I'm very happy with choosing this company. The whole transaction took less than 15 min. True professionals

Booked the day tickets for Disneyland Paris here 3 days before arrival in Paris. Everything worked out great. Unfortunately, the park is very expensive in terms of food... Hot Dog 11EUR. Tip leave the park and eat cheaper at McDonalds in the village directly in front of Disneyland. Afterwards you can go back to the Disneypark with your old ticket.

Everything worked quickly and with no hassle. A trip to Disneyland is a must. We loved it.

It was extremely easy to get there as we bought the ticket in advance and we didn’t wait at all. Disney worth its price and I would definitely come again. The children were also very happy. The only thing I didn’t like was that we should have waited a long time for each attraction, however it was very exciting experience. I would only recommend it.

We really enjoy Disneyland Paris. Our first visit three years ago, we could pull tickets for our favorite rides and return at a certain time for entry. Purchasing off your site we did not know about Premier tickets. We would have welcomed paying more to skip the long lines.

You know it... But these queues are just annoying. We gifted this trip to our granddaughter. At the age of 7 you are not as resilient as the older teenagers. I've observed.. there are also tickets where you have a faster entry Would have been happy for such a note.

The disney experience was great. We chose the disneyland park. I advise to choose the early time slot and plan ahead the rides you want go. There is an app for disneyland rides where you can check the waiting time and the map of the whole park. Food was okay, there was a lot of options but it was not cheap so if you’re on a budget best to bring food. It’s allowed. To go there, if you will be using the train ensure you have the right train ticket or else you will not be able to enter unless some good samaritan will help you. Overall, the activity was straightforward. It was easy to follow instructions, no problems encountered at all.

This Tour was great. Disneyland was outstanding. Thank you for providing this package for 2 parks. It was remarkable experienced specially for the kids who watched the Disneyland character parade with singing and dancing. Rides were very good and restaurants too. It was memorable experienced in general.

In a word, I was blown away! An incredibly utopian world where you will be very impressed no matter what age you are. An enjoyable activity where you will be loaded with safe adrenaline, adventure and positive vibes. We thought of going back to the Walt Disney Studio park because we didn't know it closed early, but we couldn't. It is impossible to attend all events. With the fast pass, maybe more attractions can be fit into this period. Finally, I really liked this fairytale spirit! I would like to be there more often.

Getting there is pretty tricky. Trains and buses are a bit confusing so make sure you plan well ahead (and be aware of service disruptions!). We wasted almost half a day just to get there (and met a tonne of people who were stuck at the station also). Reached the park about 1pm and didn't have much time to cover the entire park. We only did Disneyland Park.

We were lucky to have great cooling weather when we went to the park. Booking online is definitely great choice - save lots of time and walking. Check waiting time and in some cases good idea to buy the premier access. Also download the Disney mobile app, lots of info up there.

We enjoyed the Disneyland with our 18mos old baby. It was a nice experience. This was our 2nd time to Disneyland Paris but 1st with our daughter. We would love to go back and use this app. We do love this app. the price is cheaper and you can book for same day.

It was very fun and enjoyable. The personnel at the City Hall was helpful. She guided us to the meditation room when we asked for it. Although there was a very big crowd all the personnel were very helpful and friendly when approached. Majority of them could converse in English. All the rides were entertaining - the High Mountain, Blanche, Carousel, Dumbo, Mad Hatter, Buzz Lightyear, Indiana Jones. The souvenirs are really nice. Oh yes, Alice in Wonderland is interesting as well

Amazing day with my 7 year old. The disney app lets you see waiting times for the rides. Park was clean, staff was friendly. The price we paid was lower than purchasing direct from the park!

Have fun as a child in these two wonderful parks. You can go from one to the other in an unlimited way during the more than 12 hours of service of the parks, leaving and re-entering. Of course, all the attractions are included with the cost, making a variable queue per attraction. A place where you should go on your visit to Paris. Easy access by metro.

Pleasant and cold, a chance to have had the sun that day :) the activities had only a minute's wait and I was able to do as many laps and a nice walk as possible. I did not see a stop at the "little world"; believing it I, in fact, made a complete tour otherwise the atmosphere is always so pleasant - thank you

Everything is great, without a doubt Disney is beautiful at Christmas. When you buy the tickets through this app, ask them to provide you with the QR before you arrive, so you don't waste time and you have it in advance

Two parks for the price of 1. The studio park doesn't have that many attractions, but what there is is fine, and many shows. The real Disneyland park has much more and is also bigger. As a Disney fan you can get your money's worth there. In any case, very clean. And thanks to the app you can find exactly where everything is and what the waiting times are.

It all went very smoothly. No hassle with the metro / train from Paris to Disneyland. You can be at Disney within an hour from the Gare du Nord boarding point. Also nice because you can do a bit of sightseeing from the bus. Recommended

Ignace B.

it's good if you take both the parks so as to maximize your stay there and come back with them or else you can always take the train back if you finish early with one park ticket.Do the Disney park if you one park ticket, they will recommend that too.

the meet up location was at the end of the street towards the back end of the street of the Pullman Paris hotel. Location about 5 minute walk from Eiffel tower. We got our tickets before boarding the bus from the guide and took us about 45-50 min to get to Disneyland by shuttle. Park opened at 8:30am. We did the park hopper and thought that was perfect to do for an all day activity. We took our time and still managed to finish both parks by 4pm and rode a decent amount of rides. Park wasn’t that crowded for a Saturday. Been to other parks on a weekend and it’s usually terrible to get around the crowds. Got to catch 2 parades (one Halloween one). We didn’t stay until the end to catch the 9pm bus so just took the train back to the city at 5pm which took about 1 hr and was about $6 usd per person to get back. The fireworks is at 10pm if you’re willing to stay that long but jet lag got the better of us

Adélie B.

Great service, shuttle was nice and efficient. Disneyland is amazing and magical! Only issue we had was finding the shuttle at the end of the day. Perhaps suggesting to guests to drop a pin on their phone map or a small paper to indicate where the shuttle was. We were so excited when we got there, we didn't pay much attention to the location where the shuttles were!

Victoria G.

