Have fun as a child in these two wonderful parks. You can go from one to the other in an unlimited way during the more than 12 hours of service of the parks, leaving and re-entering. Of course, all the attractions are included with the cost, making a variable queue per attraction. A place where you should go on your visit to Paris. Easy access by metro.

Take note of some of the activities mentioned on this ticket when buying it and then make sure to go look for it as we missed quite a bit. The park is massive so I would also say you should always go early if you want to get some rides in before it gets busy and you should at least spend 2 days there, one for each park.

This Tour was great. Disneyland was outstanding. Thank you for providing this package for 2 parks. It was remarkable experienced specially for the kids who watched the Disneyland character parade with singing and dancing. Rides were very good and restaurants too. It was memorable experienced in general.

Both the parks were amazing with excellent creative rides. I had covered both the parks in 1 day, however I would recommend 2 days to enjoy the park to the fullest. Some rides bad queue for 80+ minutes, but it was worth the wait.

We were lucky to have great cooling weather when we went to the park. Booking online is definitely great choice - save lots of time and walking. Check waiting time and in some cases good idea to buy the premier access. Also download the Disney mobile app, lots of info up there.

Somewhat expensive but quite fun experience that brought out our inner child. We were at the Disneyland Park and its quite so big so we didn't get to see the whole park since we went there a bit late around 1 pm in the afternoon and there were long lines at the different rides, so I'd recommend going early if you want to explore and experience the whole place to your money's worth. The train goes directly to the park so it was easy to find. It was also quite easy to get around the park and the app was of quite a big help. I liked that they had different themes and sections so you could explore one place before going to the next. Since it was October and Halloween theme we were able to see the Halloween parade and it was such a musical and magical experience. Ending the day with the Disney villains light show and fireworks at the Disney castle was a cherry on top. Only negative was we were not able to see any princesses going around that we could take pictures with.

First day Disneyland, Second day Disney Studios. Even tho the Studios is the much smaller park, I preferred the rides and general atmosphere much better. Obviously, avoid Disneyland altogether if you dislike A LOT of people in small, crowded spaces. Also queuing up - or paying a lot of money for fast passes, since greedy Disney does not give out free fast passes anymore

Excellent value for money. So easy to book and access the parks without any problem. Highly recommended. We took the train to Marne La Vallee which was frequent and well connected. We stayed to the fireworks at the end and was expecting massive crowds and delays to get the train back, but again there was plenty of space on the double-decker trains.

sadly, even though there are only a few attractions, a few of the few were closed. we enjoyed the park and wished we had purchased the 2 park pass. having experienced disneyworld florida where you can't really do more than 1 park a day, we didn't realize you could easily do both parks in 1 day in Paris

Much smaller then Disney World in Orlando. Not much rides, lots of fast food restaurants (very expensive) and souvenir stores. Fantasy land mostly for kids under age of 7. Even in low season lines too long, but if you want to buy fast track it’s very expensive. Very comercial place , but still good experience for kids.

It was pretty short but amazing, the place itself is beautiful. We enjoyed walking in the park, taking picture and riding the train. Waiting in line to the roller coaster was very tiring and took more than hour! But still it was a great pleasure to go on it.

We had a 1 day ticket but we couldn't see all the attractions we wanted to visit. My only complaint was some attractions close earlier than the park itself. Also show times should be announced so people can make their way to the place where the show is being held.

I bought the ticket for 2 entrances to the 2 parks for me and my friends. The checks at the entrance were easy (it was enough to show the online version of the tickets). Excellent value for money compared to official entrances.

Everything is great, without a doubt Disney is beautiful at Christmas. When you buy the tickets through this app, ask them to provide you with the QR before you arrive, so you don't waste time and you have it in advance

Very expensive food and not much options. It is recommended to bring your own food/drinks. Several attractions were closed for maintenance due to it being winter.

Two parks for the price of 1. The studio park doesn't have that many attractions, but what there is is fine, and many shows. The real Disneyland park has much more and is also bigger. As a Disney fan you can get your money's worth there. In any case, very clean. And thanks to the app you can find exactly where everything is and what the waiting times are.

Very nice cruise - well-needed relaxation after a long day at the Eiffel Tower. We went in the late afternoon - we had the transfer of light to dark so got the best of both worlds. We passed the tower and it was lit up and sparkling. Highly recommended!

The cruise itself and the eGuide were great. However the booked timing for the ticket was not respected. The line was more than one hour, had to explain the steward that I had health issue and had to be back home by 23:00 hrs, and he let me in at the booked timeslot (thank you). It is crowded, so plan the arrival at the meeting point good hour ahead.

