A nice short orientation to a small section of Venice. The pace is fast with the guide walking a talking. Loved the history and the details about how people manage to live in the city especially when it rains!

Walking tour was excellent. Guide spoke very good English, and was enthusiastic and informative. Walking tour was approx 1 hr 15 minutes long and got to see and learn about things you would otherwise not know. Would definitely recommend this in addition to just the Gondola ride as the extra cost is quite small.

We took this tour to see things other than Doge’s Palace and St Mark’s since we would be seeing those on another tour. And that is what the tour was - small backstreets with stops at interesting attractions with informed commentary from our guide. My only complaint is the audio device has poor sound quality which made it hard to understand the guide. It was better to not use it and stand near the guide whenever possible.
