So so amazing!! Went to all the local places that we wouldve otherwise never experienced. Youssef was AMAZING! So courteous and interactive with the tour. If you are to do 1 tour here, I recommend this one. We ranged from camel riding in the desert, to waterfalls, to local markets. So awesome!
Tegan A.
Amazing experience quad biking and camel riding in the desert! Breathtaking views as you ride through the desert at sunset. Tour guides were very nice and took lots of pictures of us. The dinner in the evening was a traditional Moroccan feast and was very tasty. Be prepared for lack of toilet facilities though.

We had a great experience with this tour. The Quadri was very fun and great views just a bit slow for my taste, but is for security reasons. We stop for a tee after and then carry on with the camel ride, was quite fun with the typical clothes as well, a very nice experience in a beautiful place. The dinner was surprisingly good! I don’t know if we was with to much hungry, because was one of the best chicken tangine that we eat in Marrakesh. The tour is worth! A experience for life

We really recommend this tour to get to know truly the moroccon culture with a native guide. We definitely had the best meal of our stay during the tour in the Berber house where this family welcomed us warmly and cooked for the group. They were very nice to welcome my request to have a vegetarian meal and it was amazing. Everything was excellent but what made it so perfect was with no doubt our amazing guides Youssef and Mostapha. These young guys are passionate about their job, available for the many questions we had, accommodating and very nice. Really recommended!

Great value day. We had a driver who was ok but not informative about the schedule. He handed us over to our guide Ibraim who was much better and he invited us to have tea with him and his wife at their home. The biggest downside to the day was the amount of time spent in the car especially between lunch and the camel rides.
Danielle A.
The actual tour was described as 1.5 hours. Shortly before we received a message that we will be picked up 2 hours earlier. Without any explanation. Then we were driven through the area for almost 2 hours and picked up a lot of people from their hotels. In addition, the driver kept on the phone while driving (without a hands-free system) and even made notes. It was a hell of a ride. The camel ride was really a very special experience, but it took maybe an hour in total. Then the whole trip went back and we were on the road for almost 5 hours in total. That was more than annoying and not booked anyway.

The camel ride was a fantastic experience. There was an issue with the transportation. When we booked the program we were told that the driver will pick us up at our riad at 17:30. On the same day we received a message (in the early afternoon hours) that the exact pick up time is 16:30. Unfortunately we didn’t have internet so we received the message later. We were lucky that we arrived back to the riad from the city exploring around 16:30, we planned our day to be back by 5pm in order to be on time. So we almost missed the program. It would have been nice to receive such details early enough and not on the same day as it can’t be expected that everyone has internet abroad all the day. It should have been communicated during the booking that the pick up is ~1 hour prior the program start but during the booking it was clearly stated that the pick up is at 17:30. Other than this it was a great experience.

Great experience in the desert! 2 hour ATV ride, 30 minute camel ride, a fire under the stars and delicious dinner. Everybody along the way is energetic and accommodating - they truly enjoy their job. Highly recommend for an adventure in Morocco! Incredible value - do not hesitate to book.

I really enjoyed this experience! I would note that, while 1.5 hours is listed in the ad for this excursion, that seems to be starting from when you actually arrive on site. From Marrakech, it's about 3 hours total (nearly 1.5 hours commuting round trip, 1.5 for the camel riding and tea). Lots of fun, highly recommend!
Bálint K.
This was a great trip for us as a family of 4 with two teenage girls. Our guide, Romerro, was kind, knowledgeable and it was a pleasure to visit his house in the High Atlas Mountains. Well organised and well planned trip where we felt safe at all times. Lots to see and very tasty lunch. Excellent choice if you want to see a real contrast to the hustle and bustle of Marrakesh. Pick up drop off also well arranged.
Bobby S.
Tremendous experience to say the least! the quad biking was immaculate and the scenery was breathtaking. The camel ride was very different I have never experienced anything like it before. the dinner was very tasty, the only problem I would have is I would preferred the dinner to be in a more scenic location but apart from that the trip is amazing and great value for money and I would rate this experience 9/10!!!

Agafay desert was one of the best experiences I have ever had. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming too and madd the experience 10x better. We finished the night off with riding a camel to a tent with amazing food and dessert. Totally worth the price and 1000% would recommend. Not just because of the quad bikes and the camel rides but the people made the experience complete. Hopefully we can do this again in the future when we come back to Morocco. Thank you for the great experience.