Fantastic way to see Paris and rest your legs at the same time! Our guide was great and had loads of nuggets of information about Paris that we didn’t know about. Lovely way to spend an afternoon. Our tour was fairly quiet (done in October - I’d imagine in peak season it would be busy) so we had the rear outdoor area of the boat to ourselves. Champagne was decent quality also. Bonus - boat downstairs is accessible to wheelchairs, I had no issue manoeuvring my manual chair around.

Having this pass helped my family immensely while we were touring Paris. It saved us literal HOURS by not having to wait in line for tickets at individual sites. Purchasing it ahead of time relieved stress on our budget. With so many options and places to visit, we went to many that we just happened to be near allowing our schedule to flow easily and brought us to many that we either were unaware of or wouldn't have thought to visit! This is definitely a must for the savvy traveler!

The Paris Musuem Pass is not only a great value but very convenient. We used out 48 hour pass to visit the Louvre, Musee D’Orsay, Versailles Palace, St Chappel, and Arc De Triomphe. Be sure to book your reservations for each site, though. I highly recommend this pass.

Séverine G.

We visited Paris 30 years after we honeymooned there and the Paris Pass helped visit most of the art galleries and sights without queueing. It was also Bastille day with fantastic fireworks at Eiffel tower. Pity about all the security nowadays think they have ruined the Eiffel tower with the glass wall....But it is what it is! Still a fantastic city to visit and great food

The guide includes almost everything you’d want to see. This is my 6th time in Paris, and spent an entire week taking in some of the usual favorites, Louvre, D’Orsay and visited many smaller venues, most of which we’d never seen before. The museum pass is almost always the best way to see more during your time because you skip some extremely long lines! Highly recommend.

Mélanie P.

Easiest and the best way to visit places in Paris, since you don't need to follow a schedule as you would if you book a tour. It was especially perfect for me because my boyfriend was in Paris only for 5 days, in some of the days we improvised our plans at the last minute and it wasn't a problem thanks to this pass.

Rose-Marie L.

Good pass generally but it’s not possible to cover even half the sites in a few days so careful consideration needed as to how many sites you can cover during your trip, what they add up to and whether this pass will actually be cheaper by end of your trip.

Thaddée D.

The best part was the "skip the line". Oh my gosh, a couple of times we went right to the head of a line that was over 200 yards long (close to 200 meters). There are so many great museums to see. However, you have to do at least two a day to get your money's worth so if you are not a real museum buff, the two day pass is the best.

Lorie J.

This museum pass is a great deal -- not only financially, if you want to go to several museums and attractions that are part of the package, but ALSO because you don't have to wait in long lines and buy tickets at each place. I am really glad I got it, and would do so again! Highly recommend.

We bought a 4 day pass but, to be honest, we did not plan ahead like we should have, and, we didn't count on museum fatigue setting in. When my husband and I finally decided to move forward, it was only a week before thr trip and The Louvre then had very limited availability to book our time. We ended up with only getting a Friday night at 7:30! A week earlier we could have had a half a day and really seen alot more and had lunch there, etc. Then, you have to ask yourself, if the weather is beautiful and sunny in Paris, do you really want to spend your time inside a museum fir 4 days straight? If you don't you won't feel you got your money's worth.....for US, the lesson learned was it put too much pressure on us to be in museums when we didn't feel like it. However we did see wonderful things inside each museum....they were all top notch. The point is whether you think a 4 day is a good idea or value for you.

Excellent offer, You pay what you can see, everything else is inflated as savings priority access to attractions is an advantage. I'm sorry, because we always have a little time, but there are a lot of museums that I want to see. You should definitely come again. It would be good if the Pass could be picked up at multiple locations.

Frédérique L.

It’s a great option that will make you save money and time by skipping the long lines at the museums. For the Louvre after you buy this pass remember to go on Louvre official website to book your free slot time for your visit with the pass, it’s easy and worth it! Highly recommended! If you visit Paris the first Sunday of the month remember that most of the museums are free so I recommend to make start your pass before or after.

Désirée G.

The pass was well worth the money as we went to many of the places and were able to skip the lines which saved valuable time. The only negative was that even though we had a mobile app for it, no one was willing to take it. The office to pick up the app was far away from us and VERY inconvenient to get to. The address was difficult to see on the street. When we mentioned the app that no one would take, they sympathized and said "well, this us Paris." Oh well...

At the musée D'ORSAY, if you leave close to closing time, it's not worth queuing at the entrance. They are very strict with the opening hours. You have to enter at least 2 hours in advance to see it.

