Mostly,seemed well organised. Bit of a rush to get seats on the boat when we boarded. Would have been useful for the person who you had to meet near the newsstand if they had a flag with the tour on it and not just some random something. Most people had paper tickets and the girl didn't recognise my e ticket on the phone either and it was only by luck that someone said I was in the right place.

Excellent experience from all points of view. The guidance in all languages is clear. The only advice for those who want to experience it is to absolutely bring warm, almost winter clothes, even in summer, otherwise you will not enjoy the journey on the bridge and you will have to see everything from the inside.

There was a Spanish guide, well I think English should be first then welcome any other languages. Because when there is a building, the Spanish guide starts talking, and after when we passed it already, English audio guide is on But the transport was good and views are best
