Clare was a wonderful guide! I originally only did the guided tour because tickets were sold out for the other days I was there so this was the only way to get in. However, I have to say doing the guided tour elevated the whole experience tremendously and I'm so grateful I went this route. Clare's insight into Van Gogh's work and life added a whole new dimension to everything we saw.

Captain was very nice, sharing great stories about the city, staff was nice. Great to share a few beers and pizza with family cruising this lovely city.

It was very nice. We had great a great skipper and host. William and Boris were fun and knowledgeable about the light exhibits and other interesting facts about Amsterdam. I liked this company and will book with them again!

In relation to the Van Gogh museum, we didn't purchase a headset during our visit but you can literally read up on all the art and know the history of Van Gogh as the information was on the wall next to the picture. Museum is spread over 4 floors so if you had the headset it will direct you to the hanging picture that has number next to it but as we didn't we often travel in the wrong direction. This for me was not a problem as each picture has a different story to tell. As for the canal trip, we had in ear headphone provided for us so knew all the history. Very interesting to know the history so highly recommend. Give yourself plenty of time between the canal trip and the Van Gogh museum as they are not near each other.

Rolf was an amazing tour guide thru the Van Gogh museum. His art history knowledge as well as Dutch history made the two hours very pleasant. We walked away with a wealth of information. Highly recommend taking this tour!

The meeting point is on the side where the AdamTower is, so behind the train station you take the free ferry (which runs every 3 minutes) and then you have about a 2-minute walk. Check-in was quick and easy, the free audio guide was also good, the app still had to be downloaded but the skipper provided help with this. The trip itself was great and informative. Clear recommendation!!

I was expecting it to be way better, all the hype about it and the actual ice bar itself is down the back of a bar and it's tiny!! The jackets they give are not warm at all, the max youd stay in there would be 15 mins! Tthe best part was getting your drink in a shot glass or beer glass made of ice!

Excellent introduction to Amsterdam. Beautiful sunny day. Not sure how it would be in the rain.

The idea of a pancake cruise is great but there was no views to see of Amsterdam

Very hard-working tour guide or captain. Spoke a few words from time to time (apart from the audio system), unfortunately difficult to understand without a microphone. But the audio system worked perfectly

The guide Justus is German and has lived in Amsterdam for 5 years. He can tell you a lot about the city's history and knows some good insider tips for restaurants.

We had a lovely time bicycling around Amsterdam. Even though we were here a few days prior to this tour we learned a lot and got a chance to experience what it is like to bicycle in a city filled with tons of bikes which is truly interesting and challenging to say the least. The tour guide was very nice and provided many a chance to stop and hear much about the different areas of the city and we had plenty of time to take pictures as well. We would definitely recommend this tour.

Nice way to see the city and with a guide who didn't talk too much and rather not too little. There was time to just enjoy the surroundings.