François C.

With this ticket we did not queue. The only queue but very smooth and in any case inevitable was the one for the metal detector checks. The museum is crazy. Never seen so many people in front of a work…. The Gioconda ! The audio guide is with Nintendo, intuitive and very useful. I'll be back because one afternoon isn't enough to see it all.

Guide, Noha, was excellent. My wife had been looking forward to this trip and unfortunately developed a bad cold just prior. She made a list of all the pieces she wanted to see and Noha readily accommodated her. Her depth of knowledge of the museum and the pieces was remarkable. When our time was over my wife was physically fading. Noha made certain we were able to get transportation back to our hotel. Service above and beyond! We would both highly recommend Noha and this service!

I easily got into the museum and also onto the boat for the Seine cruise. The embarkation is a 20-minute walk from the museum. The walk is pleasant because you follow the Seine. The museum can be visited entirely in about 3 hours.

Everything was absolutely to our liking. First of all the excellent information we recieved by mail. Very very good! We highly enjoyed the beautiful art in musée d’Orsay. Also the very good and well organized restaurants. Despite the enormous amounts of visitors the staff remained calm and friendly. We stayed in the museum about 6 hours. The cruise on the river Seine was also a nice way to learn a bit more about this beautiful city. Very clear and understandable spoken English.

This was the best option since we couldn't get tickets even 10 days ahead of being in Paris. This worked out perfectly, no waiting and hoping and coming back later - just a set time and everything went smoothly - perfect night from the top of the tower.

We did learn some things about the Eiffel Tower from our guide before we were on our own to see the tower, which was a bonus since I thought they would just escort us. The skip-the-line access was somewhat useful, but we went in the morning and the regular line wasn't bad at all so you may want to consider it.

Everything went smoothly. We met the guide at the appointed site, walked to the tower and skipped the long entry lines. There were lines for the elevator to the top, but that’s to be expected. Our guide was very informative and had a great sense of humor.

Due to unexpected and uncontrollable issues at CDG, we could not make our tour time. When asked to be rebooked I was told that I could still make the tour time even though I knew we would not. The rep told me to message when we missed our time and they would help. When I messaged again, they said they could not rebook or refund because I did not give enough notice. I lost $272 due to circumstances not under my control that I could not forsee. Medical issue on the plane causing delay, customs delay and lost luggage plus traffic led to 2+ delay getting to Paris.

Well organized and easy, and was the only place we could find tickets to get you to the summit - the official site was sold out. The tour guide spoke us through some interesting facts at the base of the tower and walked us through security and then let’s you experience the tower as you’d wish.

The guide met us at the committed time, handed over our tickets to us, escorted us to the tower and made sure everything goes smoothly. Though she is from Iran she spoke Hindi fluently and we had a good conversation. Unfortunately, I can't recall the name. While the 1st and 2nd floor gives a good view, I highly recommend to go to the top and enjoy the view from there.

The overall time with the guide is a bit brief but our guide was extremely personable and friendly. She provided us with the history of the Eiffel Tower before parting ways at the base. Tickets directly through Eiffel Tower were sold out the only day we could go so this was a great way (albeit more costly) to still get access.

Good instruction where to meet the tour guide. Just remember to look and see where they will be as you will start at that spot with them so don’t go straight to the Eiffel Tower. We met at a cafe first then walked over as a group. Eiffel Tower was excellent. Really enjoyed the experience.

Tour guide Idil was informative and thorough. This tour was a guaranteed easy access into the Eiffel tower without waiting in the long lines. Note the guide is only with you before entering the tower. Once you reach the entrance you can tour the tower at your own pace. Would definitely recommend.

This is not a guided tour but you don’t need that for the Eiffel Tower. But, our escort did provide us with some Eiffel Tower history & got us through the gates with minimal waiting. While this is a skip-the-line ticket, nothing is ever skip-the-line at the Eiffel Tower. But it got us up too quickly!!!!

Excellent visit, an exceptional, cultured guide whose very didactic and progressive approach fascinated us. A real good time with a guide far superior to those we have had on other occasions. For a first with Your application, you have made us loyal! Thanks again Boris!

Our guide, Lilly, was deeply knowledgeable and a wonderful story teller. She was able to pull the pieces in the museum into an overall narrative of the progression of art in France. It was very educational and very fun. She spent time pointing out the "jokes" and secrets that you might not notice as a lay person.

Our tour guide, Melissa (could be spelling wrong), was the best in France! We considered going back again just for her. The way she connected us to the material, walked us through the progressions of styles chronologically, and the light hearted approach she took was fantastic. Truly a kind, thoughtful guide, 5 stars!

