Start your walking tour with a certified guide at the Auschwitz I Museum, where you'll be picked up from your hotel. Take a look at the barracks, watchtowers, and crematoria that are still standing in the Nazi camp. With the assistance of the given headset, tune in as your guide tells about the shocking Nazi wrongdoings carried out in the camps and hear accounts of the day-to-day experience of the detainees.

The Auschwitz-Birkenau II Memorial is the next stop on the tour. Witness the ruins of gas chambers and the railroad that brought prisoners to the camps.

Drive to the nearby town of Wieliczka to see the well-known salt mine after a lunch break that includes traditional Polish fare. A local guide and pre-arranged tickets will be waiting for you by the salt mine.

Walk down long sets of steps to begin your tour of the salt mine, which will take you 135 meters below the surface and through intricate passageways, shafts, and tunnels.

Explore four chapels, unique rock salt statues, and underground lakes. During your time in Krakow, visit a unique must-see location.

Take a lift from the underground back up to the main ground floor to meet your driver after the guided tour is over. As you make your way back to your Krakow hotel, you may completely relax.

Well organized tour. They picked us up at the hotel at the scheduled time. Very comfortable vehicle. We went to Auschwitz, then had a snack on the way to the Mine. There we still have time to walk around before entering the Mine. Get ready for a good walk.

When buying the tickets for the tours we thought it would be great but actually experiencing it exeeded all our expectations. Visiting Auschwitzs was a tough experience but we thought it was an important thing to do to make sure we never forget. We also had a wonderful guide who showed empathy for the ones who lost their lives and to the once who suffered on the grounds, while doing a great job giving us lots of information.

it was a really early start (06:30 pick up) & I was dubious about the timing... we arrived at Auschwitz & it was fairly quiet. After the guided tour of Auschwitz I i figured out why the early start. Iwas very pleased we started early, there were thousands of people beginning their tour. We then proceeded over to Birkenow to tour that camp. It was chilling to realise the scale of the genocide that happened here. it is so important that the world NEVER forget what happened here & that we learn ...

What a trip! Those two places are well worth visiting. Whether it's worth the money paid to the provider it's debatable. But definitely saves the hassle of organizing the trip. Easy to follow instructions from the driver, great guides in Auschwitz and Salt Mines. I do recommend this one day trip.

Tours were very good and guides were very informative. It's a lot of walking so make sure your shoes are comfortable and broken in. There is so much to be shown, that at times it felt very rushed (7 minutes to eat lunch)! No time for toilet stops, drink breaks etc. I walked just shy of 14 miles across the two Auschwitz tours and the Salt Mines tours in one day.

Very well organised tour and great communication leading up to it. We were travelling to Krakow the same morning as the tour and they arranged to pick us up as near to the station as possible which was helpful. The bus was modern with A/C which was needed in the 35'C heat we had that day! Guides were all very knowledgeable and there was a good balance of seeing the sites with short breaks in between. Didn't feel rushed at any point and plenty of photo opportunities. It's a long day, but defin...

Amazing experience, skip the lines and great guides. However dangerous driving between activities, we picked the 9:00tour and were transfered to the 7:00 a day ago, there was no pick up from the hotel as advertised but a meeting point somewhere in the city and lunch was a lunchbox inside the van

A really thought provoking trip to Auschwitz which was really well organised though I would have appreciated a bit more time at the 2nd camp to explore independently. Salt mine trip was really interesting too. Lots of walking involved, clocked up 8 miles overall during the trip

Pick up on time & in comfortable mini van. Driver was funny and helpful. Salt mine first and first group in so had time and space to view without crowds. Lunch was tasty buns, fruit, water & chocolate. Onto Auschwitz & Birkenow the guide took us round and had excellent knowledge as did guide from salt mine. Dropped off outside hotel

It is worth the money. Not being anxious about the tickets, the transportation and the hours from one visit to the other (many Polish people do not speak English very well). The drivers and the guides were really helpful and nice people. Good snack on the break.
