It was a very well organized trip. Due to my mobile phone issue, we could not get the pick up details but local partner has assisted us in the morning without a problem. Peter picked us up from the location we chose previously and he assisted us in every stage of the trip. He was like our second guide :) I would like to comment in Turkish to make sure it can be seen from Turkish tourists. Kesinlikle öneriyorum

Excellent tour with an excellent guide. If you are too sensitive don't do it. But if you want to know the history as it was of the fields, there you have it.

Long day, but enjoyed every minute of it! Guides were brilliant and transport was very accommodating and reliable. Couldnt be happier with the day

Tours were very good and guides were very informative. It's a lot of walking so make sure your shoes are comfortable and broken in. There is so much to be shown, that at times it felt very rushed (7 minutes to eat lunch)! No time for toilet stops, drink breaks etc. I walked just shy of 14 miles across the two Auschwitz tours and the Salt Mines tours in one day.

Having read many books and watching many many movies I thought I was prepared. I was so mistaken. You can never prepare for the overwhelming feelings walking the same grounds as those murdered, forced to work, being starved to death and those who liberated. The sights, sounds, smells I’m sure haunted their dreams. It was 30+ degrees out the day we went and walking the concrete corridor to the starting point I was covered in goosebumps. Our guide was incredible and left us with a closing I will not ever forget. We must never forget those who died or those who survived. May they all rest in peace

On a whole it was a very good day! It was very interesting and the guide was very good. We would have preferred if the salt mines had been done last though, as it was a very hot day, and we were out in it at Auschwitz at the hottest part of the day! It made for a very very sweaty tour!! Also we would have liked more time to explore Auschwitz birkenau on our own after the tour as it was huge and we were only shown a tiny portion of it!

We had a lovely guide for the whole day tour who handed us off to two great tour guides. Very informative in both places with a few breaks for you to do what you needed (eat, drink or use the toilet). Only thing that was lacking was time to stop and look at things though this was not the fault of anyone it was just because there were so many tours happening you had to move on.

All in all the trip was well organised. Although we had booked with hotel pick-up, this could not be realized. The packed lunch was sufficient. Our guide (was a woman) was great. Because we were a relatively small group, she took her time and answered our questions. The visit to Auschwitz was very formative. Although we were there for about 5 hours at 30 degrees, we didn't mind because we were totally focused. This "experience" has a long-lasting effect.

Huge day, lots if walking, be prepared, auschwit z was amazing but felt a bit rushed, no time to stop and read the displays, but the guide was awesome, transport very good and comfortable, salt mine was a lot of walking for another 2.5 hours but super interesting, needed a dinner break to refuel, amazing to visit both places

Even with snow the tour went ahead as planned with no delays. The driver and guide were fantastic. The tour itself was very emotional but definitely worth a visit so you can have some comprehension of what happened. You are outside 50% of the time so if you go in the winter months you will need to wrap up warm

A pleasant young driver with an 8 seater van arrived at the designated pick up point on time. The van was clean and air conditioned. There was heavy traffic on the journey to Auschwitz. On arrival the driver gave us a guide book and advice both venues. He advised to go to Birkenau first on the free local buses and then return to Auschwitz to complete our tour. We took his advice and just had enough time to get both venues done before we returned to Krakow. The journey home was much quicker as there was less traffic.I aw

Extremely heart wrenching experience. Everything we were taught at school does no justice to the actual experience. I came in winter, so it was a little tough when the winds blow over the fields of ice. I don’t know how the prisoners managed to survive Polish winters with only rags on. Damian and Adrianna (our hosts) were fantastic.
