Amazing experience quad biking and camel riding in the desert! Breathtaking views as you ride through the desert at sunset. Tour guides were very nice and took lots of pictures of us. The dinner in the evening was a traditional Moroccan feast and was very tasty. Be prepared for lack of toilet facilities though.

It was our pleasure to have Mohammad potato as our guide. It was a privilege to have met someone as friendly, fun, helpful, and full of life as him. We also loved getting to know his home town which is so beautiful and full of friendly people. If you are lucky enough to get Mohammad as your tour guide, I assure you that you will be covered :)

Such a lovely experience on our holiday. We saw the sun set before going back to the base with the quad bikes, where the tables were set for our individual groups. The hosts had local people perform some music, who also went round group by group for an individual performance. After dinner, we sat around a camp fire while the music started again for a little while before our transport picked us up for drop off. really didn’t expect such a lovely evening! The hosts were friendly and welcoming. Thank you☺️

Really great! The services are remarkable: pick-up and return. For the quad, I think you still need a good driving experience. We are not driving on a highway!!! That's exactly what's great. The desert in stony dunes in ascents and descents, the unexpected discovery of an artificial lake, a 2nd break with tea served by Berbers... An intense half-day for a frankly ridiculous price.

After we were driven to the desert, we were given some mint tea and chilled at their campsite. The quad bike tour followed and it was really good fun. It provided some great views and we got a very decent amount of time on the quads. There was also a stop to take photos at sunset. We all had dinner at the campsite and there was a group who did some singing and dancing for us. The hosts were very friendly.

I went on this excursion with my two daughters, one of whom became very ill during the journey. The team was amazing, arranged a car to take me and my daughter back to our hotel immediately. My other daughter stayed on her own and they were super sweet with her. She had an amazing time and loved every minute.

We were picked up at our accommodation and taken to the desert quad and camel location with 2 other guests. Quad bike experience was slowed down by the pace of some members of the group therefore we missed the sunset but the experience was still great fun and the horizon views in the desert were beautiful at this time of day. Dinner was the best part of the evening. Great atmosphere and was brought tea and nuts, a starter, tagine and fruit. Well paced throughout the night with musicians and dancers while it got dark. The place offered for us to stay the evening or a 10:30pm or 1am ride back into Marrakech. Drop off at a central location rather than back at the accommodation because the minibus you come home in can’t travel the smaller streets in Marrakech. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to experience a day trip to agafay.

Amazing and humbling experience, the tour guides were so welcoming and friendly such a pleasure to be able to spend some time with them learning about camels and their way of life. A real eye opener, makes you appreciate life so much much and cherish the small things.. followed by amazing pictures with the camels in the sunset. Priceless experience

Agafay desert was one of the best experiences I have ever had. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming too and madd the experience 10x better. We finished the night off with riding a camel to a tent with amazing food and dessert. Totally worth the price and 1000% would recommend. Not just because of the quad bikes and the camel rides but the people made the experience complete. Hopefully we can do this again in the future when we come back to Morocco. Thank you for the great experience.

The day trip was a good mix of activity and information. The walk in the Atlas mountains culminated in a delicious traditional meal in a Berber house and was followed with a drive into the Sahara desert and a really good camel ride in traditional robes which provided an excellent photo opportunity. The driving was safe and comfortable and the guide was friendly and informative. Highly recommend this tour.

Incredible value! only criticism is the taxi taking an hour longer than initially scheduled and the time on quads was slightly reduced but other than that, fantastic! worth while to do, espeicllcially if in a group as there was lots of dancing etc with our group
Maddison J.
We were lucky to be only 2 with the guide, very attentive, he answered our questions ... Very nice desert, even if they are not dunes, there are several colors ... It is not ecotourism, but it allows you to quickly see a beautiful region. Very well! Thank you
Véronique C.
I really enjoyed this experience! I would note that, while 1.5 hours is listed in the ad for this excursion, that seems to be starting from when you actually arrive on site. From Marrakech, it's about 3 hours total (nearly 1.5 hours commuting round trip, 1.5 for the camel riding and tea). Lots of fun, highly recommend!

