• Exclusively on the 6:30 PM departure, the gondola maximum capacity is four people.
• This is a shared gondola tour (up to 5 passengers per gondola).
• No refund is available for no-shows or late arrivals.
• Keep in mind that gondoliers are not tour guides and may not provide touristic information or speak your language. Their role is to navigate the gondola and ensure a smooth and enjoyable ride.

• This is a shared gondola (up to 5 people for each one) so the gondola might be shared with other people
• At 18.40 departure, 4 people per gondola max capacity
• It may happen that someone would be not seated in the desired place next to the partner, due to organizational and weight problems
• Comfortable shoes and clothes are advised
• Infants up to 1 year old can ride for free if seated on their parent's lap
• Please take some water with you particularly during hot days
• No refund will be accepted for no shows or late comers
• The Gondola Ride will be provided rain or shine, only in case of very heavy rain it might be cancelled and the tour will be refunded (if not taken another day/time)
• Please be aware that starting from April 25th and on certain dates, registration and payment of an access contribution will be necessary to visit the city of Venice. We encourage you to check all the information and procedures for registration or payment on the dedicated website of Comune di Venezia.

• This tour is not fully accessible for wheelchair users or people with reduced mobility.
• Each gondola can accommodate a maximum of 5 people.
• The guide will be on one gondola only, the participants on the other gondolas will listen to him/her via audio devices.
• The itinerary may change in case of wind or bad weather.
• Pets are not allowed on board the gondola.

Very well organised. Our guide was there to show us onto the Gondala. We had an 1/2 hour ride which was amazing as we travelled through narrow canals and under a number of bridges. Would certainly take the same trip again!

Visited Venice solely with the intention of a gondola ride. It was a solo trip so I was happy to find an option of a shared ride to make it much more affordable. The guide as great and we spent the majority of the ride down the smaller side canals off the grand canal. 100% would recommend.

Very enjoyable gondola ride through narrow canals. This is a very popular activity and the whole area was full of queuing visitors and gondolas. Only 5 or 6 people per boat, but sharing with strangers in such a cramped area can be uncomfortable.

A must visit if you're touring Italy. you will not be dissappointed..although a bit crowded but worth the visit. It's a long walk so make sure your hotel is conveniently located within the cetner.