We arrived at the park 9am and left 9pm very long time in the park . And they souhd be more organized places in the bus, should be a sign places on the tickets and not separate 2 persons traveling together. For future traveling avoid holidays days there is a long time for everything, 80 minutes for one attraction waiting this get you tarid, no place to site to relax. So with sort words avoid holidays and you don't have children, there is better place to spend your time in Paris and not spend 250€ per person the tour and food to take somephotos, and more if you get in a souvenirs shop .

Diane D.

The shuttle service was excellent. very helpful staff. only problem was the return. there must be some more information from the exit gate to parking about the location of Bus parking. the best will be if one person from staff can be at the exit gate with Tag of information about the bus location.

The experience was great! 1/2 day is just about the right amount of time to see Versailles. Pickup was easy and well communicated. The tour guide was knowledgeable and sweet. We had a little over an hour to wander the gardens before getting on the bus back. Overall experience was terrific.

Skip the line is the way to go to access miser d’orsay. However it was still a little crowded inside. I nonetheless, it made entering with reluctant teenagers much easier. We went straight to the impressionists, and loved being in the gorgeous space. Stayed 1.5 hours.

We were provided with a bar code for easy entry. Unlike our other bookings where we were just issued a QR code which did not grant us access. Electronic bookings should have electronic tickets; NOT tickets you have to print. Very difficult when you are on vacation. Will never use again for this reason.

We arrived hungry and thirsty but it took ages to locate a cafe, restaurant didn’t seem to be functioning but there was no notice about it. Once we found the cafe, it was excellent. Good service, good refreshments. The museum is spectacular, a wonderful setting for excellent works of art.

I booked this activity because I wanted my daughter to have a cup of tea with me in the most luxuriously decorated ceiling in a restaurant in the world, (that I know of)! We relaxed and discussed which exhibitions we wanted to see, made a plan and then executed it! Awesome!

The Musee d’Orsay is a spectacular immersion into the large water Lilly murals of Monet as well as the seminal works of Renoir, Modigliani, Picasso, Cezanne, and other great artists. We thoroughly enjoyed the process of easily reserving a time and purchasing tickets on line, as well as the admission procedures at the museum!

The museum is really fantastic! We spent hours there. Seeing the paintings for the first time was awesome. Be prepared with comfortable shoes you wont want to leave until closing time. Lunch at the 2nd floor restaurant was really good, food was interesting and tasty.

First visit back to Paris - and MdO - since Covid. Worth planning two days - but never do. One side or the other downstairs. Quick pre-lunch walk through the Impressionists on the top floor before the iconic restaurant. And then re-explore the Impressionists - Monet, Pissarro, Cezanne etc and then the Post Impressionists - Van Gogh, Gaugin. Was all set to leave at 3.30pm and sprint round the Orangerie but was way-payed by the Gaudi exhibition. Outstanding.

Our tour guide, Stephanie, was beyond incredible! She made every second of our tour extremely informative and amusing, especially for our tween twins. We'd recommend her and tour in a heart beat. Can't wait to do it again. Thank you for making our trip to Versailles so memorable!

Make sure you are in the correct line-up for people who already have purchased tickets. You are allowed to enter the line 30 minutes before your reservation time. The Impressionist art is up on the 5th floor. Bring your water bottle and a snack ; it gets tiring after a couple of hours and there are line ups to get into the two restaurants .

I easily got into the museum and also onto the boat for the Seine cruise. The embarkation is a 20-minute walk from the museum. The walk is pleasant because you follow the Seine. The museum can be visited entirely in about 3 hours.

Guide, Noha, was excellent. My wife had been looking forward to this trip and unfortunately developed a bad cold just prior. She made a list of all the pieces she wanted to see and Noha readily accommodated her. Her depth of knowledge of the museum and the pieces was remarkable. When our time was over my wife was physically fading. Noha made certain we were able to get transportation back to our hotel. Service above and beyond! We would both highly recommend Noha and this service!

With this ticket we did not queue. The only queue but very smooth and in any case inevitable was the one for the metal detector checks. The museum is crazy. Never seen so many people in front of a work…. The Gioconda ! The audio guide is with Nintendo, intuitive and very useful. I'll be back because one afternoon isn't enough to see it all.

At the musée D'ORSAY, if you leave close to closing time, it's not worth queuing at the entrance. They are very strict with the opening hours. You have to enter at least 2 hours in advance to see it.

The Musée d`Orsay is an absolute must if you are in Paris for a few days. Urgently book tickets in advance, the time is too precious to stand in queues in Paris forever. An absolute advantage......

Everything was absolutely to our liking. First of all the excellent information we recieved by mail. Very very good! We highly enjoyed the beautiful art in musée d’Orsay. Also the very good and well organized restaurants. Despite the enormous amounts of visitors the staff remained calm and friendly. We stayed in the museum about 6 hours. The cruise on the river Seine was also a nice way to learn a bit more about this beautiful city. Very clear and understandable spoken English.

Our tour guide, Melissa (could be spelling wrong), was the best in France! We considered going back again just for her. The way she connected us to the material, walked us through the progressions of styles chronologically, and the light hearted approach she took was fantastic. Truly a kind, thoughtful guide, 5 stars!

Anya was fabulous! Very knowledgeable, of course, but tied together so many aspects of the art, the societal implications and influences, historical influences, aristocracy vs bourgeois, the artists idiosyncrasies, and more. Very personable and interactive...not just standing there lecturing. Very pleasant personality and charming as well. Highly recommend her to anyone from those with little knowledge of the art to those more sophisticated.

We had Boris as our guide and he was awesome! Punctual and so approachable. Extremely knowledgeable and gave us so much insight to the painting ha, the building itself, and much more. We wished we could have more time to listen to all he knew. Great experience and would highly recommend.

Our guide, Lilly, was deeply knowledgeable and a wonderful story teller. She was able to pull the pieces in the museum into an overall narrative of the progression of art in France. It was very educational and very fun. She spent time pointing out the "jokes" and secrets that you might not notice as a lay person.

Cyrille C.

With the background of our guide Lily, our tour was spent connnecting art to the political and cultural events of the time period. Lily was extremely well educated in art history and we were able to appreciate the art we saw and understand how it fit in with the time period. This tour was definitely the highlight of our time in Paris!!!

