The evening boat ride for $14 per person for a 50 minute ride was worth it and reasonably priced. My friend and I went on the 7:30 p.m. time slot, which was perfect as we were able to see Prague Castle glow. It was chilly on Friday, 9/16/22 when we went, so dress accordingly. There were also drinks being served at the bar. This is a great activity to wind down for the day after a day full of exploring Prague.

The evening cruise was absolutely beautiful. The boat was comfortable and had an at seat drink service. The tour narration was enough to make it interesting but not so much that it was intrusive. And the views were beautiful. There are a few small steps to go up to the top deck but we managed it no problem with two buggies. Our one regret is that we didn’t take the cruise slightly earlier to catch the sunset but if you’re looking for a relaxing enjoyable activity to end the day with I cannot ...

Michal was an excellent guide/host. He is a local - born and raised here in Prague so he was familiar with the sites to see as well as deep knowledge of those sites. We learned so much from him today. He was very personable and curious about where we came from too. He was open to many questions and had fulsome responses. I would recommend this tour and Michal with no hesitations. You won't e disappointed

The boat is really comfy and it is warm there, you can order some drinks. The audioguide is running very quietly from the speakers onboard, and it's almost impossible to hear something when more people are talking. Overall this is a very nice experience in Prague and i would totally recommend it.

This was a nice way to end our day of exploring Prague on foot. The views of the city at night are astonishing - however don't expect anything too fancy with this tour. Personally I think it's a wonderful way to end a long day and see the city from a different perspective. It's nothing too fancy, but worth the money. The audio guide isn't really a guide - it's just information through speakers in like 7 different languages so sometimes it was hard to make out what was being said since we had ...

My wife and I went on the night cruise after reading other reviews. It was a lovely experience on a lovely boat. It was nice to see Prague lit up and from a view point you would not have been able to see unless via this trip. Just the right length of time too.

The evening cruise was a perfect way to see prague . We went in October and it was warm enough to sit upstairs outside but rug up .there was a bar on board so we could even enjoy a glass of wine . The audio commentary was fine and as usual in several languages including English

The audio guide can be improved. An individual guide would be better. Plus the guide did not mentioN all the monuments on the sides of the river, it was very short. I found out after we finished that there was a brochure with much more information that was not distributed among the passengers !!

The boat is beautiful, modern and clean. The boat moves very very slow, hence it’s electric, therefore you don’t cover much area. You can easily see everything we saw just by standing on the Charles bridge. The ride is lovely and not expensive, so it’s good for the price. Don’t expect to see much though. Also take the 8:30 boat as you see the sun go down.

It was a lovely cruise. You will have to figure out the landmarks on your own as the recorded audio guide could not be heard over the engine noise and people talking. We took the last time slot when the buildings were illuminated against the dark sky.

in the evening and the lights really worth it. pity that on a hot dday they didnt come and offer the available refresments as you dont want to walk about nor give up your seats on a sightseeing tour. ordering by qr code would also be an idea. other than that really worth it. btw make sure you show your codes at the ticket office and get your physical ticket otherwise you will not be accepted on the boat!!

Great experience . Forget the food , you can still buy coffee , drinks on board without the issues referred to by others who booked evening cruises with food included. Same trip , have something either side ,there are plenty of eating places not too far away.

The cruise was very good, the music too. The staff were very friendly and nice. The snack is good, not excellent, but it's not the point of the experience.

Kristin P.

It was a good experience with the cruise, however I wasn't much satisfied with the Prosecco and so called small snacks (which they told like one for one ticket eventhough we are two people). However it was a good time on the cruise. Take only the cruise ticket, because the Prosecco and the breadsticks doesn't really worth 10-12€ extra.

Really nice boat, however it was really cold and so if you wanted to comfortably see the city at night you needed to sit inside. Inside seating didn’t provide great views like it did on the roof. So I had to go back and forth for photos because it was so cold! Keep that in mind if you are going in the wintertime/early Spring. We also lost good seats because they placed us in a separate line to get Prosecco, so others were seated first. We could’ve done without the Prosecco and gotten better s...

All in all the cruise was good. Would recommend doing the cruise at night as the views all lit up are definitely more stunning than the daytime. The boat was amazing, electric so you don't hear the motors and can take in the surroundings, The only down fall was the tiny dribble of prosecco you get and "snacks" was a packet of breadsticks. This could be improved for sure.