Anya was fabulous! Very knowledgeable, of course, but tied together so many aspects of the art, the societal implications and influences, historical influences, aristocracy vs bourgeois, the artists idiosyncrasies, and more. Very personable and interactive...not just standing there lecturing. Very pleasant personality and charming as well. Highly recommend her to anyone from those with little knowledge of the art to those more sophisticated.

6 days in Paris with a group of 6 adults/young adults, saw all the sights, museums. We unanimously agreed that this tour with Mila R was the highlight! Felt like a walking college art history tour with top professor. Fast paced, lively, loaded with context. Only regret is we wished we could have added an hour, then taken Mila to lunch. She is a lovely person and fantastic guide.

With the background of our guide Lily, our tour was spent connnecting art to the political and cultural events of the time period. Our original time to meet the tour guide was on the morning of Tuesday, October 9. Because of the threat of a general strike, the museum did not open at the correct time. Our guide met us, however, and we agreed to meet again at 2 PM in the afternoon. Anya gave us an excellent tour. She taught us the history of art from classical through to modern times in her 2 hour tour.. We were most impressed with her and her delivery. We would give her the highest rating.

The Musee d’Orsay, as beautiful as it is, literally came life with our excellent guide Anja. Her enthusiasm and knowledge of the history and importance of the art was mesmerizing. Had to wait in the line for 20-30 minutes, which isn’t too bad for Paris, really. Museum is unsurprisingly impressive, and even though there ate always tons of people - it doesn’t seem crowded considering the scale of the building. The real downside for me that it was quite stuffy in there, so I probably missed half of paintings and sculptures since I rushed outside to get some fresh air. All in all it’s a nice museum, but more air and less people in the queue would have been lovely.

Arsène B.

Skip the line is the way to go to access miser d’orsay. However it was still a little crowded inside. I nonetheless, it made entering with reluctant teenagers much easier. We went straight to the impressionists, and loved being in the gorgeous space. Stayed 1.5 hours.

I only had time for one gallery in Paris and chose Musee d’Orsay, which did not disappoint. I was able to skip the main queue and waited only 5 minutes in the security queue. Make sure to ask an attendant which queue as the pass I had downloaded was suggesting the longest queue. I would also recommend pre-booking audio guide if possible as I was one of the last to receive one before they ran out (late morning). I walked the sculptures, level 2 and level 5. The rooms on level 2 were my favourite with focussed on Corbet, Manet & Millet. Floor 5 had some of the more known iconic artworks but was very crowded with people more interested in taking photos than viewing art. Bathrooms were well kept however I didn’t see any places to fill up my water bottle.

Mégane B.

Quick and easy access when you buy your tickets in advance. There’s so many sculptures and paintings you need to research and pick the ones you want to see before you go. One day is not enough for even just half of the collection you can see inside. So amazing we didn’t care at all that we stayed till closing time!

Took the lunch cruise with our 4 teenage grand-daughters on the first day of our two-week Paris visit. It was a great way to start the visit -- viewing the Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame, etc., while enjoying French cuisine and French wine. We had the less expensive middle table, which I think provides a better view than the window tables, since you can easily view out both sides of the boat.

The premium location on the vessel was extremely hot and the air conditioner had little effect. We were moved by the waiter to a shaded spot, but the view was compromised. We were pleased to be able to move though and enjoy the luncheon provided, which was excellent.

I understand visitors want to capture the best photos of Paris BUT….does that mean they get to ruin the experience for others? We paid for expensive seats to have a window view of our cruise. Sitting down to enjoy the view, we couldn’t have been happier. Then SHE showed up…and unfortunately hardly returned to her seat. With all this hair (who wants hair over their food?), she hung over my daughter-in-law like a dark cloud most of the experience. The wait staff had to constantly move around her, she pulled the hair of my daughter-in-law, bumped into her, all while snapping selfies and photos of Paris. In question - If you pay for the center of the ship seats, do you have the right to come stay by the window on top of guests have paid to be by the window while dining? I finally had to ask the staff to request she leave. However, should the staff have handled this situation much earlier by asking the guest to return to her seat?

We were a party of 4 and chosen the privilege service. The suggested dress code was smart casual no sports wear/shorts or trainers which we respected but there were other guests that arrived in tailored shorts and trainers so things seems to be more relaxed nowadays since I lasted visited Paris 17 years ago! We arrived at the port 15 minutes earlier than the required time. We checked in and were given a menu in our preferred language, then walked through to the waiting area. It was crowded and hot with very few seats and waited a good 20-25 minutes before we can board the boat. Once boarded, we were shown to our table by the window. The boat seemed stylish as advertised and the staff all smartly dressed. Our dedicated waiter arrived and introduced himself, returned shortly and took our order. We were served with a welcome drink each, a bottle of water, red AND white wine per table of two. The food were nicely presented and delicious, an overall exceptional experience.

