• In Lugano, most shops are closed on Sundays, and some may be closed on public holidays.
• Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the start time. In case of late arrival at the meeting point and missed departure of the tour, refund is not possible.
• For safety reasons, due to bad weather or too high water levels in the lake, public navigation will be used instead of the exclusive boat.
