A fabulous day spent at the Spa, the sun was shining and 27 deg C. Busier than usual as it was the weekend. A nice welcome break from the city, I spent about 6 hours here using all the facilities including the Massage suite, Beautiful and friendly people. I forgot the Palinker tour but had tried a few during the week. Thank you.

Easy to use ticket. Just exchanged it at the counter. Pools were nice and expansive. Went early in the morning as the pools fill up quickly. Once at the baths they also have beer baths upstairs that you can use for an extra 40-60 euros with free beer to drink. Also went to the Palinka museum afterwards. Short tour and a Glass of Palinka included. Enjoyable experience

We really enjoyed the bath experience. It was unbelievable how many there were, every corner turned there was a different bath at various different temperatures. It was very relaxing and would definitely recommend as a must do activity when in Budapest.

Good value for money, made it super simple to get into the spas. Wasn’t able to make the testing unfortunately but it was in a good area. I would recommend going in peak summer, will be busy but it was overcast the day we went so didn’t stay as long as we could have on a sunny day

Unique tour, historic place, it wasn't very crowded so we could enjoy it a lot. Easy access. However, the service at the Thermal Baths is not the best... staff have no patience with visitors, they don't speak English, it's a struggle to get a towel... I had to buy one. Take a towel from your hotel! I don't think they care much about welcoming tourists.

Super easy & straight forward if you follow the steps: go to cashier 3, “Hungarian Koncert” as you present the tickets. We got the cabin which was great! I had read the review so packed the following: - swimming gear - flip flops - towels - sunscreen - water (you can refill it everywhere) Swimming cap only needed in the big pool with lanes so didn’t bother. Easiest way to access is with the Metro - my 12 year old was able to easily navigate it! It is a few min walk from the entrance to the baths! There is a reasonably priced cafe. If you want to get some loungers, go early! We arrived at 11 mid august so busy day but no loungers/ chairs. It is a really fun experience! Beautiful architecture, lots of different temperatures baths, super clean! Bonus: everyone we met there spoke English - not to be taken for granted in Budapest!

Our first time visiting the Baths and we loved it. It was a Friday afternoon so it was quite busy but we managed to find a lounger and have a dip in the pools. I would highly recommend getting a cabin, they were great for getting changed in and easy to leave your belongings. We didn’t make it to the Palinka Tour, however the baths are a must see in Budapest!

We stayed in Pest and got the metro to the baths which was really easy. When we arrived the instructions given were straight forward on how to get access. The baths did not disappoint, I was with a group of friends, 15 in total. It was a beautiful day, very relaxing and couldn’t believe how many baths there is inside. The time flew, we arrived at 11am and left a 4.30 pm. The sun was out and just enjoyed the whole day. Definitely a must do on your last day to relax after doing lots of walking and Segway tour.

The baths are iconic and are a must when you’re in Budapest. Took away a star because we purchased 4 day passes with private changing house. When I checked in the man said “you have 4 rooms, one family only needs one room”. So I took his advice, and despite paying for 4 rooms we got a key to only one changing room and we could not all fit. The rooms are designed for 1-2 people max. So we had to take turns going in and changing. So they have my money for the 4 rooms and got to resell the 3 other rooms I paid for that was suggested we not to take.

The thermal baths were amazing, our favourite was the outside ones but we wished both of them were hot as the one with the seating in the middle and the current was cooler and we would have wanted to sit in it longer if it was as lovely and hot as the other outdoor one. Don’t bother with the Palinka museum, we decided to go as it was only a few feet from our hotel and we had some time to kill before going to the airport. It was very underwhelming, the interactive stuff would have been good if it had worked! The barman was lovely and we enjoyed chatting to him while we tasted some Palinka, which we did not enjoy!

We had a lovely afternoon just chilling. The sauna was really hot but the steam room was just right. After flying and travelling on Friday afternoon and an early museum start on Saturday morning this was just the thing. Relax in warm waters and even have a drink if you like. I could have easily gone to sleep. We didn't book any treatments but they looked value for money.

We have visited the spa once before, however using definitely sped things along when we arrived. A fair price, and a great experience … didn’t have the time for the additional Palinka Tour, which would have been good, but maybe next time. Highly recommend

Value for money beyond expectations Time at the spa is not limited I was able to have a meal on the rooftop of the restaurant facing the Danube. Very good experience

Delicious meal and excellent service at the bistro. There is a lovely terrace as well as indoor tables with views of the Danube. The baths were well marked with temperatures and instructions and I enjoyed the alternating hot/cold experience. The small rooftop bath has a beautiful view, but it was crowded with amorous couples on the weekend. There was more PDA there than at any other bath in Budapest. It was awkward for visitors who weren’t there for that purpose.

Liked the roof terrace and the Turkish bath, but we almost missed it, we didn't know it existed, the food wasn't very good, unfortunately

Very good experience, we left very relaxed, the meal consisted of a non-alcoholic drink with first and second courses, dessert and coffee, all very good, I would return again if I return to Budapest.

Restaurant very good, baths very good, but man on ‘casa&online tickets’ desk was rude and unhelpful

More information ahead of time would have helped, e.g. map of the facility, knowing a swim cap was needed for the swimming pool.

Excessively expensive party. All drinks 15 euros. Pool water full of pee and even some vomit. But I highly recommend this unique experience. The party is scary. 10 ++

Really well organised. Better than we expected actually. No queuing which was good though it was probably a quieter time of year

The beautiful surroundings and the fun atmosphere is let down by the men who were staring at and groping girls and furthermore the security guards who shrugged their shoulders when one girl complained about being groped. I would recommend anyone going to be careful attending these events and always go in a group.
