Get off the beaten path of Venice, away from the crowds. With a guide, explore the heart of Venice, including lesser-known areas, rich with history such as the Rialto Bridge.

Visit the labyrinth of “calli” and “campi” (narrow Venetian streets and squares) and find hidden architectural gems such as Marco Polo's House, a building believed to be the home of the famous explorer, marked by a white plaque and now used as a theater.

Continue to the Fenix Theatre, where Giuseppe Verdi and many other great composers performed their masterpieces. Pass through St. Mark's Square with its stunning monuments as well as Doge's Palace, Basilica, and many other historic buildings.

Choose an optional gondola ride and discover the canals of Venice. During your gondola ride, admire Venice's highlights, such as the Mozart House, the Fenice Opera House, the Grand Canal, and more. You will end the tour at Piazza San Marco.

I have been to Venice before. I was amazed at how much I learnt on this guided tour. My guide was Francesco, who was brilliant. We visited the back lanes and off the beaten tracks of the city, which was fabulous. We went over lots of the little bridges, requiring mobility so would suggest other travellers make sure that it is right for them. I paid about 24 euros which was excellent value- it lasted just under 2 hours. I was the only one on the tour and I appreciated them running it. Meeting ...

Not to miss! We recommend it at the beginning of the stay. Very interesting with lots of little anecdotes depending on the place. There is a nice balance between historical and anecdotal aspect. Our older teenagers were receptive to the explanations and loved this visit. Our guide who has lived all his life in Venice gave us the good sides of Venice, the good tips. She gave us advice for certain purchases (and it was not easy to find the place afterwards without having taken notes). And she a...

This tour is definitely for people who don't have any hearing issues there were no Audio-receiver devices (groups over 10 people) to assist and need to huddle up with group so as to not to miss out on information. Live tour wasn't for my husband was is impaired. It should have been stated not suitable for audio impaired. Some parts of the tour had interesting facts and unusual areas of interest so that was the goid to see in Venice.

The walking tour was really nice, allowing you to see unusual spots in Venice you wouldn't normally stumble upon. The gondola ride was amazing, the ride was so peaceful, and the views were incredible. The only slight downside was the guide would begin to walk to the next stop with no warning, which wasn't a massive problem but would have been nice to know we were moving on. Overall an amazing experience.

The tour was very informative and a small group of about 10 people (other tours we walked past had more than double this). The tour lasted around 100 mins and left dead on time and was easy to find the meeting point. A substantial time was spent at each location and this is a fantastic thing to do at the start of your trip to help you work out other things you would like to do whilst you are in Venice. Main points included: San Marco Square and facts about it, iconic Venetian locations such a...

There were two of us and we booked an hour walk with a guide. It was easy to book and I would highly recommend it. We were only in Venice for two days and the walking tour gave us so much information and helped us to get orientated. It very much added to our trip!!

It was a real pleasure to do this tour. Francesco the guide is excellent telling good stories, showing details, giving useful information and making the tour interesting for everyone ( there was an 9 years old boy in the group and he was completely integrated) Very interesting to visit the streets with a Venitian approach.