The Musee d’Orsay, as beautiful as it is, literally came life with our excellent guide Anja. Her enthusiasm and knowledge of the history and importance of the art was mesmerizing. She was a delight to be with and we cannot thank her enough for taking us along on her magnificent journey through the Musee d’Orsay. Ten stars would not be enough! Don’t miss this beautiful experience.

6 days in Paris with a group of 6 adults/young adults, saw all the sights, museums. We unanimously agreed that this tour with Mila R was the highlight! Felt like a walking college art history tour with top professor. Fast paced, lively, loaded with context. Only regret is we wished we could have added an hour, then taken Mila to lunch. She is a lovely person and fantastic guide.

Our original time to meet the tour guide was on the morning of Tuesday, October 9. Because of the threat of a general strike, the museum did not open at the correct time. Our guide met us, however, and we agreed to meet again at 2 PM in the afternoon. Anya gave us an excellent tour. She taught us the history of art from classical through to modern times in her 2 hour tour.. We were most impressed with her and her delivery. We would give her the highest rating.

Excellent visit, an exceptional, cultured guide whose very didactic and progressive approach fascinated us. A real good time with a guide far superior to those we have had on other occasions. For a first with Your application, you have made us loyal! Thanks again Boris!

The pass allows access to most of the bigger museums, however there is a limit of how many museums you can see per day, as some require quite long visits. Sometimes it might be cheaper to pay for each invidividual museum, if you don't have that much time to spend. But I enjoyed having this pass, although I found it annoying that I still had to queue for some museums.

Axel C.

I purchased the four day pass ($70) and visited 8 of the sites on the pass. It is absolutely worth the money, but make sure to factor in “museum burnout”; if you think you’ll burn out quickly then a two-day pass may be better for you, but if you’re determined to get up everyday and get out there then purchase a longer one :)

Marie-Madeleine B.

Great to be able to walk past the ticket lines. Includes almost all the museums we wanted to see, and certainly saved a lot of time. We saw enough that it also saved us money, but even if it hadn't saved us money, just the time savings were worth it. Clearer info about how to pre-book timed tickets for the Louvre would have been appreciated.

Christine G.

There are a lot of really great museums available on this pass. But, as with anything, the trip is exactly what you make of it. I imagine that many people likely buy this pass to get into Le Louvre and that was definitely handy but don't miss the other museums on this pass because there are just as many wonderful things to be had from the smaller museums including all the greats you think you have to go to the Louvre for! We had a great time plotting our adventures in different parts of the city around visiting the museums. Make sure you get the train pass too to make you visit easier!

Béatrice G.

The 2-day pass a great deal if you visit at least 4 museums. You will also skip the long lines for buying tickets which is very nice since the lines can be very long. The only downside is that you have to pick up the pass in person, it would be nice to have it electronically sent.

Désirée G.

The pass was well worth the money as we went to many of the places and were able to skip the lines which saved valuable time. The only negative was that even though we had a mobile app for it, no one was willing to take it. The office to pick up the app was far away from us and VERY inconvenient to get to. The address was difficult to see on the street. When we mentioned the app that no one would take, they sympathized and said "well, this us Paris." Oh well...

Thaddée D.

The best part was the "skip the line". Oh my gosh, a couple of times we went right to the head of a line that was over 200 yards long (close to 200 meters). There are so many great museums to see. However, you have to do at least two a day to get your money's worth so if you are not a real museum buff, the two day pass is the best.

Fiona B.

We bought the 2 day Paris Museum Pass, we definitely got our monies worth. We did the Louvre and one other museum the first day. We booked an entrance time for the Louvre early. On the second day we booked a time for the l’Orangerie , then we did the Arc de Triumph, Hotel des Invalids, the Rodin Museum and finally the Consiergerie. They were all excellent.

Porthos R.

Very beautiful city, with many sights to see. Definitely visit Versailles palace and Louvre museum. If you like art masterpieces, also visit D'Orsey museum and Pompidou center. You can also visit Rodin museum, Picasso museum and Orangerie museum. Paris metro is the cheapest and easiest way to move around the city, so get you one week metro pass from the first day and don't forget to attach your photo and wright your name on the pass card, because you can get charged if you don't do that. BE CAREFUL of thieves. As parisians told me, they are all around the city, so look for your phones, wallets and other staff. Overall it was unforgettable journey to city of Art, perfume boutiques, romantic night walks and mesmerizing buildings. And of course you will not forget to visit Eifel tower. Enjoy you journey!

Jean-Yves B.

The museums we visited were amazing. The small museum pass booklet was convenient. However, the pickup location for the booklet and canal tour confirmation was not conveniently located, and the staff inside were not the friendliest nor efficient. Had we known, we would have picked up the booklet the day before our passes would start because getting the passes the day of ate away time we could have visited a museum or two. There were some museums that we had to stand in the “no ticket holder/time slot” line to enter, which took over an hour before we got in. Plan ahead to maximize your museum experience.

Marina J.

Having this pass helped my family immensely while we were touring Paris. It saved us literal HOURS by not having to wait in line for tickets at individual sites. Purchasing it ahead of time relieved stress on our budget. With so many options and places to visit, we went to many that we just happened to be near allowing our schedule to flow easily and brought us to many that we either were unaware of or wouldn't have thought to visit! This is definitely a must for the savvy traveler!

Serge N.

The pass was wonderful although we didn’t use it for a lot of the attractions. But getting in ahead of the line was perfect. Obtaining the pass was really not that easy. We had to go to a small out of the way office. It should be far more available. However we recommend having the pass.

The cruise is beautiful and offers a unique view of Paris. For those who want it is possible to stay inside the boat to avoid the cold that is inevitable in winter. The upper floor is uncovered, with long benches on all sides to offer the best possible view. In the centre, the roof is glazed to let those staying indoors see the outside. We stayed outdoors so I don't know what the view through the glass roof is like.

The specified 20 minutes that you should be there before the desired date are by no means sufficient in the high season. We queued 1 1/2 hours before it was our turn. The comments can hardly be understood in some places on deck. You should be aware that this is a mass processing. Still well organized.

Grégoire C.

We had an amazing experience at this cruise!! Well organized and easy to find the meet point. It was aamazing to see the buldings and the bridges from th boat. We took the boat at 16:30, so we had the opportunity to see Paris before getting dark and at the end of the cruise the lights of Eiffel tower!

