This is an excellent cruise, the food was great, very tasty, the staff were great with a special thanks to Valentina (I think that’s was her name) who made our 25th wedding anniversary all that more special. There was the occasional commentary from the captain, which was not really intrusive but nicely informative. All in all a good balance and a trip I would highly recommend.

Our day trip to Bruges was fantastic! Everything was perfectly on schedule, with no delays in the bus timings, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. We had plenty of time to explore the beautiful town on our own, which was a huge plus. My only minor suggestion for improvement would be the commentary. While our guide was skilled at switching between English and Spanish, it was a bit jarring and hard to follow when they switched languages with every sentence. I'd recommend sticking to one language per sentence or paragraph to make the information easier to absorb. Overall, it was a great tour and I would highly recommend it!

This was so fun! The guides were funny and knowledgeable. The perfect way to end our trip to Amsterdam.

A nice tour, the guide speaks German very well and knows a lot about the history and architecture of Amsterdam. So you find out things that you wouldn't normally find out. But that's what a tour like this is for, among other things. We can only recommend the “German” tour. Especially when you take them at dusk and the lights on the bridges and buildings come on, you get really nice photos. On board there are Heinecken (€3.50), soft drinks and white wine. Everything chilled.

This was undoubtedly one of the best things we did. Bastion, our guide, was very understanding, knowledgable and laid the foundation to our holiday in Amsterdam as it was the first thing we wanted to do in the city. They also managed to secure a carrier for our child which made it more special. One of the top activity to do!

Nice way to do canal cruising. Glad that we had the table by ourselves. The lady attending to customers onboard was very polite and accomodating. and was surprised that we had ice cream before end of the tour.

In relation to the Van Gogh museum, we didn't purchase a headset during our visit but you can literally read up on all the art and know the history of Van Gogh as the information was on the wall next to the picture. Museum is spread over 4 floors so if you had the headset it will direct you to the hanging picture that has number next to it but as we didn't we often travel in the wrong direction. This for me was not a problem as each picture has a different story to tell. As for the canal trip, we had in ear headphone provided for us so knew all the history. Very interesting to know the history so highly recommend. Give yourself plenty of time between the canal trip and the Van Gogh museum as they are not near each other.

Our guide (Hank) walked us right into the museum with no wait, he was well known by the museum staff. The original meeting place was a little unclear because we did the know the area, and it was about 300 yards from the entrance. But having an exclusive and experienced tour guide like Hank gave us enormous information and insight in a short period of time. For us it was worth the expense!

There was only 8 people on the cruise and 3 of them were crew members. We got 1 to 1 information and the crew was very knowledgeable.

The guide spoke our language (portuguese ) that waa good because my wife does not speak english and got on time. Frédéric showed us amsterdam The way their citizens knows it. It was very interesting. We loved it. The boat trip at The end was amanzing too.

Three Guides are amazing. We mostly interacted with Manuel. You will start from red light district and then follow the guide. It goes till 2:00AM.Good exposure to night life and make lots of acquaintances.
