Burj Khalifa At the Top tour during the day was amazing! The views of the Fountain and the city was breathtaking! The Aquarium was walking distance through the Dubai Mall and can be mostly seen while in the Mall. However the ticket allowed us to go in a tunnel surrounded by phenomenal sea creatures and divers! Beautiful!

great experience, fascinated with all the structural designs of the Burj Kahlifa. Also the views on the top were amazing and highly recommended to see and look at and enjoys the beauty of Dubai. The beauty of the aquarium is unbelievable from walking thru and at the end of the trip itself was great.

Great day, went up to floor 125 in a super fast lift, then went to viewing platform on 124, as you can expect great views. Then went back down to have a lovely meal overlooking the lake. After the meal we walked around the shopping mall, the fish aquarium is great, and then watched the dancing fountains at 1800. As it goes dark the burj is lit up and so is the entire surrounding area. A great day thanks.

Some of the most stunning views 'At the Top' of the Burj Khalifa. All the staff we encountered were friendly. I took many photographs but capturing the beauty in real life is a must. We were a bit underwhelmed by the Aquarium, however enjoyed walking around the underwater zoo and seeing all the unique animals. Whilst we were there we spent time looking around the Dubai Mall, another incredibly big place with so much variety. Finished off by watching the Fountain display and seeing the Burj Khalifa all lit up in the evening. A long but enjoyable day out with lasting memories.

Very busy all the time. People hogging the window spaces. Amazing views though. Meal was good, hubby said it was best sea bass he'd ever tasted but my rice dish was a bit lacklustre. Signage to get from viewing down to restaurant was none existent so had to be shown down some corridors to get to our meal. Staff though are extremely helpful.

Very expensive for what it is. We picked up the ticket at the aquarium counter on ground floor. No line when we went. Then to get to the burj, you have to go to LG floor. We went during sunset and the view was hazy that you couldn't see much and the pictures didn't look good with the haze and glare. However, once it turned night the pictures came out very good. The 148th floor had a lot less glare from the inside lights than the 124/125 floors. It was also a lot calmer than the chaos in 124/125. The tickets were worth it purely for the shorten queue alone. Going up took about 40 minutes. Going down took 10 minutes. If we didn't have the vip tickets, I would probably still be there waiting to go down. It was that bad. From 125, there's only 1 elevator so make sure you go down from 124 where there is 2 elevators. At 124, there was a separate line for vip for their own elevator. At 125, the staff were making us wait with everyone else. If you have to go to burj get this sky pass.

Everything, in general, is fine. We were on 18.09.23. There were no queues for 1-1.5 hours, which frightened us. There were no queues to take pictures either. I put 4 and not 5 just for the fog. Limited visibility. But this is nature!

Great views, lots of photo opportunities. We went early morning, which meant less crowds. Just a word of caution, the photos taken by the on-site photographers are quite expensive but you can buy one and then have the code to download all the pictures. A great experience and highly recommended thing to do when in Dubai

A great day out in combining both. We did thr Burj Khalifa for approx 12.30 and it was great to skip the queue by pre paying for our tickets. You come near the food Hall in the Dubai mall so a quick stop for lunch and then we did the aquarium. We did some browsing around the shops and watched the waterfall show which started at 6/6.30!

If you enter the Dubai mall from the subway, then go straight to the elevator and go down to the LG floor. Mall employees (security guards) will show the direction of the entrance to the check-in counters, just ask about the ticket to Burj Khalifa. Be prepared for queues for ascent and descent, there are few people in the elevator. There is a search of things, all sorts of lighters, electronic devices, etc. immediately hand over to the storage room, so that you don't have to stand in line a second time.

Customers going to the 148th floor were given a VIP sticker and were given priority access to the elevator as a special treatment. There was a long line, so I didn't have to wait too long and it felt great. On the 148th floor, you can enjoy a 360-degree view of Dubai's cityscape and the desert far away, watch the sunset, and watch the lights turn on one after another. It is so beautiful that you will forget the time. I was also happy with the service of tea, juice, water and sweets. If you go down the stairs from the 125th floor to the 124th floor, you will see the world's best fountain right below, the music you hear right next to you, and the night view of Dubai that you can see up close. It is recommended to go up before sunset, as you can enjoy both daytime and nighttime views at your leisure. I would like you to see it at least once.

Excellent trip. Well organised and my breakfast cruise departed on time. The crew were extremely attentive, offering drinks and assisting customers with photographs. Breakfast was plentiful, croissants, bread, cheese and fresh fruits. Water and orange juice was available at all times. The trip itself was not hurried, and allowed for plenty of time to sightsee and take photographs. Well done Xclusive tours … 10/10

The Burj Khalifa was worth seeing and very impressive. Unfortunately very long waiting times - you have to spend a lot of time queuing. In my opinion, you can save yourself the aquarium. Nothing out of the ordinary - seen it all before, and the aisles are way too narrow and crowded. Not recommended in Corona times!!!!!

The 148 floor was interesting, a little tweaked with coffee and pastries but is it worth it? Another advantage is that there are fewer visitors on this floor and you have a clearer view. In retrospect, however, I find the price too high. A ticket for the floor is sufficient. Nevertheless we enjoyed it very much.

This was an amazing experience and well worth paying the extra to get to floor 145. Ignore the Arabian coffee and treats as this is all about skipping the line and being on the highest observation deck in the world and admiring the amazing views! We were very fortunate to have clear sky and amazing views! Highly recommended!

Great tour. As they say, I have not been to Burj Khalifa, I have not been to Dubai. Vouchers came to the post office quickly. About 20 meters before the main ticket office in at the top, they saw a cabinet where they also sold tickets and there was no one. We got tickets there without waiting in line. There were a lot of people in the ticket office itself.

Everything went fine, we went up to the observation deck, enjoyed the views of Dubai. The ticket voucher was exchanged at the ticket office, there is a separate queue for those who bought a ticket online, which moves very quickly. There were no people anywhere, because it was not the season. I really liked the tour, I recommend it!

Very impressive views from the 124 floor, just mesmerizing. We bought tickets via Satellite back in June for September 4th. The time was taken at 19.00, but they are allowed to enter the tower from 18.30 (but not earlier). And it turns out that you can see Dubai in the daytime and in the evening. The pictures are just super!!!