Théo B.

Even on a rainy evening we loved the river cruise. The lights are so beautiful and it is amazing how many landmarks you can see from the river. The bridges of Paris are best seen from the water. The narrator was interesting and he made sure that we recognized the major monuments and buildings along the way.

No Audio Guide on the upper deck available!!!We drove by all these beautiful sites and if lucky where yelled the name through the loudspeakers at-why not have at least an app that everyone can download and scan a QR Code upon entering to be able to listen to with your own headphones? Done that many times at different activity

We went on a Mon and was told it was closed for private event and told to come back next day. The cruise was much bigger than expected. Most people went to the upper deck to catch the views outside but soon, most came down to the lower deck which was warmer since now is winter. Value for money considering is an-hour cruise ride. Just relax and enjoy and scenery.

Take the cruise at dusk or night to see the Eiffel Tower lighted up. If you sit on the upper deck, the audio for the guided tour can not be heard though, but sitting at the upper deck was a good decision for us as we are able to see better the sights with the chilly wind adding more to the experience.

Marie-Madeleine B.

they were super nice and the time flew by. If you sit on the deck you wont have the audioguide but if you sit downstares there will be enough guide-phones for everyone. One of the workers kept informing the entire boat (the deck too) whenever we were passing bye an important sight, to make aure we wouldn't miss it. It was great!

My family and (3 people) joined this tour in Dec 2022. Booked online, went to the banks of the Seine opposite the Eiffel Tower, then embarked on an exciting journey, seeing parts of Paris by river. Since we left just before sunset, Paris with the lights on and the Eiffel Tower looking golden, were truly the unforgettable sights.

Specific starting point was vague. There were hundreds of people milling around for several different cruise companies. You need to give exact coordinates. If you don’t speak French it’s a confusing situation. Also very long lines with 30-45 minutes waiting. Boat was super full for sunset cruise. Very confusing

Having read the reviews we planned our day for the 5/5:30pm ferry to see the city at night. On arrival the line was horrendously long, at least a few hours wait. As we had a dinner reservation so we had to come back again later ((which was very annoying as we were the other side of town so multiple train tickets were purchased)). We came back for the 10pm trip which was fairly empty and were the last group to attend the ferry. We weren't disappointed - was amazing to see the city at night with hardly anyone upstairs. We used our phone for the commentary but at times was nice to just take in the sights. Shame the company don't ticket the time slots to avoid initial disappointments with queing.

The river cruise is definitely worth doing. There is an audio commentary in different languages and all glass so even if you don’t have a window seat you can see everything. We didn’t visit at peak tourist season so plenty of room. Was great to get out of the cold too!

We really enjoyed the pace of the boat and the length of the tour was perfect. Paris along the river at night all lite up with the lights is amazing. We were delighted to see all the people sitting along the edge of the island walls enjoying the evening. Seeing the Eiffel Tower at the end of the tour was a grand finale. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

If you are a visitor to Paris, a boat ride on the Seine is a must. It’s beautiful, relaxing and really helps you get oriented to the city. On this particular cruise the narration is kind of cheesy, but you’re not required to listen. Better to look up and experience the trip.

Fantastic Seine cruise, plenty of seating both inside and out, lovely views around the riverbank including famous buildings - free wifi to be able to listen to an informative audio guide, and heated inside which was great as we went in winter and found it was quite windy on the return back up the river. Very good experience, easy to find too.

The ship had plenty of room, floated along at a gentle pace, the tour guide spoke in three languages to accommodate the patrons and was very informative. We found a booth on the lower deck and the window opened for fresh air and a private view of the sites. I would highly recommend taking this cruise.

The instructions I received were accurate. I didn't face any problem. The boat is beautiful and very easy to access. The ride is worth the money. It's a good idea to have headphones for your phone, because through it you can listen to the tour after connecting to the ship's WiFi.

Excellent boat trip at night that enabled us to see a lot of sights. The audio was a brilliant addition to provide further context. only let down by the hour we had to stand in a queue with no real reason as to why or timings for the actual cruises. You just stood in a queue and waited for them to let you on. The boat was there but we just stood for a hour. Clear times for each cruise would be good so you can decide if you want to stand or come back closer to the time. I suspect it’s not fixed and they just wait until there’s critical mass. Not everybody can physically stand for long periods and really put me off doing it again.

Went to the pier at 9:45 to catch the illuminations. At first, we were daunted by the length of the individual holder line (go to the 3.1 entrance), however once boarding started, the line moved rapidly. Recommend sitting on the top level for the best views and experience, but the bottom level is much more comfortable. The only challenge we faced was securing a taxi/Uber home after the visit. Though this is no fault of the boat tour whatsoever, be prepared to walk and eventually find a cab. Despite this setback, it is well worthwhile to partake in this cruise to experience the highlights of this magical City of Lights!

It wasn’t too hard to find the boat dock so that was nice. There were lots of people waiting in line and we didn’t know if we would be able to get on but the vote fits many people and we got on and had a great seat up top. The views were beautiful. You can listen to an audio guide although I didn’t think it was that interesting. We did it right around sunset and it was perfect.

We sat on the side of the boat on the lower deck as the top was full. Would suggest being there early to get a seat upstairs. It was still a great view, the guide spoke 3 different languages and there was an audiobook guide available via mobile as well. Perfect departure location to visit the Eiffel Tower before/after the ride! Highly recommend.

Great experience, the time flew by. The seating on the boat was fantastic, plenty of leg room, benches are in rings so that everyone is facing the edge of the boat. Simple boarding process, very smooth and easy, moved quickly once boarding began. We thought the line looked very long, but the boat fits a lot of people, so the line disappeared once boarding began

The cruise was nice, we had to wait in line about 10 minutes but we got on at the time we planned. We set upstairs so we can be outside but the seats were not do comfortable, wooden deck seats facing either left or right so it was uncomfortable trying to see both sides of the river. Some of the explenations were on the audioguide which was great in English, but some of them were live and it wad hard to understand her English.

We took the 10 pm boat and with the timing of the cruise, just as we docked at the river at the base of the Eifle Tower, the light show went off. I do recommend you be sure to take it late evening so you can enjoy the beauty of Paris reflected in the river. All along the route there were many people out sitting ont the river banks, strolling, dancing, yelling out to the boats. Great fun. Do it!! Cheap!!!