Very nice experience! I gave it to both myself and my boyfriend. The time I chose was at 7pm so it was very nice and romantic to "navigate" the Vltava river with all of Prague lit up. At the entrance they offered us a nice glass of prosecco and offered some breadsticks. Experience to try ☺️

The 2 euros for 1 mini sip of prosecco are total tourists nepp. Star deduction that you have to queue at the cash desk despite the online ticket, which is exchanged for a ticket for boat access. The trip is as beautiful as Prague and the multilingual information is good

We thoroughly enjoyed our first night in Prague with this boat-trip. The entertainment was entertaining, bravo to the piano guy who played bohemian rhapsody perfectly. There was a good selection of food at the buffet and we got to see some great views of night time Prague, we got a window seat which I think is worth the extra money. This is a great start to your Prague adventure.

Vltava River Nigth Cruise was ok. But it was disappointing not to get a table by the window, when we arrived at the boat. It was av very big boat, with tables both by the window, and in the middle row. Because we had not reserved table by the window (we didn't know that this was possible, lack of information at the website?) we were placed on the middle row. The food was good (buffet), and it was a great view from the top (outside) on the boat. Spesially when it got dark, and we got close to ...

It was a lovely calm experience , the band were excellent and the food good. As a lone traveller however, it was not for me, a shorter more focused boat trip would have been better, it was full of groups and couples who knew better than me about the boat!

Very easy and straight forward. Accessed the boat in good time. Met at the entrance by the wonderful staff. We was given our glass of bubbly on arrival and was shown to our seats. We was upgraded to a window seat as one became available once the boat departed from the pier. The Prague Duo sang all night with a great female singer and a male playing the keyboard. This is the best boat ride in Prague. Amazing value for money, live band that was incredibly talented and fun. Food was diverse, I am a vegetarian and was pleased by the variety. The staff were really great, and you can walk up the deck on the boat and enjoy the lights. I went in August, and managed to see the city by light and dark, and all the lights. I went on other boat rides in Prague as well but this was my absolutely favorite activity honestly. Great for solo travellers as well if you ...

Great tour at the perfect time…. Was able to view the “Golden Hour” sunset at the perfect location along with capturing the Charles Bridge at night. The food selection was your normal cruise cuisine however the live entertainment was very enjoyable. It was well worth the price!

Booked a three hour cruise for the four of us to celebrate my daughters 18th Birthday during a weekend visit. The staff greeted us as we got into the boat with a complimentary glass of Prosecco and showed up to our table. Evening dinner cruise on Vltava, Prague. We booked exclusive as a couple. This gave us seats by the window. Another couple sat alongside us. The good points were the drinks options, drinks table service, jazz trio, atmosphere of the river cruise in Prague at night. The food was adequate. Queuing for buffet food is never a good experience.

It was lovely, albeit quite hot. The food varied: mozarella was meh and the fried chicken was rather unsalty, however the ham and the sausages were quite delicious. Prices in the bar are as expected for this - a tad pricier than pubs in the city centre. The service is polite and nice. The music players are nice as well.

We thoroughly enjoyed this cruise. Prague at night is absolutely magical and the three hours went very quickly thanks to the wonderful jazz trio which was playing that night. The staff was really friendly. The food was good. We were not being blasted with a tourist description of every monument (we had done our walking tour during the day already). This was a quiet, romantic and absolutely enchanting evening.

We enjoyed a friendly welcome, attentive service with wonderful food. The star of the show of course is Prague in the evening. We had seats right along the windows which definitely is worth the extra. A duet provided live music which was also great. Absolutely recommend. Also the Prague Boats line is cutting edge in environmental stewardship. So important for the health of the city.

Excellent food and staff were lovely. Overall experience was great but only realised there was an upper deck later in cruise which was better than the warmer dining area after we had eaten. If possible ask to sit next to an open window for a breeze and the glass section is hard to see out of!

Beautifully clean boat. Very attentive staff. Plenty to eat and with a very varied choice there was something for everyone. Whether hot or cold or a mix of both you could visit the buffet as many times as you wanted. To finish off a great mix of puddings/cakes and cheese. Entertainment was included by an accordionist who sometimes burst into song as we were enjoying our delicious lunch. The only downside, which wasn’t their fault, was that we couldn’t travel the length of the River as was adv...

Nice tour. The museum part wasn’t extremely engaging and the audio guide talked for so long at each thing that it felt difficult to take anything in and my partner and I ended up just reading it. However, the chocolate sampling (3 fountains, some chocolate block dispensers and Lindt balls) were so good. So liberal, no one telling you not to go back for more and delicious. I think you get your money back there!

