Excellent value for money and a really great tour- Dori was lovely and very professional, teaching us a great deal about the city and its history. We were able to take breaks off the bus for photographs and to see selected sites. Overall was a really great experience- thanks Dori (and driver)

It was do described more places than we saw but overall very good. Fantastic guide

the guide Dori was good. However the programm of the tour with only one stop for Fisherman's bastion was disappointing. I would like to have couple of over stops or walking tour

Excellent - From Start To Finish. Such informative tour, lovely hot drink supplied on a crisp cold day, took photos of me as I’m a lone traveller which I appreciated. Way better than commercial tours, makes it more personal and a great experience around Budapest.

Daniel was a great tour guide, really knowledgeable when it came to the history of Budapest. He was really obliging taking us to our chosen points of interest. Would highly recommend!

Daniel Was a great guide with a lot of experience .He showed us the main sites in Budapest.We had plenty of time to stop for photos and the flask of tea and blankets were welcome.Having a tour by Tuk tuk is a good way to see all the main sites plus Daniel gave us lots of information about each location.I cannot rate him highly enough.

Daniel was the most tour guide, who went above and beyond to to make our tour around Budapest very informative, and enjoyable. We were able to take regular stops en route to take photos. We were given valuable advice on places to eat/drink, sightseeing, etc. We would highly recommend Daniel to anyone travelling to this wonderful place. Carole & Christine

We had a great day with our guide Daniel Herczeg!! He showed us all of the highlights that the beautiful city of Budapest has to offer. Including stopping for a delicious chimney cake on route-a must try when in Budapest!! He even gave us a list of reccomendations for some great local spots for food and drink as well. 10/10 would reccomend!!!

Brilliant tour love ever minute, the blankets and the hot fruit tea was a lovely thought as it was cold a rainy day , a great way to see all the sights but save your legs

Day 1 in Budapest we did this with Daniel, was amazing! He gave us so much history of the city & was such a nice guy. He took us round everything on our own to do list we knew we had to see. Also emailed me a list of recommendation local restaurants & other places to see. Really gave us our bearings for walking around, I’d thoroughly recommend this.

Daniel met me like an old friend in Budapest. He knows every corner very well. And he explains the history with so much passion. He also takes care of everything you need on te tour- including hot beverages, water, warm blankets and much more. The ride is totally worth every penny because Budapest is such a huge city and there can be so many tourist traps. But Daniel is the most genuine guide I have ever had and I would HIGHLY recommend booking his tour. Thanks Daniel for making me fall in love with Budapest!

Brilliant tour including rides on the metro to cover more area in the time. Monica was an amazing guide and the strudel stop was delicious; there was so much there was still some to take away too!

We had Kristina as our tour guide, she was amazing. The history of Budapest/Hungary is fascinating, we really went into the older history of the country, and ended in current day. Our tour guide was friendly informative and the coffee shop/snack was to die for..do it!

Anna our tour guide was great, very knowledgeable and friendly, saw a lot of the area which was great for the short time we had in the city, I assumed the strudel would be a piece each but it was more than our table could finish with like 6 or more different flavors, very tasty, not much time in Buda but you get dropped off there at the end so it works well to explore on your own

My partner and I had an absolutely wonderful tour with our tour guide Christina! she taught us so much about each monument, the history and all the reasons. She was so lovely and made the start of our trip wonderful. The coffee stop was really nice too and such a great place! We highly recommend this tour trip and We will definitely be recommending to family & friends.

it was amazing tour, loved it, out tour guide was super nice and fun, it was the combination of historical anecdotes, local legends, and we visited to various bars along the way..., also a good way to meet people and make new friends as a solo traveler.... loved it.

This was by far the best night I have had in my favourite city! The guides were amazingggg and took us to some great spots in Budapest. Our group itself was so lovely and fun. It was like a night out with the best of friends. Most importantly, getting drunk while talking about history is such a unique yet absolutely hilarious combination!!!! Top!!!