Very easy to pick up tickets. Everything was fine, train tickets and entrance to the parks. The pick up location was easy to find. The parks are wonderful. Get your pocket ready for the park's stores that are drop-dead gorgeous.

Booking the park tickets and the train tickets in advance made the trip simple and without delays. Took some time to find the office to pick up the tickets. Would be nice if they add Hotel delivery as an option. We had tickets for both parks so we started off at Disneyland and then went to the Studio after lunch but only stayed there a couple of hours. Had dinner at a restaurant in the Disneyland Hotel named Inventions. This was an international buffet dinner with everything from appetizers to desserts. It was our grandson's 9th birthday and so we had arranged for a special Mickey cake with the number 9 on it. Much to our surprise several of the wait staff plus Mickey himself came out with the cake singing Happy Birthday in French which was broadcast over the hotel loudspeaker so everyone could hear. Lines for the rides were a little longer than we were expecting but nothing too long. Overall a great way to spend a Sunday in Paris.

It was one wonderful plan to share with the family, mechanical attractions are funny and if you install in your smartphone the App from Disney park, you can manage better the waiting time to access to the games. Completely recommended! Also, the options to include in the same package the train tickets makes easier everything

Disneyland is definitely for young and old, and should definitely be planned for a trip to Paris. The train ticket is very practical because, in contrast to the bus journey, you can plan the return times yourself. Studio Park is highly recommended for adults! Office for pickup was easy to find.

Would 100% recommend. From picking tickets up front from their office to the illumination lights at the end, the entire day was faultless and memorable. They provided enough guidance when collecting tickets so you know what metro tubes to take and the train takes you right outside the park. The tickets included entrance to both parks without any interruptions. Would recommend coming early to avoid queues. The price for tickets to both parks and the hour train journey was 100% worth it. But deffo book again!

We went on a Saturday, and they only told us that a ticket was needed to enter the same day, you cannot use a digital voucher, and luckily for me they say that the company only delivers tickets by hand on the weekend between 2 and at 4 pm, that is, I would lose practically the whole day and pay 109 euros.. I had to file a complaint to get the tickets earlier, otherwise I would pay for nothing. Anyway, poorly organized, not to mention that I paid 109 euros and if you do the math, 50 for the entrance fee and 12 for the train tickets, I had a lot to lose.. never on this site again.

The train trip was quite fast and the queues were bearable except for the lines at the food areas. It was a ridiculous 20 minutes lining up for pre-prepared food which was not hot. The parks themselves were awesome even for an old girl like me. The rides and shows were amazing with my favourite being the rail trip through Disney studios. An evening light and sound spectacle featuring many of the Disney movie characters finished off a fun packed day.

We went an 7:00 and it was perfect. Amazing views. The audio guide is very helpful alla the sights are so brilliant at night. We sat upstairs to have a full view. It was amazing beside the cold. If you are cold you may seat downstairs where it's heated but go early to get seats by the window.

It was an entertaining drive from which you can see a few landmarks. Unfortunately, the information that was given during the journey was not always understandable. The audio guide via mobile phone didn't work well for me personally, and the crew kept talking about the time it left. Overall a good thing, I would do it again.

Would recommend warm clothes or a blanket if going after 5pm, as it gets really cold, but it was very beautiful and the descriptions of the places we passed were very historically pleasing to hear for the history lovers and very poetic and entertaining for the romantics. Next time, I’ll just be sure to bring a blanket. (If you don’t you can always stay in the closed part of the boat, the view gets a bit restricted but it’s still enjoyable.

Beautiful way to see the city. We did the tour at 6:00pm. Which seemed to be popular as It was very very busy however the boat is big to fit a lot of people on. Was perfect timing for sunset and when we arrived back the Eiffel Tower started to sparkle.

My wife and I’s first time to Paris and we were here for 3 days and jam packed weekend! We ended up booking this one and it fit in our schedule for the last departure on a Saturday night and was a great cruise. Weather and the sights wise(9/10/2022). The boat was great and seating lined the entire upper deck exterior deck while the below decks were indoor and plenty of seating. You get amazing views of the sights up and back along the Seine. I highly recommend whether a first timer or we would do again!

The river cruise was lovely! We sat on top and it was nice to be present and just look at all of the attractions. The audio is not good at all though! Very cringey! Would change that if I could do we ended up not listening to it. You can chose to - it has various languages and if you bring AirPods or any headphones, it’s easy to connect to! But yes, wouldn’t listen if I were you. They play French music which is nice and it was good just to be there. I would do it again

Very good and quite nice intro to explore Paris further (Louvre was accompanied with tickets as we couldn't buy / reserve online on last minute travel). The audio guides were also in Polish so kids could also understand better . One disadvantage that on the upper deck Wifi was disconnecting in certain points of standing or not connecting, once moved closer to middle of the boat it was alright.

Perfect way to see the main sights of Paris if you are short of time or are just starting your trip to get your bearings. Excellent views (photo opportunities) of the Eiffel Tower and Notre Dame. There was a queue but went down quickly (5 mins) and we boarded the boat at 2.30pm. The boat departs every 30 mins except, the 1pm and 7.30pm slot. The whole experience took 1 hour and it is 5 mins from a metro station. Would highly recommend!

Our experience with Martina, our guide, was fabulous. Her knowledge of the museum is incredible. We were immediately comfortable with her. Loved it!

It was a brilliant experience! So happy that I went with this instead of doing the Louvre on my own. There's just so much to see and the guided tour gives you the full context behind each of the works of art you see and also takes you around all of the "must-see" works of art. Would definitely recommend this over doing it on your own. Our guide Ivan/Evan was the absolute best- hilarious and super knowledgeable. Being a local Parisian he pointed out things that other guides would've missed

We can unreservedly recommend this tour. Our companion Valerie, a delightful, lively, middle-aged person, first asked about our expectations and after we had come out as "not knowing about art" and had expressed our desire to take the "must to see" with us, she guided us specifically for 2 hours through the exhibition with a lot of basic information, which means that we were able to take a lot of - and by no means boring - basic knowledge in connection with the exhibits and in general for ourselves within these 2 hours. It would not have made any sense to visit the Louvre alone - we would certainly have been overwhelmed after a very short time and would have quickly lost interest in the exhibits. With the guided tour, however, the visit was a highlight of our stay in Paris ;-) Many thanks again to Valerie!