The camel ride was a fantastic experience. There was an issue with the transportation. When we booked the program we were told that the driver will pick us up at our riad at 17:30. On the same day we received a message (in the early afternoon hours) that the exact pick up time is 16:30. Unfortunately we didn’t have internet so we received the message later. We were lucky that we arrived back to the riad from the city exploring around 16:30, we planned our day to be back by 5pm in order to be on time. So we almost missed the program. It would have been nice to receive such details early enough and not on the same day as it can’t be expected that everyone has internet abroad all the day. It should have been communicated during the booking that the pick up is ~1 hour prior the program start but during the booking it was clearly stated that the pick up is at 17:30. Other than this it was a great experience.

It was an amazing lifetime experience. The whole day was packed with amazing activities. The driver and our guide, Redone, were both very friendly. Redone is very knowledgeable and a professional guide. We were very lucky to have him as our tour guide. He made sure everyone was safe-it is a nice feeling to be in such good hands. This trip is worth every penny.
Badria E.
Its not a tour as normal, we really liked that we could did something active. Our guide really looked after us during the quad ride (he looked constantly if everyone was there). That gave a safe feeling. We would like to ride a bit faster, but that wasn't able because we made the ride with the group. After that we had dinner in a traditional Morrocon way. We really loved the people dancing and singing for us. It really was the perfect last night. If you are asking for one little tip: the lights above the dinner tables could be more cozy (yellow lights)
Bobby S.
Tremendous experience to say the least! the quad biking was immaculate and the scenery was breathtaking. The camel ride was very different I have never experienced anything like it before. the dinner was very tasty, the only problem I would have is I would preferred the dinner to be in a more scenic location but apart from that the trip is amazing and great value for money and I would rate this experience 9/10!!!

It is a good opportunity to get away from the bustle of the city and to observe life in the Berber villages closely. We joined the tour as two children and two adults, at first we were worried about whether to join with children or not, but we had a good day. The children were very happy. Our guide Abdul gave us all the information we needed about the tour, he is a good tour guide, and he also helped with transporting my young child from time to time, I was also very happy for his kind gesture. I recommend the tour to those who are considering it.
Iyas A.
An amazing full day tour and you see lots of different scenery.. our guide Said was amazing, really friendly, knowledgeable and interactive. You also felt like you have met a real authentic, local person from the mountains. With great local knowledge!! I highly recommend this tour to anyone!!
Fouad M.
Yousef was an excellent guide, very kind and caring. As a solo traveller he ensured I was OK the entire day, offering that I sit up front in the van and making sure I had my own tagine to eat for lunch. We had a great hike and Yousef guided us well with a lot of interesting information about the region. The driver was also really lovely and smiley and kind. The length of the day out was just right, with an early start and enough time to get back for 6pm for other evening events. I would highly recommend this day out to everyone and highly recommend both Yousef and Elias as guides.
Oláh F.
An absolutely fantastic tour! We loved every minute of our trip and our tour guide Rachid Mazik was brilliant. He was very helpful, friendly and informative. He was very caring, well-mannered and supportive of our mum who needed more time for the hike, and tried to cater to everyone’s needs. The tour is very well structured, we got to see a bit of everything - from camel riding, to drinking traditional tea in a Berber home, and experiencing wonderful mountain views of the Imlil valley. We had tagine for lunch and it was amazing, we ate on a rooftop with a stunning view of the mountains. My mum and sister are vegetarians and they also enjoyed their food. Just wear good hiking shoes and ENJOY :)
Danielle A.
The actual tour was described as 1.5 hours. Shortly before we received a message that we will be picked up 2 hours earlier. Without any explanation. Then we were driven through the area for almost 2 hours and picked up a lot of people from their hotels. In addition, the driver kept on the phone while driving (without a hands-free system) and even made notes. It was a hell of a ride. The camel ride was really a very special experience, but it took maybe an hour in total. Then the whole trip went back and we were on the road for almost 5 hours in total. That was more than annoying and not booked anyway.
Darnell F.
Great experience in the desert! 2 hour ATV ride, 30 minute camel ride, a fire under the stars and delicious dinner. Everybody along the way is energetic and accommodating - they truly enjoy their job. Highly recommend for an adventure in Morocco! Incredible value - do not hesitate to book.

This tour was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Our tour guide Rachid Mazik was very helpful, friendly, informative and even invited us into his home in the village of Imlil for some lovely tea The day started off seeing how Argan oil is made. Then going to the villages towards the Atlas Mountains where the scenery was spectacular. There is even a waterfall that is well worth the trek. The camel ride at the end was also a pleasant experience. Highly recommend this tour. For £30, you cannot go wrong.