The lunch cruise was lovely. We recommend service premiere — it’s worth the penny. We were welcomed with glasses of champagne and ushered to a comfortable seat at the bow of the boat where we had a nice panoramic view of Paris. The food and service were of top quality. It was a very relaxing activity, and we look forward to coming back to try the rest of the menu.

Great value for money in a really stylish boat. A welcome drink and choice of a bottle of red or white wine with our food. Do note that the meeting point is not exact, it brings you to one of the docks but the boat can be situated at any of them. There are staff at each dock that can direct you to the right place.

The lunch was wonderful and the tour of the river was too. There wasn't any announcements of where you were along the river. They handed out a guide to show you what the highlights would be. That was nice because we were able to just enjoy our lunch and watch Paris go by. A great way to see the city in a short time. Oh, the food was great.

I didn't know what to expect from the food, and being a foodie this was important to me. It was delicious and really unexpected. Fancy yet filling. And the wine flowed like a fountain! Having been to Paris many times, I didn't want a touristy thing to do, and this didn't feel like that. Planning on doing this again!

I brought my girlfriend, now fiancé after this trip, to Paris as a surprise for her birthday and to get engaged. I only booked a couple things early, a bike tour, and this River Seine Lunch Cruise. This was worth every penny and then some. We did the Etoile lunch service which was at a table in the middle of the boat. If you're not looking to spend a lot, I definitely recommend the Etoile service. You get fantastic views of the scenery and nearly the same service. Our waiter worked our table as well as tables along the edges of the boat. There are some food/drink differences with the higher priced tables, but since this was lunch I don't feel like we missed out on anything. Speaking of, the food was fantastic, as was the wine. We're hoping to serve the same champagne and wine at our wedding! You won't regret booking this lunch cruise!

A great way to sightsee some of Paris. The food is decent, the red wine is good. The white wine was awful. Really enjoyed the aperitif! Have to agree with another reviewer that I think it’s silly to demand a certain dress code that they don’t follow up on. I especially feel bad for those that stay true to code in 30 degree weather, and see that everyone else is wearing shorts. All in all, I would recommend this activity.

The food was outstanding as well as the service and overall experience. I wanted to surprise my fiancé for our anniversary and a lot of the other cruises sounded like a bad deal or didn't have an overall good offer. This one here was just perfect. I paid for the privileged service, we got a table for two at the window and wine, water and coffee. I can only recommend the experience, we were super happy with the cruise!

Tina was an extremely wonderful tour guide. I went on a tour with 3 others on a Sunday morning, and this small group was perfect. Tina was very knowledgeable about art history but presented the tour in a way that allowed us to learn about the pieces in the context of French history and the changing culture of art. I would highly recommend it to others.

Felix was an exceptional adviser on the Musée d'Orsay . His insight to the artworks and interesting facts behind the history of the artists was amazing. It was exceptional to have such insights delivered in such a meaningful and understandable way. I would recomend Felix in the most highly terms. Look forwrad to seeing more of Paris with Felix's guidance.

Excellent. We had Lillie as our guide. She was super knowledgeable and helped us connect the dots between what was occurring socially to what was being painted at the time. She navigated the floors perfectly. She included some history that connected France to the US. Highly recommend the guided tours.

Alex is the best tour guide by far we’ve ever had! Inspired us to appreciate art at a different level all together! So passionate and so gracious in taking time to explain everything to us.. if Alex is your guide, your in the best hands possible! What an experience with him, we loved every minute of it.. only regret was it was too short, that too after 3.5 hours with him! I’d describe it as OUTSTANDING in one word, really blew us away!!

Our delightful guide was prompt, pleasant and very considerate. He was interesting and articulate. He had a well-considered plan for the tour of this great museum so that we could grasp the topic in a way that makes it possible to remember it. We definitely left with a greater knowledge of artists from late 19th century France than when we arrived. All-in-all, our tour was a wonderful experience and my husband and I consider this time and money very well-spent.

My fiancé and I took a tour with Belen. In one word: fantastic. She was passionate and extremely knowledgeable. As we walked through Musee d'Orsay, she gave us a unique insight into the lives of the artists and walked us through history. We learned an extraordinary amount from her, and would specifically recommend Belen to everyone.

