Picked up on time , friendly driver, the guide was amazing , totally recommend this trip, if ever in krakow this is a must trip, very informative and sad at the same time .

We had a lovely guide for the whole day tour who handed us off to two great tour guides. Very informative in both places with a few breaks for you to do what you needed (eat, drink or use the toilet). Only thing that was lacking was time to stop and look at things though this was not the fault of anyone it was just because there were so many tours happening you had to move on.

Everything was very well-organised - we got picked up from Krakow on time and the tour guide was super friendly, very welcoming and very knowledgable. He was full of interesting facts about Polish history, landmarks and Auschwitz. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone wanting to visit Auschwitz and learn about the history.

The guide was very knowledgeable and gave a very interesting insight into how the prisoners were treated.

We enjoyed the tour as much as you can enjoy a tour to this horrific place. The guide was informative and the tours all around us moved seamlessly on. There wasn’t much time for reading information on your own as the tour needed to keep moving. We liked the personal head set so we could all head the guide.

On a whole it was a very good day! It was very interesting and the guide was very good. We would have preferred if the salt mines had been done last though, as it was a very hot day, and we were out in it at Auschwitz at the hottest part of the day! It made for a very very sweaty tour!! Also we would have liked more time to explore Auschwitz birkenau on our own after the tour as it was huge and we were only shown a tiny portion of it!

All tours were fantastic and guides were very knowledgable and really made the experience! We also ordered the packed lunch that was on offer and it was more than worth the money! Would definately recommend! 10/10!!

The tour was very well organised. The bus picked us up in the morning by our hotel, and we were transported to Auschwitz directly. At the museum we had a guide who shared important context to the exhibits. He was very knowledgeable. Throughout the tour we had clear communication with the organisers, and at the end they dropped us off at the hotel again. In the middle of the tour we has a short break for the packed lunch. Overall the tour is a very good value for your money.

Its great and very well organised, everyone should go once in there lifetime and our driver was lovely to.

Unser Guide, eine Frau, den Namen habe ich leider nicht, war wirklich sehr gut. Mit sehr viel Wissen und guten zeitlichen Erzählungen hat sie uns durch die beiden Lager (Ausschwitz I und Ausschwitzll) geführt. Ich kann die Tour nur empfehlen, jeder sollte sich die Stätte und das dort verübte Grauen angesehen haben.
