Absolutely amazing day, the horror of Auschwitz was very emotional. Our guide was excellent and left nothing untold. Afternoon visit to the Salt mines again an outstanding guide and the mines themselves are stunning. It was a really well organised day and we felt truly looked after every step of the way.

An excellent trip. The tone of the guide's commentary was in keeping with the nature of the camp and was very informative. The tour was very well organised and the guide was very friendly and helpful. We were provided with a packed lunch, which was much more substantial than I was expecting. I'm really glad I visited the concentration/extermination camp, because it helped me to understand in a very immediate and profound way the horrors that were inflicted upon the prisoners. The cruelty that mankind is capable of is terrifying. However, given the atrocities that occurred at Auschwitz and Birkenau, and the emotional impact of the exhibits and the camp itself, it is probably a trip you only want to make once in your life. A very memorable trip to an exceptionally important historic site of remembrance.

The trip was brilliant. We travelled in extremely poor conditions, very heavy snow fall and very icy roads. The driver was fabulous. Very confident, safe and conscious of everything around us. My tour guide was Marta, she was clearly very knowledgeable and genuinely interested in the history she was telling us about. The tour itself was very fast moving and we were able to see quite a lot in a very short time. Wear comfy shoes because there's a LOT of walking and if going in winter, make sure you have your thermals because you're going to need them!

Unser Guide, eine Frau, den Namen habe ich leider nicht, war wirklich sehr gut. Mit sehr viel Wissen und guten zeitlichen Erzählungen hat sie uns durch die beiden Lager (Ausschwitz I und Ausschwitzll) geführt. Ich kann die Tour nur empfehlen, jeder sollte sich die Stätte und das dort verübte Grauen angesehen haben.

The tour was very well organised. The bus picked us up in the morning by our hotel, and we were transported to Auschwitz directly. At the museum we had a guide who shared important context to the exhibits. He was very knowledgeable. Throughout the tour we had clear communication with the organisers, and at the end they dropped us off at the hotel again. In the middle of the tour we has a short break for the packed lunch. Overall the tour is a very good value for your money.

I think the visit was a bit rushed. I would have liked to dwell more.

This was a well organised trip and guide with caring and sensitive hosts. I am from New Zealand, and was greatly appreciative of how this whole trip was facilitated. Very intense tour , but our guide talked us through the details with care and sensitivity which made the tour and trip as bearable as it could be. Many thanks and would recommend this highly.

Picked up on time , friendly driver, the guide was amazing , totally recommend this trip, if ever in krakow this is a must trip, very informative and sad at the same time .

We enjoyed the tour as much as you can enjoy a tour to this horrific place. The guide was informative and the tours all around us moved seamlessly on. There wasn’t much time for reading information on your own as the tour needed to keep moving. We liked the personal head set so we could all head the guide.

Thank you to our guide Pawel!! This experience was amazing from start to finish and Pawel was brilliant, really made the tour come to life with his knowledge of Auschwitz-Birkenau. He was really punctual and even asked us after the tour where we wanted dropping off in Krakow to make it easier to get to our accommodation. Can't recommend booking with these guys enough! 5****

Long day, but enjoyed every minute of it! Guides were brilliant and transport was very accommodating and reliable. Couldnt be happier with the day

The guide at Auschwitz-Birkenau was good and clearly knowledgeable and the guide at the Salt Mine was also good. However the host/driver was less helpful. She did not offer clear instructions or timings and appeared to be abrupt when asked about them. Timings seemed to change without explanation. Her manner has affected the overall scoring.

It’s an experience off a lifetime not to be missed from the bus pick up to the guides just perfection.
