Our guide, Frederico, was great. Very knowledgeable & despite having done the tour numerous times was still very enthusiastic about the Vatican & Sistine Chapel. We were in a small group of 9 so it was easy to follow the guide. The earpiece we each used enabled us to hear everything Frederico said. The only downside (& this is something out of the control of the tour co.) was the crowds, but apparently we were there in a quiet day. I would hate to be there when it’s busy!

It was definitely worth the guided tour, especially if you don't have an art history background. We went in October so the basilica was a lot less crowded than I would expect during peak tourist season, but it still saved us a pretty long wait in line.

All information about time and exact place before start of the activity was very useful and precise. Very good guide. But be aware that it will be very crowdy ! The guided groups compete with every one else, good though to get rid of the ticket queues.

Arrived early and went to st peters square and saw the Pope. What Luck. Walked around the east side wall to get to the Museum entrance and was able to walk past a huge entry line with the skip the line privs. Get the audio guide it worth the $10 to know what you are looking at.

While St. Peter's Basilica is free to enter, you can opt for a guided tour ticket that includes both the Vatican Museums and the basilica. If you enter on your own, you will be required to go through security, and lines can be long. It is advisable to hire a guide.

A bit difficult to find the ticket office to exchange the voucher for tickets, but it worked out fine. Worth not waiting on extra lines. Security is long enough. The Vatican museum is huge and well worth the visit. The actual Sistine Chapel part was a bit crowded and the attendants were rather rude. Yes, it is a sacred place, but shouting ""silence"" was a bit off putting overall.

Entrance for the individuals it separate from those who are in groups and those who still need to buy ticket. You surely skip the line with this ticket. This visit is definitley for the whole day so spare your time for it. Once you're in you need to o through many exhibitions in order to get to the Sistine Chapel. So enjoy it and do not rush. There is plenty of time. If you skipped something in the musem you can get back any time. In case you do not stop by each painting or state for minutes, you are definitley able to pass everything throughout the day. Take your time in Sistine Chapel, it is really life time experience. I recommend to learn some info ahead about the paintings so you can really focus on each part. There is very bad signal so you might not be able to google it once you're in there. At the end, we visited the St. Peter's square and the basilic. It is for free. For sure there will be huge line, but it is fast (we were in 40min inside) and it is worth to wait.

The tour start point was easy to find and the overall check in process was easy. Guide was very knowledgeable and great at checking in on the group to make sure we stayed together at all times. The Vatican & Sistine Chapel is a must do when in Rome so overall worth the time and money.

We met our host at the designated meeting place, she walked us to the entrance, gave us our tickets and a little information and let us be on our way. We are not much for large tour groups, we like to wander at our own pace so this was perfect for us!

Everything happened as expected. There was no queue at the entrance for those having online vouchers. First we passed through the security check, the we went to the Reception to change our voucher into tickets. It pretty straightforward what you have to do once you get there. People have to follow a visiting route (that's pretty well delimited, highlighted) and Sistine Chapel is almost at the end of this path. But overall it was okay, the price difference wasn’t that high.

We opted to upgrade to the audio guide and we would highly recommend that. You can do that once you’re there. The museum has great information and take a lot of time. The Sistine Chapel was off the charts! No pictures allowed in there and also be aware of the dress code. It’s a holy place and silence is a must. The Tourist station you check in at is a pink house opposite side of the museum.

Well, it's awesome and if you're thinking of buying those tickets, chances are you are aware of what's coming. Lines within the museum are massive, yet they move fairly well, unlike those that are outside of the museum. Incredible collection, definitely worth the visit from historical and educational point of view. And most of things are beautiful, truly

We were able to get right into the Vatican. We used the Rick Steeve's app (which is free to download) and took the self guided tour of the Vatican. We were late because of Uber issues and they were able to help us get into a later group. Very accommodating.

Very informative visit with an excellent guide! Veronica was very enthusiastic, pleasant and well informed. We were almost one hour late and the company were very nice and accommodated us into another tour. There was no stress or hassle as they stayed on the phone with me to tell me where to meet them. Bravissimo!

Definitely do the Vatican at least once with a guide. Our guide was a wonderful well travelled lady originally from Austria who knew so much about the Vatican and Italy (unfortunately I can remember her name, so sorry) by far the best guide we've had on our Italy trip

This tour was the best tour I had out of the rest of the ones done by magic worlds and it is because of the guide we had! He was not only very knowledgeable about the art work, he also really knew how to engage the audience by telling jokes and giving us fun little quizzes to make the experience an entertaining one! 100/100 would recommend it!

Visited the Sistine chapel and Vatican museum while in Rome. Needed to do the tour in a few hours due to commitments later and didn’t want the full guided tour. Met our contact outside the museum who guided us past the queues and into the correct entrance. This skip the line ticket allowed us quick entry into the museum where we picked up an audio guide. Excellent way of visiting the museum and Sistine chapel at your own pace.

We visited the Vatican museums. Considering the particular weekend we proceeded to purchase 5 tickets about a month before. We showed up at the indicated place, they gave us a bottle of water, and put a sticker on the chest to identify us. Together with an assistant we entered the line of groups skipping the kilometric lines, they replaced the tickets for us and we entered immediately. All flawless, considering that in 10 minutes we were already at the entrance turnstiles. An additional 15 euros well spent to skip the entrance line. It is worth it !!!

Very glad we got the skip the line ticket, but the bus tour through the gardens was disappointing. it was difficult to see anything from the bus we were on and the audio did not always match what we were looking at. The driver routinely stopped too far up from the interest points see them, let alone to take pictures. I would recommend a walking tour if you want to really enjoy the gardens

I booked a guided tour in Vatican, with my two children. The experience was really amazing! Our guide Antonio was such an informative, professional, kind and with a great sense of humour man. His knowledge about art was very impressed. We were really lucky to have him as our guide to our first visit in Vatican. Thank you!
