Very interesting, our guide Lukaz was absolutely amazing!!

The tours were amazing. The experience in Auschwitz and Birkenau were both sad and shocking. The guide did a great job with this sobering subject. The tour through the salt mine was fun and light-hearted, which allowed some emotional recovery. The transportation was okay, with pleasant drivers. However, the 8AM start time was changed to 5:45AM, so we could make a 7:30 tour. The tour didn't start until 8:30, so they had to cancel the hour break for lunch. It was a long day with little to no food.

Picked up on time , friendly driver, the guide was amazing , totally recommend this trip, if ever in krakow this is a must trip, very informative and sad at the same time .

The trip was great. The bus picked us up on the near bus station and took us to Auschwitz 1 and later to Auschwitz 2. The ride was comfortable and the guide was really nice. We were also very satisfied with lunchboxes (sandwiches with hummus and with ham, apples and chocolate bars). We wouldn't change a thing about the whole thing :)

It was a great experience and our guide was very knowledgeable. It was a long day but worth it.

The tour was an amazing experience! The guides were friendly, we got a private driver who was extremely helpful and kind and waited for us at every destination.

The tour guide was excellent, his English was extremely good and was very knowledgeable. Especially appreciated his word choice for subject. Transport was slightly late but was not the fault of the driver and was communicated to the group. We didn't see the barrack exhibitions but didn't feel this affected the quality of the tour and we didn't feel we missed anything. Appreciate the subject wasn't sugar-coated for tourists.

This day trip was great. The bus was on time and we had a great guide in Auschwitz. This guide also came with us to Birkenau. He really took the time for our group and was able to explain everything perfectly. We were very satisfied.

It was excellent! A long day, but everything was well organized. It started very early (at 5:50) which was not the time I selected, but I was already expecting it to change. The transport was well done, without waiting, the visit was excellent and I recommend it to everyone. We took lunch, but there is a restaurant in the salt mines. I think that the waiting time there may not be enough for some groups to have lunch.

Really well organised. It was a long day but a great experience. It was a good way of seeing all the main sites all in one day.

Very well organised! Kris the guide we had on the mini van was super! His English is very well pronouncdd and clear. He explained and showed us a video on our way. Also showed us the house of Rudolph Hess and took us to an extra part where deportees used to be stopped and a few people visit. Good idea to visit Auschwits2 first and then Auschwits1 to avoid the crowds. Highly recommend this. Thanks!

it was well organised, only the van was very small

we got a bolt ride to our meeting spot and they picked us up, it was around 1.30 coach ride (if you get travel sick make sure you take some tablets) our guide when we got there was lovely and very informative. i’d definitely recommend going. in total we were out for about 8 hours so pretty precise time wise. we didn’t opt in for lunch but we ended up being quite hungry however there was a cafe that sold food at the end if you do need to get something. overall 10/10

Paul exceeded our expectations of this trip although the experience was of sorrow with what happened at Auschwitz Paul was very informative and we certainly learnt alot with the information he gave us about Auschwitz and Kraków. Paul was very friendly and made us feel at ease as soon as he collected us we were made to feel like VIPs, he was very friendly and respectful and the vehicle was very smart, clean and safe.

An amazing day, picked up from our hotel and taken to a coach. The tour guide around Auschwitz was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. Salt mines were fantastic.

On a whole it was a very good day! It was very interesting and the guide was very good. We would have preferred if the salt mines had been done last though, as it was a very hot day, and we were out in it at Auschwitz at the hottest part of the day! It made for a very very sweaty tour!! Also we would have liked more time to explore Auschwitz birkenau on our own after the tour as it was huge and we were only shown a tiny portion of it!

Pick up was easy, although our original time did get changed however after seeing the queues at auschwitz this made total sense. Wieliczka was amazing, we enjoy it very much. Marcin was lovely he stayed with us all day, he was a great tour guide. We had a great day out, just be prepared for lots of walking and a very long day x

Well worth it. A surreal experience. Don’t plan on doing anything after, make this the one thing you do in the day. Just so much to process.

What a great day! The guided tour of the Auschwitz and Birkenau camp was very well done and explained, with a touching but important speech. As for the Wieliczka salt mines, it was just magnificent and also very well organized. I recommend this offer 100%, which allows you not to worry about transport and to fully enjoy the activities!