They communicated via Whatsapp the day before, and agreed for a pickup spot near my hostel. On the day itself, we visited an Argan Oil coop and had little breakfast with mint tea, reached Imlil around noon and did a lil hike to see waterfall. Had lunch (chicken or vegetarian tagine, bread, water). We reached Agafay desert at 4.30pm. We drank mint tea, put on traditional clothes+scarf and waited for available camels. After short camel ride, they took us to a nearby spot to see the sunset. Throughout the entire tour, the guide Muhammad "Potato" was engaging and provided lots of information about the culture and the areas.
Maddison J.
We were lucky to be only 2 with the guide, very attentive, he answered our questions ... Very nice desert, even if they are not dunes, there are several colors ... It is not ecotourism, but it allows you to quickly see a beautiful region. Very well! Thank you
Gerardo D.
Very nice guides! If you see comments saying there was a delay, it is partly (totally) our fault! We were the first that the driver had to pick up, and we were stuck in a taxi, in traffic jams They still waited for us! The sunset was sublime, we took some wonderful photos .. I highly recommend!
Habeeba B.
Easy pickup at a nearby hotel (the Medina was closed to vehicles) right on time. Took us to the quad location. After a short wait with some tea, we were riding through the desert having a great time! The dinner afterwards was amazing too with entertainment as well! High recommend.
Dominique M.
After a somewhat chaotic start (departure time change and car without air conditioning), we had a magical experience! The camel ride was a totally peaceful moment, and the evening at the bivouac was magical, with a moment facing the sunset, a very good meal, and lots of surprises during the evening. The owner, very friendly, accompanied us throughout the evening. We came home with a head full of wonderful memories! Even if this experience seems very touristy at first sight, it is worth living!

Amazing experience! Amazing sunset! Everything was just perfect and has expected. I just think 1h camel ride Is enough though because it can get a bit boring. However, our guide was very kind and funny even if he wasn’t speaking English at all, he offer to take pictures to us and he did and amazing job! A bit disappointed for the transport on the way back as it took us a very long time to arrive at our riad because the driver dropped off other people on the tour with us.
Stanley H.
Such a lovely experience on our holiday. We saw the sun set before going back to the base with the quad bikes, where the tables were set for our individual groups. The hosts had local people perform some music, who also went round group by group for an individual performance. After dinner, we sat around a camp fire while the music started again for a little while before our transport picked us up for drop off. really didn’t expect such a lovely evening! The hosts were friendly and welcoming. Thank you☺️

Fantastic adventure. Ive been quad biking a few times before and was usually underwhelmed by the experience - flat track, with single file bikes and low speed. I usually find them restictive and boring, so I wasn't too excited about this , but my girlfriend wanted the experience. I was very happy we did, we had a great time. The route was fairly rough and rocky with hills, meaning the terrain was varied and certainly put the 4x4 capabilities of the quad to the test with fairly steep inclines, descents and slanting slopes scattered throughout. The guide was very good, making sure we were ok without 'babying' us too much. He also quickened the pace where he was able which was nice, but to be fair the road was often rough so high speed wasnt much of an option for most of the journey. The views were also great with the Atlas mountains as the backdrop (with snow which I didnt expect!) In short this was great fun and I would definately recommend it.
Kiera R.
Really great! The services are remarkable: pick-up and return. For the quad, I think you still need a good driving experience. We are not driving on a highway!!! That's exactly what's great. The desert in stony dunes in ascents and descents, the unexpected discovery of an artificial lake, a 2nd break with tea served by Berbers... An intense half-day for a frankly ridiculous price.
Ollie B.
We were picked up at our accommodation and taken to the desert quad and camel location with 2 other guests. Quad bike experience was slowed down by the pace of some members of the group therefore we missed the sunset but the experience was still great fun and the horizon views in the desert were beautiful at this time of day. Dinner was the best part of the evening. Great atmosphere and was brought tea and nuts, a starter, tagine and fruit. Well paced throughout the night with musicians and dancers while it got dark. The place offered for us to stay the evening or a 10:30pm or 1am ride back into Marrakech. Drop off at a central location rather than back at the accommodation because the minibus you come home in can’t travel the smaller streets in Marrakech. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to experience a day trip to agafay.
Gabriel M.
Amazing and humbling experience, the tour guides were so welcoming and friendly such a pleasure to be able to spend some time with them learning about camels and their way of life. A real eye opener, makes you appreciate life so much much and cherish the small things.. followed by amazing pictures with the camels in the sunset. Priceless experience
Gadwa G.
The day trip was a good mix of activity and information. The walk in the Atlas mountains culminated in a delicious traditional meal in a Berber house and was followed with a drive into the Sahara desert and a really good camel ride in traditional robes which provided an excellent photo opportunity. The driving was safe and comfortable and the guide was friendly and informative. Highly recommend this tour.
