really great and informative trip, with excellent transport and guide that's with you throughout the day. the only slight issue was the queues to get into Auschwitz, although the guide said it was an unusually busy day. it is also a long day with limited time for breaks, so I woukd recommend taking food with you. although there are bending machines outside auschwitz, and we had a quick 30 min break to grab some food before the salt mines. wear comfy shoes as there's a lot of walking involved

What a great day! The guided tour of the Auschwitz and Birkenau camp was very well done and explained, with a touching but important speech. As for the Wieliczka salt mines, it was just magnificent and also very well organized. I recommend this offer 100%, which allows you not to worry about transport and to fully enjoy the activities!

Trip was excellent but very tiring to do both tours on same day especially if not used to walking that much on one day. After all that walking, coach did not stop us in pick up point but further away - which meant more walking to our hotel

The Auschwitz excursion was our negative point because the guide did not explain the places of interest well and he was running around and we missed places, monuments, paintings that interested us. On the other hand, the salt mine was excellent since the guide cared that we understood everything and went at an appropriate pace.

Excellent trip, the tour guides for Auschwitz and the Salt Mines were both engaging and interesting and the transportation was comfortable. A long day but all made easier by the tour leader and it was so well organised. The only negative was that the Google maps link sent to us for the pick up sent us to the wrong place but we found everyone in the end!

This trip was okay. The guide provided by this company was great, very nice. However, the guide we had at Auschwitz was terrible. She walked so fast that you couldn’t keep up with her, she started talking before the entire group was present. The tour guide was so fast that you couldn’t even read the signs posted as she was moving on. She also spoke so fast that you couldn’t even comprehend what she was saying. It felt so rushed and I feel like I need to go back since I learned so little from the first trip. The salt mine was fine. Our guide, Anna was so sweet and knowledgeable. It’s a lot of walking and some cool salt statues but I could of done without it. My spouse however loved it.

Johanna was absolutely fantastic. So knowledgeable and passionate. The Auschwitz tour was amazing. Never experienced anything like it. The salt mine was nice, the sculptures are worth seeing although it doesn't feel like it when you are you are walking down all the steps, but the lift back up is tiny and cramped. Lots of waiting for the lift aswell.

At the price I paid, the excursion was very amortized... 10 hours of tour for this price including transportation and guide in both places. I recommend it.

felt the actual tour was rushed, would have preferred a much slower tour of the site