The food was much better than expected. Musician on board was very friendly. You spend more time eating than I thought, and we didn't look at the sights much. There was also no information about the sights as you walked by and I thought there would be an audio guide or something

This was a great experience from start to finish. Booking the tickets was quick and easy, the details of where to exchange the vouchers on the pier in Prague are simple and easy to follow. The actual cruise itself was fantastic, welcome drink (aperitif) as soon as you step on board, soft drink for the kids. Taken to your table and from there sit back relax. The cruise was lovely and the food was fantastic. The staffs are very helpful and friendly and the 2 hours went by very quickly. You go quite a distance down the river which is better than some of the other tours available. We went in January, so the boat was about a third full which we loved. However, it probably would be busier during peak months and this could change the feel of the tour as the staff will be busier and there will be more people around you. The tour was nice but - unlike promised - without any explanation of the sights we passed and without maps. The meal was rich and tasty but the waiting queue was long. If there were two food distribution points instead of one the comfort for the guests would have been higher. The waiters were really professional and guest-orientated.

Incredible - our previous activity was cancelled 12 hours before we were due to go and booked this as an alternative and I’m glad I did. Food was excellent. Staff were very attentive and the deck chairs upstairs were a nice surprise. Book. You won’t be disappointed.

Really enjoyed this river cruise. The boat was excellent and table service for your drinks. There was plenty of food although perhaps it would have been nice if there was more options for vegetarians but the cheese and bread certainly kept me full. I definitely recommend this to friends.

The service was very nice and helpful, the only drawback was that we got a seat behind a foggy glass and we couldn't see anything at all. The food was great. I generally recommend it. It is worth coming 15/20 minutes before departure to take better places.

The food was excellent although a little more vegan choice would have been nice. Its pinot grigio white & pinot grigio blush for the all inclusive wine lovers so that was a big thumbs up for us. Lovely way to see Prague at night. Beautiful boat with a glass roof, friendly staff and delicious food served as both a hot and cold buffet. We had a window seat so saw lots of amazing sights and went up to the outside Upper deck which was gorgeous. It was ok, we took de De luxe places in front of the boat which I can only recommend because of the views you have and the relatively quietness compared to the middle section. Food buffet was ok, what you can expect in these circumstances. Staff was very friendly! What was annoying were the lights inside when it was darker outside. You couldn’t enjoy the views as you only saw the reflection of the lights inside and the people sitting inside. After asking twice to please turn down the lights, ...

We felt so “Titanic” here except of course it didn’t sink. We felt taken cared of, staff were great, food & drinks were overflowing and live music was entertaining. We also had fun with the other couples around our table. Prague was beautiful at night with all the lights. It’s a different view of Charle’s bridge when you’re on the boat. It’s a romantic kind of experience. Highly recommended!

Great experience, we were given a table at the very front of the boat, excellent views to front and both sides. My wife does not like buffets, but this has changed - we both loved the food, the quality and selection was great. The musicians (pianist and singer duet) were top notch. Some stunning sights of Prague by night along the way.

Darina K.

Experience I would say mandatory if you pass through Prague. The only problem was having paid for a seat near the window and unfortunately the assigned seat had the window shaded due to the external humidity. Otherwise excellent food, excellent service, live music with two very good singers and exceptional view of Prague.

Berit A.

It was a lovely boat and setting however my only criticism was that when it came to getting the buffet there were huge queues that formed blocking the aisles and also overlooking the table we were sat at, which was not very pleasant. The system needs to be improved greatly.

Amazing experience on an open glass boat cruise in Prague. It was my wife's birthday and we had a very special time on the cruise. There was something magical about having a drink on an open deck. Great wine is given as a welcome drink and the food was also very good, but drinks are an extra charge for a basic package (60 euros). It was absolutely worth it and my wife was thrilled. Everything was well organized. We recommend it. Cheers

1. The whole arrangement is very well done and most enjoyable. 2. Prague at night from the water is stunning. 3. Staff expert and very pleasant. 4. After little mix up on gaining entry (you have to go next door show your voucher and issue you tickets) before embarking on trip it was pretty straight forward you get a glass of bubbly there is a running hot cold buffet and live music throughout. Good range of food. Lovely boat and attentive staff. Bit disappointing not to get a coffee at the end of meal with dessert and to be charged for that. The overall experience was fantastic! The price was right and the food was amazing. When you think “buffet food” you tend to think average. This was not it. It was great and we went for several plates. The boat had a live band play the entire time which was nice. The only issue was the lighting inside. With the lights they had, the glare made it hard to see the city lights through the glass which was kinda the point. Totally would recommend the afternoon trip over the night. I would rate the ...

