activity (suitable for all ages and small groups or families), thank you to the two Franciscos for their contagious good humor and their touristic explanations along the ride!

We did this as a family of 5 with 3 kids ages 8, 10, 13. Process was very organized! Boat was excellent - clean, lots of room, a bathroom, blankets, and a fun hammock net over the water that the kids loved. Crew was nice and friendly! One drink was included which was enjoyable, plus you could buy additional. Slight downside was that this was “sightseeing” only - no verbal explanations of what we were looking at unless you asked crew specifically, but I think this was mentioned in description.

One of the best things I did while in Lisbon. Such a great way to see the sights along the river from a different perspective. Crew were very friendly and helpful. The catamaran was spacious and clean. While technically there was no guide, the crew were happy to answer any questions, so we could just relax and enjoy the views and the sailing.

I would recommend this tour. The crew, Jao and Bruno were exceptional. They were very hospitable and knowledgeable- just as we had come to expect of the wonderful people of Portugal. The sail boat was comfortable and Jao was very accommodating for picture taking. I can’t say enough good about them. I booked this tour because of the reviews so you won’t be disappointed if you choose this one.

We enjoyed the sailing trip. It was a nice way to spend couple of hours in Lisbon, while hearing about life there and Portugal in general from a wonderful captain. This is a great activity for a family with younger kids who will need a little break from walking and enjoy seeing the town from the river. We would do this again.

An excellent experience, as listed by others. The enthusiasm and knowledge by the crew was fantastic, as were the sights and sounds experienced on the boat. Blankets once the sun had set and things got a little chilly were very welcome, overall a memorable and highly recommended experience.

This was a very enjoyable sailing tour. The crew was nice and friendly and we had excellent views of the Belem Tower, Monument of the Discoveries and Lisbon. As this was the short (1 hour) tour, we sailed past the bridge toward Lisbon and then quickly turned back, but it was an hour very well spent and very enjoyable. We were with kids (aged 8 & 10) and had no issues. Perhaps it was better that we took the short tour considering that the kids had no time to get bored! We were lucky with the weather too, which helped make this an excellent experience.

The crew was absolutely amazing! It was our friend’s birthday and the crew went above and beyond! They played the music we requested and the drinks were amazing! We were told to arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled time. No one was there to greet us until 5 minutes after the scheduled departure time. We were worried that we were scammed or they weren’t going to show. They ended up combining different tours of different values. Overall, it was ok but we didn’t sign up for the music/ dancing cruise and the music was too loud.

This cruise was even better than we could have imagined! The captain was so knowledgeable and explained all of the city basically to us along the way down the beautiful river.
