• This tour is not fully accessible to wheelchair users or people with reduced mobility.
• Each gondola can accommodate a maximum of 5 people; the seat aboard cannot be chosen but will be assigned by the gondolier depending on guest’s weight.
• The itinerary may change in case of wind or bad weather.
• Digital and printed vouchers are accepted (to be shown to the gondolier).
• No penalty for cancellation within 24 hrs before the tour. On line customer service 7 days a week, 9.30 am — 5.30 pm
• The tour does not operate in case of exceptionally bad weather or exceptionally high/low tide (in these cases it will be rescheduled for the following day or refunded).
• The ride is not guided.
