Brilliant tour of the Salt Mines which was entertaining and informative. Guide for Auschwitz was excellent and really brought the horrible reality of it to life. Highly recommend.

The auschwitz tour was great, the guide was great and really informative! Nothing bad to say about this part of the trip. However, the salt mines on the other hand was a different story. The guide rambled on about things that were irrelevant. Didn’t explain what each part of the mine was. Said something and practically ran away from the group. As we chased after her she had already started speaking again so had no idea what was going on. Also spoke extremely fast so also didn’t help. Constantly on your feet for 3 hours (after being at auschwitz) in a boiling hot room with no where to put coats or bags. There were about 2 pretty rooms at the mines. And the only lift to get back up 850 steps was an old mine lift. That has definitely no health or safety checks on it. And has defo been on there for about 50 years. So scared us to death. On a whole the salt mines was a waste of time and money and would never ever do them again or recommend them! Auschwitz is a great tour! Book that itself.

A little confusion over shuttle buses, but it worked out well. Our tour guide was excellent. She really knew her stuff and made the whole experience very exciting.

We enjoyed the tour as much as you can enjoy a tour to this horrific place. The guide was informative and the tours all around us moved seamlessly on. There wasn’t much time for reading information on your own as the tour needed to keep moving. We liked the personal head set so we could all head the guide.

Pick up was great. Explanation of what to expect from the day explained well. Auschwitz birkenau was fantastic , museum and camp. Salt mine was just an hour too long. This tour got a bit boring and could have completed much sooner although an amazing mine !

Headline title says 1 Day Trip Auschwitz Birkenau and Salt Mines with Hotel Transfer. It’s only when you look further down in article it says salt mines only. 8 people on minibus and another couple thought they were booking as per title of advertisement and not only salt mines. Salt mines was beautiful.

This trip was okay. The guide provided by this company was great, very nice. However, the guide we had at Auschwitz was terrible. She walked so fast that you couldn’t keep up with her, she started talking before the entire group was present. The tour guide was so fast that you couldn’t even read the signs posted as she was moving on. She also spoke so fast that you couldn’t even comprehend what she was saying. It felt so rushed and I feel like I need to go back since I learned so little from the first trip. The salt mine was fine. Our guide, Anna was so sweet and knowledgeable. It’s a lot of walking and some cool salt statues but I could of done without it. My spouse however loved it.

Everything that was expected. Very well organised.

Very good trip, everything was explained and communication was great. Meeting point was easy to find and journeys were comfortable.

Unser Guide, eine Frau, den Namen habe ich leider nicht, war wirklich sehr gut. Mit sehr viel Wissen und guten zeitlichen Erzählungen hat sie uns durch die beiden Lager (Ausschwitz I und Ausschwitzll) geführt. Ich kann die Tour nur empfehlen, jeder sollte sich die Stätte und das dort verübte Grauen angesehen haben.

This trip was a major highlight of our holiday. The whole day was very well organised with the visit to Auschwitz first then the Salt Mine in the afternoon. We opted for the packed lunch option which was great to snack on during the journey between the camp and mine as there is a lot of walking involved and an early start to the day. Both tour guides for Auschwitz and the Salt Mine were exception and shared so much knowledge. Sandra the tour guide taking us to to each place was very friendly and organised.

Excellent communication and pickups on time as always, the only thing that let it down was the tour guide could have been better a bit more informative.

The start of the day we really enjoyed. But the afternoon(salt mine) wasn’t really for us, it was very long winded and not what we expected. Lord of statues and not much of the “mine” we expected. Something that took 2.5 hours but I’d of been happy with a 30 min walk through. As I said the morning was brilliant (auschwitz) very moving. The guides through out the whole day were very knowledgeable and friendly. Coach driver also friendly and informative

insanely well organised. I was called + got a message the day before for the exact pick up location and time (we had to walk like 4 minutes). The bus then left on time, our guide picked us up in front of the bus, we visited Auschwitz first, then a short bus drive to Birkenau. 20 minutes after we left back to Auschwitz and around 7.5 hours later we were back home.

Long day, but enjoyed every minute of it! Guides were brilliant and transport was very accommodating and reliable. Couldnt be happier with the day

The pick from our hotel was on time,the driver was excellent and pointed out landmarks during the drive. The guide at Auschwitz was brilliant and knew the dates and explained everything. The whole day was excellent and well worth it. The lunch box was more than adequate.

The day was lovely , our guide so so knowledgeable, our driver so so friendly , polite and helpful . Don’t think our day would of been as organised and informative without the 2 of them

A really nice but also moving trip

Very informative guide, answered all questions without fail. Lots to see and get an understating for what people went through all those years ago
