As you enjoy the beauties of the Grand Canal, admire the marvelous Palaces such as the Peggy Guggenheim Collection Palace, the Gritti Palace, the Salute Church, the Punta della Dogana.

Discover the worldwide-famous La Fenice Theatre and the Mozart House along the romantic and hidden waterways. At the end of your ride, enjoy a breathtaking view of the Saint Mark’s Basin with San Giorgio Island.

• The gondola may be shared with other guests depending on the option selected (maximum 5 people per gondola)
• The tour might not operate or the itinerary may change in cases of wind or bad weather
• The 45-minute experience is composed of a 15-minute introductory walking tour to the gondola followed by a 30-minute gondola ride (the introduction is not included if the private option is selected)
• For the Bridge of Sighs Shared Gondola Ride option, the introductory walking tour to the gondola is only available in English
• You may have to wait when boarding the gondola

Important Info

• The gondola tour is PRIVATE
• The price is per gondola and NOT per person
• This tour is not fully accessible to wheelchair users or people with reduced mobility
• Each gondola can accommodate a maximum of 5 people; the seat aboard cannot be chosen but will be assigned by the gondolier depending on guest’s weight
• The itinerary may change in case of wind or bad weather.
• Pets are not allowed on board the gondola
• Digital and printed vouchers are accepted (to be shown to the gondolier)
• No penalty for cancellation within 24 hrs before the tour. On line customer service 7 days a week, 9.30 am – 5.30 pm
• The tour does not operate in case of exceptionally bad weather or exceptionally high/low tide (in these cases it will be rescheduled for the following day or refunded)
• Please be at the meeting point 10 minutes before the departure time

Unfortunately we couldn’t hear the lovely guide whilst we were travelling back down the Grand Canal…the reception was poor…but it didn’t spoil our overall enjoyment of the tour….and the guide was a joy.

The guide was excellent. He gave us lots of information about the history of Venice. My only gripe would be to say he walked very fast and some people struggled to keep up with his. Perhaps this needs to be taken into account. The Gondola ride was beautiful. Very relaxing but it could have been even better had the Gondolier even so much as made eye contact with us. Had he been just a little bit cordial we would have given him a tip. That is not the fault of the guide or the tour company so overall this was a good activity