The cruise was excellent. We went on the cruise in late afternoon and got to see the lights lighting up along the river and Eiffel Tower sparkling with lights. It was very beautiful moment. Really lovely boat ride, personally I would say it's best to go at night and a tip which I knew in advance would be to try get there early in order to get a good spot on the boat as it is a very popular activity to do. There is also an opportunity to stand outside during the trip. Crepe was 10/10

We booked here as our daughter is wheelchair user and it was offered as accessible:) While the short road down to Quai had a fairly uneven side walk and the rod was busy, a cab or patience will get you down there. It was easy to board (priority) but pre booking is the way to go! It is a great way to orient yourself in Paris and is worth the cost! If one has great mobility issues (as our daughter) your viewpoint could be reduced but the staff were excellent and could arrange for her and caregiver to ride up front in boat (very limited) All in all very enjoyable :)

We had a really good experience. Booking the ticket online was highly worthwhile as there was a big queue at the ticket booth when we arrived. When we got there, we were very lucky and were on a boat within a few minutes but it was very very busy, so we would recommend getting there a bit earlier if you want to be guaranteed a seat on the top deck, as some people were standing on ours and we couldn’t sit together at first. Staff at the crepe place were also lovely - generally a really great experience that we would definitely do again.

Very easy to book and a great price. The crepe shop was easy to find and delicious - you can choose from sugar or Nutella and can’t pay for additional toppings. It’s just a short walk across the road to the boat. The tour was great, just the right amount of time to see major sights helped by the fact that despite it being August there weren’t many people on board so we had plenty of room and the weather was glorious.. You’ll need headphones as commentary is through your phone so this won’t suit everyone. Great value for money and highly recommended.

Decided to try a different type of Paris cruise and chose one leaving from Parc de Villette down the canal, into the Seine around the Bastille and finishing at Musée D’Orsay. Going through the numerous locks and underground tunnel was very interesting. The scenery in the Seine always a treat. The boat commentator was knowledgeable and shared some fun stories.

Laurine P.

This was delightful. The combination of canal, locks, underground and Seine kept the trip continually interesting. The distance underground was fairly long, but we traveled very quickly thru this section, so it wasn't a large percentage of the trip time. Also, I was concerned that we would be dripped on while in the underground section, especially as it was raining a bit at that point, but the open air access points didn't drip. We felt a bit of rain there, but no questionable dripping.

we were looking at doing something different and stumbled across Paris canals. We loved it. directions were fairly easy to find, loved the live commentary during the cruise even if the microphone was playing up. we have recommended this tour to nearly everyone we know.

Émile A.

Been to Paris numerous times, didn't even know they had these canals . . now I know why they tried the Panama Canal now. Really interesting but very slow . . due to the multi-double locks and single locks and the long final tunnel before the River Seine.

Solène M.

Otherwise a relaxed ride with 8 lock passages (6 times double lock) there was simple seating (normal chairs without upholstery) available, the commentary was in French and English, but so extensive and azs rambling that it was boring even for the French. A change from the pure Seine tour. For the price it was ok. Oh yes, but unfortunately there were no more drinks for half of the journey. Not good in the sunny temperatures.

Grégoire O.

It was really interesting to see the canals of Paris as well as the Seine - but it does take a long time to get through 9 locks! the area of Paris where the canal cruise starts was a fantastic bit of Paris to see that you would not do if you just did the Seine river cruise - but it would have been good to have a bit longer on the actual Seine as well.

Peggy C.

No hesitation to recommend this trip. Get to see parts of Paris you do not normally see as a tourist when on the canal. A slow pace - the boat goes through nine locks, eight of them double, which all take a time, but they are an experience, as is the impressive tunnel. Covers many of the main sites on the Seine as well. Our guide (Borris ir similar?) was superb - equal amount of commentary in both French and English even though English speakers very much the minority on our trip. Commentary was interesting and certainly made a difference to the enjoyment of the trip. We were lucky to be sat near the guide at the front of the boat and were able to speak to him direct to ask questions as well. A very relaxing way to spend a morning or afternoon. Also its good to have the 'intermicy' of a smaller boat.

Constantin B.

For me it was a very interesting boat trip on the canal. The 2.5 hours were probably a bit long for my children... We couldn't follow the French and English stories of the gentleman on the boat - we hardly speak French and his English was incomprehensible. But I still think it's nice to finally have made this trip on the Canal Saint Martin!

Marine D.

Something different, away from the crowds. It was a relaxing journey, very scenic giving an insight to a less known part of Paris. The on board guide was cheerful but spoke far too fast in English and was difficult to follow. The microphone was too loud and intrusive at times.. Other than that, a good trip.

Ignace T.

Due to the many locks, the journey is tedious, but relaxing. The seating is a joke. The boat was built in Noah's time, since the canal is quite narrow, larger boats cannot pass through. The announcements are live in French and English. ATTENTION, only book in good weather. The interior is stuffy, the vibration of the engine can hardly be endured. In addition, you can only see the wall in the lock. Why were we satisfied despite the boat defects? 2.5 hours for very little money. Beautiful views and a moment of rest. It was worth it.

The weather was challenging (high winds & high water in the Seine) and the captain managed the situation with impressive capability. A great way to see the Louvre, audio was a good option and contained a guide for the museum that was interesting for kids. We spend the better part of 4 hours touring and still didn't get it all in...a good part but not all. Breathtaking masterpeices decorating the walls of the palace...probably could have spent a day in each exhibit if I had the time and money. So much to take in and appreciate. We arrived early morning, it was busy then but when we left mid afternoon it was rather hectic. Morning visits are recommended, definitely smaller crowds.

It is very tiring to visit it and you need some comfortable shoes. You must reserve a day for this visit. But it's worth every moment to enjoy the beauties made by people thousands of years ago.