I gave our guide, Oliver, a very difficult task to help me recreate my year as a student in Paris. He was charming, knew his art history, got us in and out of the museum on time. This guided tour was a total self-indulgence on my part. I was short on time and visiting Paris for perhaps the final time. It was a treat to be a "student" once again. The only negative is that the company expected me to "review" the tour immediately. I was enjoying a trip and kept my "internet" time to a minimum. Let a client get home before requesting a review! Please don't send repeated requests. If a client enjoyed your services, they will post as soon as they are able. Thank you, Oliver!

We spend the better part of 4 hours touring and still didn't get it all in...a good part but not all. Breathtaking masterpeices decorating the walls of the palace...probably could have spent a day in each exhibit if I had the time and money. So much to take in and appreciate. We arrived early morning, it was busy then but when we left mid afternoon it was rather hectic. Morning visits are recommended, definitely smaller crowds.

Very busy and definitely better booking the skip the line tickets. The Louvre was very busy when I’m there and definitely a few hours needed to go around it all. Shopping area after was nice too. River cruise wasn’t my thing and wouldn’t do it again. Seemed to go on too long but did see some nice monuments

When in Paris, you must visit The Louvre. Great and easy experience, no waiting on line and enjoyed exploring the museum on our own. Bonus was then taking boat ride on the Siene River. All the details were sent to us in a timely manner clear and concise. Def recommend this package

100% recommend getting the audio guide for this. Made it so much more interesting. Allow for 4-5 hours if you’re wanting to look at everything, go first thing in the morning for it opening and head straight to see the Mona Lisa to beat the queue and get a good view. Book the river cruise for a different day to allow time to travel between the two destinations. Beautiful views from the river

Louvre is an amazing place to visit if you are interested in arts, however a single day pass is not enough. the place is magical and there is a lot to see. If your taking only 1 day pass then i suggest to go directly to section where you are mostly interested to see. keep in mind if you want to see "La Mona Lisa" there is approx 30 min a queue line to wait. Also be careful which ticket you buy because this one i took has no audio guide. Regarding the Boat trip it was also fantastic i took the night ride but I bet the day one has also a charm.

Except for some pickpockets, all women terribly, who’d gang you up with a modus operandi, I recommend the tour. Just be careful of a group of people who’d suddenly ask you to sign something which they claim for a cause, while their hands are already tinkering your bags. Crazy

A great way to see the Louvre, audio was a good option and contained a guide for the museum that was interesting for kids. The river cruise was boring, the guide was not interesting and the multiple languages the tour was provided in meant that you were never sure what the guide was actually talking about.

The Louvre was outstanding, many many rooms of lots of great treasurers to soak in, definitely could’ve used more time, just ran out of energy. The boat cruise was nice as well, beautiful weather, crowded but not packed, the line to get on the boat was too long, they could’ve let us on sooner, this way we could’ve at least sat.

The cruise location was easy to find, the boat was comfortable and the trip in general was great. A lot of people get on these boats so it can be a little crowded. Also, the app for the audio guide isnt great but it isnt so necessary I feel. The Louvre tickets were great. The wait wasnt so long and the experience was very enjoyable. No long queueing for either the cruise and Louvre made for a very pleasant experience and I would recommend both.

Great value double-trip to the Louvre Museum and onwards to an informative one-hour bi-lingual Seine River Cruise. Allow time to get between the Louvre and the departure pier for the boat tour as guided - boats leave every 1/2 hour. The ticket brokers communicated via both email and WhatsApp and the staff were very helpful in helping me locate and scan my tickets. Was the best value I found after extensive research.

It is very tiring to visit it and you need some comfortable shoes. You must reserve a day for this visit. It is best to enter between 9-11 because after 11 o'clock it becomes very crowded and you will stand in line for a long time. But it's worth every moment to enjoy the beauties made by people thousands of years ago.

The cruise was excellent. We went on the cruise in late afternoon and got to see the lights lighting up along the river and Eiffel Tower sparkling with lights. It was very beautiful moment. We booked here as our daughter is wheelchair user and it was offered as accessible:) While the short road down to Quai had a fairly uneven side walk and the rod was busy, a cab or patience will get you down there. It was easy to board (priority) but pre booking is the way to go! It is a great way to orient yourself in Paris and is worth the cost! If one has great mobility issues (as our daughter) your viewpoint could be reduced but the staff were excellent and could arrange for her and caregiver to ride up front in boat (very limited) All in all very enjoyable :)

Very easy to book and a great price. The crepe shop was easy to find and delicious - you can choose from sugar or Nutella and can’t pay for additional toppings. It’s just a short walk across the road to the boat. The tour was great, just the right amount of time to see major sights helped by the fact that despite it being August there weren’t many people on board so we had plenty of room and the weather was glorious.. You’ll need headphones as commentary is through your phone so this won’t suit everyone. Great value for money and highly recommended.