Guide was amazing, told us so much about the river, different locations we saw, Czech history and lots more such as about their education, health care etc.. which was so interesting! The group size was larger than we expected with about 20 people being on our tour, this wasn’t a problem as the boat did fit everyone comfortably

We had a very nice English speaking captain. He talked about us the entire trip. We were sitting in the back, which made it difficult to understand him. But we had the opportunity to move forward. We were late for our time slot as the plane was delayed two hours, however they were really helpful and simply put us on the next boat. I’d pre booked this trip prior to coming to Prague. Unfortunately on the day the weather was rather wet so I was a tad soaked before going on the boat and during the trip it kept raining on and off. But it was a good informative trip where you saw things you might not have done and it was nice seeing them by river. There are a couple of boats that go out around the same time as each other so the boat isn’t over full which is nice.

It was a quick trip to see the major sites along the Vltava river. A good options when travelling with little kids as it’s exciting enough to keep them intrigued & short enough to not bore them. Lots of hot & cold beverage options but none for kids. Having juices, hot chocolate & food options (there is only chips & granola bars served) would be great.

I visited Prague with my family. The guided tour lasted about 3 hours, in which we visited the main square, part of the old town and the castle. The guide was very prepared and spoke good Italian, but above all we liked the fact that the tour started even with only 4 participants. In this way we had the opportunity to ask many questions. The suggestion would perhaps be to add the entrance at least inside the cathedral or the castle, to better appreciate the guide's indications.

Value for money! The tour was very informative and insightful. Our tour guide, Jane, was a great storyteller. The tour said that was an introduction to the Prague Castle, but I personally think it was more than an introduction which was good. Pay attention to the meeting place!! We were ‘those’ people and went to the castle instead of the bridge. BUT, the service we received from the home staff and assistants on site was impeccable. Even though the Old Royal Palace was unexpectedly closed, the tour was more than worth the cost. Peter was a phenomenal guide. A quick but very pleasant little tour. The ticket comes with a drink and a snack, which makes for a peaceful boat ride (smaller group than some of the other tours, maybe a max of 15-20 people) around the river. The audio guide points out some interesting history associated with the Charles Bridge, old town, River, lesser town, etc. Meanwhile it’s fun to explore the river and a small little canal as well. Boats leave every 15-20 mins so it’s easy to fit into your schedule.

We booked this very spontaneously and were very happy we did. It is a small low wooden boat with maybe 20 people on it, which is much more fun than the big boats with too many people. Very informative city tour to all sights. However, the space on the bus was very limited, ie narrow seats and short distances to the front seat. We were the first to get on the ship because we were at the berth in good time, so we had a free choice of seats. The negative was that the end of the tour was not at the starting point but at the boat dock. So we had to orientate ourselves and take on a longer walk. We were not aware of this fact beforehand.

All in all, the tour was good. There was ""everything"" important to see what you can see from the Vltava. (You can't get around a tour of the city on land anyway) The fact that you are ""stuck"" in the lock for a good 40 minutes is not that tight, but that's probably the case with all boat tourists. Contrary to the other assessment, the food on board was, in my opinion, pretty good. The drink prices are a little higher than in the restaurants but not excessive.

all very well organized inside by following the directions on the map on the ticket (valid for 2 days) you can easily follow the route indicated by numbered signs as shown on the map, via d'oro a bit disappointing I was expecting more handcrafted and typical products instead it is more an exhibition, the royal palace is beautiful but above all the gothic cathedral

This tour is very nice. Of course you can also book it as a guided tour, but you can better manage your time alone. An audiogide is very beneficial. One was included with the palace. That's great. The place is very beautiful and on the way up there you can see a beautiful view of Prague, however when you get to the castle you will find a bit of disorientation or disorder to start the visit. We were lucky to meet Mr. Lobkowitz who gave us some guidance.

Marcela was delightful Next time we will hire her for the day. We had an hour together that was jammed packed. She was able to get us context along with the history High Point. Her enthusiasm and professionalism with top-notch seasoned with delightful humor!

The tour guide was very nice and fun. A very bad point was the starting time of the tour being wrong. We spent a whole hour in the cold and it was raining juat waiting for someone to show up at the meeting point. When we called the agency emergency number they just told us to wait more 15 minutes. We only found out that we should wait for a whole hour when other guide came and after asked for help, called somewhere else to check.

I was the only one on the tour and I had a great time! The guide was very nice, patient and knowledgeable. We skipped the line and manage to cover a lot in a short amount of time. I highly recommend this tour :)

The tour guide was very nice and could explain everything in easily understandable English. We then got to the castle very quickly.

Maria was a wonderful guide who gave us a nice introduction to the Charles Bridge and the Prague Castle and good directions for us on how to manage our own self guided tour after our tour with her ended. Would definitely recommend.