I had an amazing time. It was a fantastic experience, a total hoot from start to finish. The tour was well-organized, and our guide was knowledgeable and fun. We got to explore some great bars and taste delicious local drinks. I definitely recommend it to others :)

Laura and Ray were amazing tour guides! We had a big group of 24 people and our guides made everyone feel included. We went to four bars and multiple drinks were included in our ticket price. It was an amazing deal! Laura shared fun facts about the city’s history and the Hungarian cocktails and drinks - including Palinka. We had a great time socializing with other travelers and ended the night dancing. I would recommend this tour and specifically request Laura and Ray!

Our tour guides Laura and Ray made us feel very welcome! The way Laura talked about random facts and the way she was telling us was very fun! Ray was super friendly and social! They were both so nice and fun! We got wat more drinks then we thought! And had very fun conversations with the group! Also the games that we were playing in between were very fun and light!

Flavia and Bori are very kind, it was a lot of fun. you have to do that! we saw a lot of bars and drink a lot

Had a great time with Kitty and Flavia as our guides. They were super fun, helping the group connect and telling us about Budapest. After the pub crawl, they went to a karaoke bar (my friend and I missed it sadly). They went above and beyond to help travelers get to know Budapest in a different light, providing helpful tips and recommendations. Highly recommend you to the tour with Kittie and Flavia!

The tour is started inside the synagogue every half hour but the instruction is not clear enough. so i missed the one i arrived and hace to wait for the next

It was very interesting and informative. The guide did his best with his accent to convey the information in English. The building was beautiful and the history was sad. I only hope we learn from these past mistakes, but current world affairs are showing we have not.

Tour was good, but was mixed Italian and English group so sometimes was little hard to understand.

The tour was great and our guide, Dalia, was very knowledgeable and very engaging about the overall l history of Budapest and Hungary. The inside the church is quite ornate and the stories of the various sculptures and paintings weas helpful. We took the elevator up to the tower and the view was a great to see everything after having toured Budapest all week we were able to get a nice reference again.

We were out with Eva in the Buda Castle District. That was very entertaining and informative. We can highly recommend the tour. Information about Budapest in general was included. Although “only” the castle hill is walked, there are still many steps involved.

Tour worth doing, Elisabetta was a perfect guide, prepared, she explained everything we were seeing well to us, Buda is beautiful. Furthermore, she was very available to give you advice and information on what you could ask her.

This is a great value-for-money tour that covers all the main points of interest. Our guide, Lina, was nice and very knowledgeable. However, it was hard to hear her sometimes, and we fell behind a few times, struggling to keep up with the fast walking pace. A decent tour overall.

We had booked the small group tour in English and were lucky enough to be the only guests. Dalia gave us a very friendly and informative overview of historical and current Budapest and adapted well to our interests. Afterwards we really had the feeling that we had taken in and seen a lot. We were very late because a previous tour ran out of time but our guide was waiting for us.

Adam was a wonderful guide - informative and had a great historical knowledge. He very generously shared his personal experiences of growing up under a Communist regime. We went to the Communist retro museum afterwards, which was so interesting and so much fun! Highly recommended.

Our guide Noémie was truly exceptional. She was able to explain to us in French the whole history of Nazism and Communism on Hungarian life and the terrible repercussions of these dictatorships. The Museum of Terror is an edifying historical testimony that should not be missed. I think that without Noémi's explanations we would not have fully appreciated the impact of these terrible events… I strongly advise you to live this extraordinary experience.

The guide had the necessary local knowledge and was able to share both history and the present.

With the individually designed city tour you get a good insight into the various sights and can then decide which places you would like to visit again. Our guide - Agnes - really impressed us with her immense knowledge of the city and its history. We really enjoyed the tour with her. At this point, many thanks again!

Our guide was just great and we had an unforgettable day. Since we were traveling with 9 people, including two pairs of grandparents, we got a bit off schedule and the guide was so nice and accompanied us through the city for over 11/2 hours longer than originally thought. The additional effort was absolutely limited, so that we saw everything, could go at our own pace and spent a great day together. She showed us all the important sights, showed us little secrets and hidden corners, paused with us in a beautiful coffee and then said goodbye to us in the castle district to a very tasty and inexpensive eatery.

We spent half a day with Péter Balogh, who informed us very competently about the history and the individual sights of the city. But we would also like to emphasize that Péter speaks excellent German and was therefore able to tell one or the other anecdote in a very humorous way. So: If you want to get to know Budapest, in German, through a likeable contemporary, you should come back to Péter...