100% recommend getting the audio guide for this. Made it so much more interesting. Allow for 4-5 hours if you’re wanting to look at everything, go first thing in the morning for it opening and head straight to see the Mona Lisa to beat the queue and get a good view. Book the river cruise for a different day to allow time to travel between the two destinations. Beautiful views from the river

Louvre is an amazing place to visit if you are interested in arts, however a single day pass is not enough. the place is magical and there is a lot to see. If your taking only 1 day pass then i suggest to go directly to section where you are mostly interested to see. keep in mind if you want to see "La Mona Lisa" there is approx 30 min a queue line to wait. Also be careful which ticket you buy because this one i took has no audio guide. Regarding the Boat trip it was also fantastic i took the night ride but I bet the day one has also a charm.

Great value double-trip to the Louvre Museum and onwards to an informative one-hour bi-lingual Seine River Cruise. Allow time to get between the Louvre and the departure pier for the boat tour as guided - boats leave every 1/2 hour. Glad we booked this cruise as we were on the fence. Our food was very good and we enjoyed the sights. The boat was easy to find. Our waiter wasn't that great. He seemed like the most unfriendly of all of them. I made the mistake of asking for water instead of a carafe. That cost us 9 Euros; however, we had a bill anyway because my husband upgraded to steak and we got 2 glasses of champagne, so no biggie. I considered it my error and didn't say anything to the waiter - just be sure to clarify if you don't want to pay a fortune for water. This experience was great for the price. I'd imagine everything would be just a bit nicer if you booked a more expensive dinner cruise. This was the last thing we did in Paris and it was a great way to end the trip.

About 1/3 size of the other boat this felt like a much more pleasant experience. Food was good not great but as best one could expect from crowd prepared food The views were awesome. It was a super lovely experience, and I'm glad we got to take many lovely photos too. The one thing I do think is a bit of a downside to this is that it is quite short, and dishes came one after the other without any breaks in between. So try to find and book a longer dinner on a cruise; it helps to book this in advance.

We loved our dinner cruise on the Seine. It was overall great but a few comments: The check in location is not really marked well but we were able to find and meet up with fellow cruisers by following the directions given - it is literally across the street from Musee d'Orsay. Once on board we were greeted and quickly brought to our seats. We felt like the service was fine if a bit pushy for us to purchase extras - photos, drinks, etc. Don't get tricked into paying for drinks or even water... one glass of wine is included but if you want water, you must specify tap, or you will be charged 6 euros for Evian! Wifi on board is advertised but was not available for our cruise. The food was pretty good, better than we were expecting. But the whole experience was for the views, not the meal! Seeing everything all lit up was just stunning - it made the entire experience worthwhile. I honestly consider this a must-do in Paris. Very romantic and a great way to end the day. We loved it!

Pros: The scenery was lovely of course, especially because we were out during sunset and got to see the city light up. The music was on point- church bells were playing while passing Notre Dame, I love New York by Alicia Keys was playing while we passed the Statue of Liberty, etc. The boat did not rock very much on the water, not much chance for motion sickness in case anyone is worried about that. Staff were nice. Cons: The food was mediocre except for dessert. The windows fogged up pretty bad toward the end so after dark it was hard to see much or take photos.

Food presentation and taste, excellent. Scenic vistas..... I really enjoyed the music played as we passed Notre Dame, Eiffel Tower, Statue of Liberty and the final bridge. However, I paid cash for a photo and it has been almost impossible to get my picture sent to me. My advice is to treasure the memory in your mind and take your own photo.

Totally enjoyed this cruise, only critique would be that they charged extra for the beef main option. With the language difference and accents, it wasn't 100% clear and ended up with a bill at the end on top of what had already been paid. Really good otherwise. :)

This was well worth it, the boat ride was great and the food was much better than expected. Definitely order the fish it was fantastic and very tasty. Wine was good and the deserts were great. The only thing is that it was suppose to be a dinner cruise to see the lights of Paris and we never saw them. The dinner cruise started to early and it was still daylight so we could not see them.

Marcel was excellent. We learned more in 2 hours with him over us spending many days going through by ourselves. Highly recommend this tour!

Excellent- the tickets worked perfectly. We printed ours off - you then zap in and out using the bar codes. I recommend booking dated tickets since the parks were full for the 30th Anniversary -many people who had not booked specific dates were being turned away at the gates. Some pointers: -Book restaurants way before - even 2 months! All sit-down eateries were full except some fast food places like the Hyperion, which is huge. -You are allowed to go in and out of the site and buy food in the Disney Village. -if you have any health conditions or special needs do check the Special Access brochures on the Disney website to see if you qualify for priority passes. We needed to bring proof of disability via original UK DLA forms, and a UK 'Access Card' (applied online after a rec. on Money Saving Expert - £15 for 3 years) - the priority passes were so useful. Disney is a wonderfully inclusive place. -bring snacks and lots of water as there were no working fountains on site.

We bought the activities here, since on the official website we could not get it by mistake on the Dzisney website. Although I had taken many activities with this company, I was a little scared as it was not the official website, but on the contrary, they helped me even when the app did not work well for me. Calling on a Saturday morning they solved the problem with the app. To enter Disney you need a QR code that was not loaded with the voucher in the same app. When I called they sent me an email with the tickets and again I received a quick treatment and impeccable help.

It was very simple to book multiday tickets with this app. Everything worked as expected, no any issues. We visited the park in May, usually we had to vait 40 minutes for an attraction, but it worth the time :) Really amazing the park itself, and we had a lot of fun with all the attractions ;) Dont forget to visit the Pirates of Caribian, The Phanatom Manor, Big Thunder Mountain, and Hyper Space Mountain or Indiana Jones were also in the list of the best attractions. After 8pm we could visit all of these attrwctions waiting only 5-10 minutes in May. Shows also amazing recommended to visit Mickey and the Magician show.

Highly effective. A clarification perhaps necessary. There is the impression that there will be someone from the company waiting at Disneyland, it is not true, nor is it necessary. Also a better word to describe arrival would be, "access gates where tickets or purchased tickets are presented. But it works great and doesn't cost much more.

This was my first ticket buy from site and was quite scared to trust a third party site to get a disneyland 2 dated days multi park tickets for 3 people as the amount involved was quite high. I took the risk as the discount was straight 10%. Fortunately, everything was in place, ticket works fine and throughly enjoyed disney experience in disneyland. It was mesmerizing. I am writing this big review for the first time and thank you for such a deal. I will booking more from you. Thank you.

