On a comfortable and convenient minibus tour, see Iceland's two most popular natural attractions—the Golden Circle and the Blue Lagoon—in a single day.

Leave Reykjavik and travel to Thingvellir National Park, where the tectonic plates of America and Eurasia meet. View the location where the Icelandic parliament met from 930 to 1798 as you stroll through the stunning lake-filled region and switch between continental boundaries.

Next, visit the geothermal pools at the Geysir Hot Spring, which have temperatures as high as 200 degrees. Witness the Strokkur geyser spewing a 100-foot-high cloud of boiling water and steam. Before going to Gullfoss's breathtaking waterfall, grab a bite to eat.

Next, go to the Kerid volcanic crater, which has water that is a deep blue and is surrounded by bright red rock. The well-known Blue Lagoon is where you should end your tour. Utilizing the included silica mud mask, indulge in the warm geothermal waters before returning to Reykjavik.

  • These can also be rented at the Blue Lagoon at your own expense.

This tour of the Golden Circle was an incredible experience! The Gulfoss waterfall, Kerid Crater and Geyser were truly eye opening wonders of nature! And of course our tour guide, Jonas, really made the tour what it was! He had answers to every question asked and drove us through snow covered roads. He was very accommodating with every request and pickup/drop off right to our door! Could not recommend this tour with Jonas enough, 10 of 10 loved every minute of it!

Excellent trip. Would have been 5 stars, but there was a mix up with the pick up in the morning with the partner company changing my pick up location but not contacting me to say. Contents of the trip were great and thoroughly enjoyed despite being drenched from non-stop rain. Guide was good too!

This trip is a must if you are visiting Iceland for a short time as you get to see so much in one day. The bus was very new and comfortable and also has usb sockets and wifi which was a bonus. Our tour guide and driver was called Brian and he was excellent, a very knowledgeable man who told you a lot of very interesting information and fun facts which made the trip so much more enjoyable, you could tell he loved his job and Iceland and he really made this a 5 star trip. I definitely recommend this to anyone

So glad that we booked this tour as a package as it was a great day and each stop was amazing, with the highlight ending the day at the Blue Lagoon that was awesome! Our tour guide Axel was a great guide, very attentive and knowledgeable and timed the day perfectly at each stop as did not feel rushed or pressured to move on from each stop at all. Would 100% recommend to anyone thinking of checking out the golden circle tour and blue lagoon together, 100% worth it!

The driver was incredible and deeply knowledgeable. He gave us an endless roll of interesting facts about the island and the sights, and we hung on his every word. The amount of time spent at each spot was appropriate and nothing seemed rushed. What an incredible day.

This is the best tour, the driver he was so nice and friendly. This tour company picked us outside Reykjavik. They usually don’t pick up outside the city but since it was 9 of us passengers they offered to pick us at our Hotel. The activity was lovely. I will book the same with this company when I go back with group of friends. The bus is nice and clean also. The driver was extra nice. Overall I’ll give 10 star out of 10

This is perfect for all ages in my opinion. Myself and my girlfriend are 21 and we had an amazing day. Our tour guide was so good, he was very knowledge and was a great voice to go with the trip. The stop off times were a perfect amount of time to see the landmarks and enjoy them. Frequent places to stop off for food/toilet breaks. Would definitely recommend this to anyone, cannot fault at all.

Our guide was awesome - very funny and energetic, but not overbearing. I really liked how interactive he was with all the travelers and made the drive between destinations more enjoyable by sharing Icelandic music and other relevant info. The bus was comfortable and had wifi, which was a big plus. I also liked how there was sufficient time allocated to each stop. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Iceland for the first time.

We had an incredible time. We were incredibly lucky with the weather, the beginning of the day was a little windy but the sun was out the entire day and by after lunch the wind had died down. We had enough time to enjoy every site and each was incredibly enjoyable. At the stop with the geysers, there is a place to get some lunch but we found it to be a little expensive and we were glad we brought some of our own snacks along. The blue lagoon is the last stop and we got there with just over two hours which was just enough time to enjoy much of the pools and surrounding areas. Lastly, our tour guide was great. I admit to not knowing his first name, but his nickname we're told is Thor of Iceland. He was so friendly and so funny, constantly teased us in a friendly manner and answered all of our questions. He took us to a small area where we were able to meet Icelandic horses as we had a small bit of extra time between stops. Would highly, highly recommend to anyone visiting Reykjavik.

At this tour, you see some of the "must-see" sights in one day, which is perfect if you are in Iceland for a shorter stay. Amazing views, amazing sights. And at the end of the day bathing in Blue lagoon to relax. A nice and funny guide. A bit pricey, but I recommend the trip.