We had a really good experience. Booking the ticket online was highly worthwhile as there was a big queue at the ticket booth when we arrived. When we got there, we were very lucky and were on a boat within a few minutes but it was very very busy, so we would recommend getting there a bit earlier if you want to be guaranteed a seat on the top deck, as some people were standing on ours and we couldn’t sit together at first. Staff at the crepe place were also lovely - generally a really great experience that we would definitely do again.

My wife and I’s first time to Paris and we were here for 3 days and jam packed weekend! We ended up booking this one and it fit in our schedule for the last departure on a Saturday night and was a great cruise. Weather and the sights wise(9/10/2022). It was an entertaining drive from which you can see a few landmarks. Unfortunately, the information that was given during the journey was not always understandable. Very good and quite nice intro to explore Paris further (Louvre was accompanied with tickets as we couldn't buy / reserve online on last minute travel). One disadvantage that on the upper deck Wifi was disconnecting in certain points of standing or not connecting, once moved closer to middle of the boat it was alright.

Perfect way to see the main sights of Paris if you are short of time or are just starting your trip to get your bearings. Excellent views (photo opportunities) of the Eiffel Tower and Notre Dame. There was a queue but went down quickly (5 mins) and we boarded the boat at 2.30pm. The boat departs every 30 mins except, the 1pm and 7.30pm slot. The whole experience took 1 hour and it is 5 mins from a metro station. Would highly recommend!

Would recommend warm clothes or a blanket if going after 5pm, as it gets really cold, but it was very beautiful and the descriptions of the places we passed were very historically pleasing to hear for the history lovers and very poetic and entertaining for the romantics. Next time, I’ll just be sure to bring a blanket. (If you don’t you can always stay in the closed part of the boat, the view gets a bit restricted but it’s still enjoyable.

The river cruise was lovely! We sat on top and it was nice to be present and just look at all of the attractions. The audio is not good at all though! Very cringey! Would change that if I could do we ended up not listening to it. You can chose to - it has various languages and if you bring AirPods or any headphones, it’s easy to connect to! This was delightful. The combination of canal, locks, underground and Seine kept the trip continually interesting. The distance underground was fairly long, but we traveled very quickly thru this section, so it wasn't a large percentage of the trip time. Also, I was concerned that we would be dripped on while in the underground section, especially as it was raining a bit at that point, but the open air access points didn't drip. We felt a bit of rain there, but no questionable dripping.

No hesitation to recommend this trip. Get to see parts of Paris you do not normally see as a tourist when on the canal. A slow pace - the boat goes through nine locks, eight of them double, which all take a time, but they are an experience, as is the impressive tunnel. Covers many of the main sites on the Seine as well. Our guide (Borris ir similar?) was superb - equal amount of commentary in both French and English even though English speakers very much the minority on our trip. Commentary was interesting and certainly made a difference to the enjoyment of the trip. We were lucky to be sat near the guide at the front of the boat and were able to speak to him direct to ask questions as well. A very relaxing way to spend a morning or afternoon. Also its good to have the 'intermicy' of a smaller boat.

Ignace T.

Due to the many locks, the journey is tedious, but relaxing. The seating is a joke. The boat was built in Noah's time, since the canal is quite narrow, larger boats cannot pass through. The announcements are live in French and English. ATTENTION, only book in good weather. The interior is stuffy, the vibration of the engine can hardly be endured. In addition, you can only see the wall in the lock. Why were we satisfied despite the boat defects? 2.5 hours for very little money. Beautiful views and a moment of rest. It was worth it.

Constantin B.

For me it was a very interesting boat trip on the canal. The 2.5 hours were probably a bit long for my children... We couldn't follow the French and English stories of the gentleman on the boat - we hardly speak French and his English was incomprehensible. But I still think it's nice to finally have made this trip on the Canal Saint Martin!

Grégoire O.

It was really interesting to see the canals of Paris as well as the Seine - but it does take a long time to get through 9 locks! the area of Paris where the canal cruise starts was a fantastic bit of Paris to see that you would not do if you just did the Seine river cruise - but it would have been good to have a bit longer on the actual Seine as well.

The Seine River trip stood out better than any other trip since they started n the old heart of the town of Paris and toured through the original Paris waterway thru water locks and dams.....which u don't get on the other tours. Excellent history and tour!

