Small Group Tours in Rome

We had a very good guide with Maite. She gave us understandable and interesting information to this amazing site.

Took us around colosseum explained everything. The lower part was not accessible. Enough times for photos. Next stop was palatine hill and roman forum but once it ended we had only access to palantine hill and roman forum. If we wanted to go explore more of colossesum that was not possible as guided tour ends.

Thoroughly enjoyable tour of the Colosseum and the Roman Forum. Tour guide was knowledgeable but struggled to answer any questions which were additional to her tour information. Thank God for Google. Roman forum was lovely. Just a shame that once the tour was finished and we were left to explore the Roman Forum by ourselves, the place was closing. So we had to exit with loads still to see. Never the less I thoroughly enjoyed the tour and well worth the ticket price.

Great tour with a perfect guide. It was awesome, can highly recommend to anyone, dont overthink it cause it covers all you need. Also at the end on the way out you can go by yourself to the Dome cause you exit on that side so everything is covered.

Augustino was a fantastic tour guide! He was knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor, keeping us all entertained and at ease. The tour process was smooth and the headsets worked great. Loved the ease of getting around these 3 areas with guidance and minimal waiting. Would highly recommend this tour and guide!!

An informative tour about the Highlights of Vatican Museums, real detailed about the basic knowledge that anyone should have. Our guide was very knowledgeable and deliver to group all the information we need and answear to our questions. Very good English and pronounce.

Francesca was such a friendly, entertaining and knowledgable tour guide! I loved hearing about the history and imagining what the colosseum and forums would have been like thousands of years ago. I was very happy with the pace, there was plenty of time to look around and take pictures. I'd really recommend this tour if you want a deeper experience of these landmarks :)

Antonia is a wonderful guide - she made history come alive, she was informative, comprehensive, fun and amazing with the group. Very good guided tour with all the historical information needed. You go to colosseum, then palatin and you finish with the view on roman forum while the history is being expalined by your guide. Next, you are free to roam around roman forum by yourself.

Well well it is highly recommended to hire a guide as this is one of the magnificent and as we know, it is one of the wonders of the world and thus if you want to the deepest history and hidden facts about the colosseum then you should get this tour. We were fascinated by the structure, history and really enjoyed the tour.

This was a very in-depth tour that was informative and gave great photo opportunities around the Colosseum and atop Palatine Hill overlooking the Roman Forum. Tour guide was enjoyable, patient yet moved the group along in a timely fashion and was able to answer all questions.

A really informative and interesting tour of the Colosseum and Roman Forum. The guide was very knowledgeable but set a fast pace as there was so much to see and so much to tell us about. We learned far more than we would have done just wandering around on our own. We definitely recommend this tour.

Arena, Forum and Palatine Hill Guided Tour: We were lucky enough to have a small tour group of 8 people which made the experience more intimate and enjoyable. We were led by the wonderful Roberto who was amazing! He was very knowledgable, funny, interactive and passionate about his work. Roberto painted a picture of Ancient Rome and doing the tour gave us a much better understanding of the history of Rome and what we were looking at. The tour was around 3 hours long so definitely bring water and comfy shoes as there is lots of walking. Only slightly confusing part was at the very start while waiting at the meeting point as there was different tour groups all with the same coloured stickers so it wasn’t always clear which group we were meant to join.

We met at the meeting point and took the bus which was very comfortable and cool stopping for a break and driving through the beautiful city of Naples. Pompei was amazing. This was our first guided tour experience ever so we were a bit hesitant but it was absolutely worth it. These destinations are so overrun with tourists and so devoid of signage that it felt essential to have someone to help appreciate the ruins. We can't stop talking about all that we saw and will definitely be back!

"Very punctual, friendly. Rosa is very warm and takes care of all the details. Bruno, the Pompeii guide, is also very attentive and knows very well both the history of Naples and Pompeii itself. It was an excellent and unforgettable trip. Totally recommended. It's all day, you leave at 7:30 am and return at 7:30 pm, but it's well worth the effort to go. "

Very easy to locate our meeting spot and everyone was very helpful. The line to purchase tickets was extremely long and with the heatwave going through Rome in July it was definitely worth every penny to purchase the Skip-the-Line Tickets. We would not hesitate to purchase them again, even without a huge line and heat. Very organized and easy to get through with the freedom of walking the Chapel and Museums at your own leisure.

The security was extremely unfriendly except one guy, who was helpful and kind. It's a little bit unfair to pay a huge amount for have no permission to take one photo from Sistine Chapel, but it's beautiful and woth the stress, money and time what we spent there.

I’ll never forget my first time seeing the Colosseum. Even though it was pouring rain, we enjoyed our tour with our guide Lou. Lou gave so much detail on Roman history and was very interactive and funny. I felt very welcomed by her and she did a great job. Would definitely choose this company again.
