On the 124th, 125th, and 148th floors of the Burj Khalifa, treat yourself to a first-class experience that includes access to the outdoor terrace of the world's highest observation deck. If you want to take in the city as the sun sets over the skyline, choose the sunset option.
Start at the SKY Lounge and ascend the Burj Khalifa, which is 555 meters tall. You'll be able to "fly" over city landmarks as you travel thanks to specially designed projections.
You can also listen to the synchronized music of the Dubai Fountain show from the Burj Khalifa's observation decks. From your vantage point marvel the view of the Burj Khalifa Lake and the world's largest dancing fountain.
You can relive the Burj Khalifa's construction in a new exhibit if you descend to the ground floor. Hear testimonials from the mind of architects and designers who created the building's interiors, landscaping, and architecture.
Significant information:
Know before you go:
- The sunset time slots make sure you will reach level 148 before sunset
- You can stay for about one and a half hour at the attraction
- To see the fabulous fountain show you shall book for about half an hour beforehand to get a good spot
- During the Ramadan drinks and food will not be accessible as part of the experience until the evening meal at sunset(Iftar)
- There might be a queue for the observation deck exhibits
- The observation deck holds maximum 50 people at any given time
- Your booking will be confirmed up to 3 months before the visit

- Daily(except Friday): 1 and 1:30 PM
- Friday: 1:30 and 2 PM
- Evening Shows: (Every 30 minutes)

Customers going to the 148th floor were given a VIP sticker and were given priority access to the elevator as a special treatment. There was a long line, so I didn't have to wait too long and it felt great. On the 148th floor, you can enjoy a 360-degree view of Dubai's cityscape and the desert far away, watch the sunset, and watch the lights turn on one after another. It is so beautiful that you will forget the time. I was also happy with the service of tea, juice, water and sweets. If you go down the stairs from the 125th floor to the 124th floor, you will see the world's best fountain right below, the music you hear right next to you, and the night view of Dubai that you can see up close. It is recommended to go up before sunset, as you can enjoy both daytime and nighttime views at your leisure. I would like you to see it at least once.

I’m glad I paid the extra for VIP lounge on floor 148. To skip the line in both directions was a must, so busy on floors 124 and 125. Not much of a tour, but enjoyed the experience.

Definitely book with 147 floor otherwise you stand forever at the elevators, up and down. One is guided past all VIPs and has the 147 pieces in a small group. With sunset it is the best choice because you have both together. Very impressive during the day and in the dark.

At first we were skeptical whether it was worth paying for floor 148. Outlook? Well, equally wonderful from floor 125 in my opinion! But the trappings: 1. Elevator up and down without a queue 2. Tea and sweets to try 3. Viewing platform with non-glazed parts (so the photos are much better without reflection) 4. Unlimited time 5. Fewer tourists mean the atmosphere is calm I would choose this option again and again

We were there in the evening in the dark! lGreat view! With water fountains from above. Great view. Not cheap, but worth it! Had reservations and although we were half an hour late, no problem. The other lines for the 124/125 floor were huge? felt like a 1-2 hour wait!

Overall a good experience. Just few pointers: If you are booking for sunset slot then make sure you buy 148 floor tickets. You will get less crowded space with amazing view. Moreover, with VIP Sky access you can skip the general queue going down, which we experienced on Friday evening too much packed, moving very slowly. Overall it is worth the price!

It was really worth spending a little more money. We didn't have to wait in any queues, neither when picking up the tickets nor when it started. Sunset time was also ideal. We had a good view in the sun, saw the sunset, saw the fountain show from above and the view of the illuminated skyscrapers was really amazing. And on the 148th floor it was very relaxed and not nearly as crowded as on the floors below.

The 148 floor was interesting, a little tweaked with coffee and pastries but is it worth it? Another advantage is that there are fewer visitors on this floor and you have a clearer view. In retrospect, however, I find the price too high. A ticket for the floor is sufficient. Nevertheless we enjoyed it very much.

It is pricey, but it is well worth it. The views are breathtaking and watching the sunset from outdoors is an amazing experience. The 148th level was not too crowded nor noisy. For photographers: tripods and « big » cameras are allowed, I used mine without any problem.
