Samir picked us up on time to leave. After 45 minutes we arrived at the destination. Maybe a bit close to the street. We were over-dressed and we rode in a caravan of 8 camels with Abdul and Jusuf towards the sunset. We had a spectacular sunset and then a wonderful conclusion with tea and music.

After a long flight the day before I booked this as my first tour while in Marrakech. The driver was on time and you need to know that if you are staying at riad vs a hotel they will not come directly to your door to find out where you meeting point is. The driver was friendly allowed me to connect to wifi on his personal phone. Note: signals in the city are really low in most cases. When I arrived there was a group of 9 guys and myself. I'm not sure if they thought I couldn't hang but they decided to take me on the tour by myself. At first, I was a little offended as they didn't ask my preference, however, I actually liked it as I got to go at my own pace and it was great. My guide didn't really speak good English but we made the connection and I really had a great time. He was taking all my photos, personal videos so it was a bonus being alone and having all the time I needed. When he saw I could handle the faster rough ride we increased the speed and I didn't fall off once.

They communicated via Whatsapp the day before, and agreed for a pickup spot near my hostel. On the day itself, we visited an Argan Oil coop and had little breakfast with mint tea, reached Imlil around noon and did a lil hike to see waterfall. Had lunch (chicken or vegetarian tagine, bread, water). We reached Agafay desert at 4.30pm. We drank mint tea, put on traditional clothes+scarf and waited for available camels. After short camel ride, they took us to a nearby spot to see the sunset. Throughout the entire tour, the guide Muhammad "Potato" was engaging and provided lots of information about the culture and the areas.

We had a little problem/misunderstanding with the booking and the company agent was able to fix it to make everybody happy. The activity was very nice, it was worth every penny. We really enjoyed the quad ride during the sunset, we had a little time to stop at the top of the hill to make photos. Tour guide was kind and attentive to all of us. After, we had dinner at the desert with live music. Very recommendable! Don’t miss this activity when you visit Marrakech!

After a 30 min drive, we arrived at the desert camp. They gave as Bedouin clothes and we started our camel ride (lasted for about 1 hour). Then, we took the quads and had an amazing experience around the desert and in a small canion as well. The quad riding lasted for about another our. Finally, we had a lovely dinner (salad, chicken tajine and orange with cinnamons, plus mineral water and tea). After a little chat around a fire, we were brought back to Marrakech. Overall, amazing experience!! Worth it in every second and in the price as well! I will definitely book again. Just a quick recommendation: wear comfortable clothes because there is a lot of dust!! Plus, bring a jacket for the evening since the desert gets pretty cold after sunset!

We did both camel ride and quad bike tour and dinner and it was Amazing!!!! The beautiful dinner surrounded by other tourists around a bushfire with music playing was so chilled. The dinner was very delicious and traditional and served by the staff. We had a few guys that was playing their instruments which was nice. Defffff recommend to do both. The transport took over an hour there and back we had air con which was fine!

It was an amazing lifetime experience. The whole day was packed with amazing activities. The driver and our guide, Redone, were both very friendly. Redone is very knowledgeable and a professional guide. We were very lucky to have him as our tour guide. He made sure everyone was safe-it is a nice feeling to be in such good hands. This trip is worth every penny.

We had an excellent day trip out with Abdul our guide. Ready for the trip our collection was delayed slightly but Abdul kept in contact to ensure we knew they were on their way (I can’t remember the drivers name). Turns out I’m terrified of camels but Abdul made sure that I was comfortable and able to swap to a camel that was more serene. This was really appreciated. The tour around the Imlil was really interesting as local knowledge was amazing. The lunch provided was plentiful and far too much for 2 people to eat. Overall the trip was made amazing by such a good tour guide, full of interesting facts and no question was ignored. Abdul was also keen to learn more about those taking the trip - now he just needs to remember that ‘Ey Up’ is a Yorkshire way of saying hello! Thanks Abdul (and Ahmed) for great communications and a wonderful trip - highly recommended.