Disneyland and the parks offer a lot visually. There are some attractions but unfortunately you have to wait up to 2 hours. We recommend taking snacks and drinks with you, as these stands are also full. (There are water stations where you can refill your bottles for free.) It's very crowded! Be sure to write phone numbers for the children, for example on t-shirts/bracelets. Unfortunately, 1.02m is not a standard for a ride to be harmless. Pay attention to the warning triangle on the plan. The Twilight Tower, for example, is definitely not for small children. Here you fall with an elevator. Tip: pay attention to the windows in front of the building, because you get an impression. You take your stuff with you everywhere. We didn't see lockers. Don't miss the evening show. In front of us, the French shouted "sit down". This is a great idea as it allows everyone to see the show clearly. We will be back definitely. 2Days-2Parks were ok in terms of time.

It's like stepping into another world. A bizarre, wonderful world where people walk around decked out in Disney memorabilia. There's no judgement here - just pure celebration of the whimsical and everyone is in on it. The entire park is one gigantic set which just transports you to this place of delight. The rides are varied with some thrills and some family friendly ones. It doesn't stop there though, because there's also the Studios park which has even more rides and even more immersion. It's all just so MAGICAL. Time flies by. And the shops! There are so many and each has some hidden gems that you can only find in that one shop. Whatever your budget there's something you can take away with you, some piece of the magic you can tuck away and bring home. I absolutely recommend this park. The Studios Park, Disneyland Park and Disney Village together just create such a great adventure. You need two days to really experience it. If you can, invest in the magic pass. It's worth it.

There were a lot of visitors and you have to be prepared for long waiting times. The app certainly helps with planning, but a 2-day stay is recommended so that you don't have too much stress and miss too much. The fireworks in the evenings were great! This is a must have!

Admission with the tickets went smoothly. You first show your tickets, then you go through the bag check. Although it was very busy, it went quickly. Highly recommended is the light show and the fireworks in the evening for the 30th anniversary.

Easy to use. print out from home and just scan the barcode at entrance directly. just info : Disneyland Paris was crowded even on Non peak season. At the Entrance, not so manageable -without barrier for queue, so people just go and make crowd. Mess.

disneyland was extremely amazing and magical! used the newcomer promo for this as it was the most expensive purchase for the trip, worth it. highly recommend not only families but adults to experience the magic of disneyland. 2 parks for 2 days were not enough for us in terms of rides as we did not manage to take every single ride but it was still good enough for us to explore every inch and take the rides we wanted to. (we did not get priority pass!)

Very easy to use downloaded to your phone I printed mine off as it was easier. make sure you register your dates you intend to visit with disney you will be sent a qr code for that as well on arriving at the parks first your be asked to see your vaccine status then your registration code and final your entrance ticket

A friendly, punctual and attentive team. The service was far superior to the service booked. No waiting to enter the museum. Tour of the museum with a stop at the main monuments. Very good explanations. Movement speed very well suited for all. Our guide even went to look for people who were late. Our guide gave us all the explanations for the free visit and all this supplemented by a very useful "application" for our trips. Thanks to Anthony and Noémie, and...the whole team.

Super good plan. You can enter quickly. The guide was very nice, you can ask her questions and chat with her. It takes you through the museum to view the different parts. It takes you to the Mona Lisa and then you can take your tour as you wish with a QR code to get very detailed information on the works that interest you. The Louvre is magnificent. I've already been to Paris several times without going there, but that's the basics! To see at your own pace.

With a group of 6 people, we quickly got to the museum and the Mona Lisa, we had a child with us, so queuing for several hours was not an option. Now you could experience the Louvre a little easier and faster. Note that the meeting place is outside by the arch, not at the entrance.

Everything worked out wonderfully but I would have done it differently if I could. Just take advantage of the fast track entrance and then explore the museum from A to Z on your own. It was quite stressful and confusing visiting the Mona Lisa first and then making the way back to the start of the museum. We didn't have a museum map (unfortunately nobody told us to take a free one at the entrance - it all happened so quickly that we just ran after it) I would also have expected earplugs for the audio guide for this price. Speaking of Auduiguide, here meant something like an app that wasn't special. Otherwise, the employee was very nice and easy to find (not exactly for me....I had to call to clarify the exact meeting point....-Please wait directly under the monument---....

If it is your first time to Paris and you don’t know where to start, this was a great way to jump in and kickstart your visit. The meeting point was a little confusing because a tour guide called in sick, but it all worked out. This tour gets you right into the Louvre and to the Mona Lisa LINE. You do still have to wait in the queue/line to see the Mona Lisa, but it moves along quickly as there are “guards” there to urge you to take only one photo. Then you are free to wander the Louvre at your own pace. But do not leave to have lunch because you will not be allowed back in. Even though there are many cafes on the main level, they aren’t actually inside the Louvre. There is one cafe inside that we tried which had decent food but it was a bit pricier. Overall I recommend this if you really want to see the Mona Lisa quickly and you maybe don’t have a lot of time or if you just want a fun way to kick off your long day of wandering around the Louvre.

Highly recommend. Very kind, patient (as we were a bit late!) and seamless. I considered possibly buying regular entry tickets if we couldn’t make our time slot…thank goodness our guide was so accommodating. We never would have made it inside without waiting for hours. This was especially a great way to get in with my two young children so that they could remember the museum instead of the lines! Great service. In and out. Informative on the way to the Mona Lisa room while skipping the lines… but without the time commitment of a long guided tour. We were able to explore the museum independently without a time limit after being guided inside. Really nice guide! Kate + 1 9yo + 1 10yo

The meeting point was directly under the stone arch in front of the Louvre and you are led directly with the group through the unknown back entrance into the museum and walk past the crowds directly into the room in which the Mons Lisa hangs. Of course, you still have to queue up with the other visitors to stand right in front of the painting, but in the end the fast lane ticket was really worth its weight in gold! And you save so much time! Because the museum is so wonderful and even if you only look at the most important things it takes 4 hours, so at best plan a whole day for the Louvre and take your own food and drink because that is unfortunately really incredibly expensive (€4.50 for a 0.5l water bottle )