Solène M.

Otherwise a relaxed ride with 8 lock passages (6 times double lock) there was simple seating (normal chairs without upholstery) available, the commentary was in French and English, but so extensive and azs rambling that it was boring even for the French. A change from the pure Seine tour. For the price it was ok. Oh yes, but unfortunately there were no more drinks for half of the journey. Not good in the sunny temperatures.

Rebecca A.

Unfortunately the regular boat was out of service and the substitute did not allow everyone to be outside. The guide was good but his English was extremely hard to understand to the point I only understood an occasional word. The trip however really gave a hint at what it was like way back when and today how much the Parisians appreciate the waterway as a place to relax and enjoy the atmosphere.

Marine D.

Something different, away from the crowds. It was a relaxing journey, very scenic giving an insight to a less known part of Paris. The on board guide was cheerful but spoke far too fast in English and was difficult to follow. The microphone was too loud and intrusive at times.. Other than that, a good trip.

Decided to try a different type of Paris cruise and chose one leaving from Parc de Villette down the canal, into the Seine around the Bastille and finishing at Musée D’Orsay. The weather was challenging (high winds & high water in the Seine) and the captain managed the situation with impressive capability. It's a nice boat cruise on an offbeat path. I liked how I had not seen this part of Paris before. It's like a hidden gem. The seine cruises are a dime a dozen and this cruise differentiates itself. I read some of the other reviews and I didn't find the speaker annoying, nor did I find the seats uncomfortable. I agree that you could bring a snack and a drink. The weather I had was perfect +23 and sunny. Bring sunglasses and bring a jacket just in case. You go through 1.5km of underground cavern type area. Very cool. You see lots of different bridges too. As far as improvement on how to make this even better, I do agree with someone else's comment that the last 20minutes on the Seine seems too short. It would have been nicer if this cruise went up the river farther to the statue of liberty and turned around and came back to Orsay. (just because the Canal and Seine are two different worlds). They really complement each other. Do this if you've been to paris B4.

He was very knowledgeable and took us everywhere at a perfect pace. The crowds were a bit crazy but he knew how to navigate them. We learned a lot. The perfect way to see the museums in one day.

Alex our guide was the best. 1. He spoke English very well and understood both the French and america customs and culture. 2. He took us to see the pieces of art that our private group was most interested in. 3. Great story teller! Connecting art history and artists throughout time. 4. Overall, best money spent.

Felix may be the best docent who I have ever toured with. I learned a lot during this tour. He bought us a delicious lunch as well and was a pleasure to talk to.

It was absolutely amazing! We learned so much from our tour guid, Romain. He walked us threw time and he was able to give inside tips that maximized our time at each museum. We never felt rushed yet we were constantly on the move, which was perfect for our family with 2 teens.

great experience. On the day of the event, one more person was suddenly added, so I asked the lady at the counter, and she was very kind to arrange it. Thanks to you, I was able to have dinner with my friend's daughter who is living in college in Paris. The young lady was a vegetarian, but she accommodated us. Surprisingly, the vegetarian menu also looked very delicious!

A scenic dinner cruise along the Seine. The views of Paris at sunset were stunning. We even got to see the sparkling Eiffel Tower at the end of the cruise. The service on board was excellent, and the dinner was delicious. The menu is limited, but you can customize your meal on board. I would definitely recommend it!

I went on the early dinner cruise. The boat was beautiful and the wait staff excellent. I paid for the premium seating. Because of the early time, the sun was brutal at the front of the boat, necessitating sunglasses. Also, read the menu before booking to make sure you like the options. Lastly, do not expect to be told what any landmarks are…this is a dinner cruise, not a tour.

It was the best part of my visit to Paris. I had an excellent window view on board. The food & wine served were brilliant. The staff was friendly. Jaime was my waiter and was so sweet! He pointed out several of the monuments as we passed. I would do this cruise again and recommend to anyone visiting Paris!

Dinner on the cruise ship was excellent in terms of service, menu, and overall ambiance. It was a leisurely cruise along the Seine, taking in all the sights, many of which were beautifully illuminated.

Overall enjoyed the dinner cruise. Food was delicious and nice to travel down the Seine seeing the sights. Waitstaff we’re very friendly and kind. Only issue was when asking a pair of men at the entry to the boat if we were in the correct spot, they were extremely rude- as there are 4-5 boats at the dock none of which have signs or indicate where you go etc.

We had beatiful view from windows that allowed you to see both sides of the river. People were dressed a bit more fancy that we expected. The food was delicious (we are vegetarians) and the red wine was smooth!
