As for the visit to the Sagrada Familia, it was great. Of course, when you booked it, it said that it would pick you up and drop you off at your hotel, and that's how the pick-up went, but they didn't take us back to the hotel, we stayed at the Sagrada Familia. And in terms of security in the COVID-19 situation, nothing to object to, everything perfect, no problem and no complications.

It is a must to do a Hop On, Hop Off Tour Bus when visiting Barcelona. This tour will give you an opportunity to preview all the beautiful places in Barcelona and then decide which one you want to go for a full visit. It saves you time and energy. It was a pleasant experience.

I enjoyed the experience of riding a bike in Barcelona! The weather was amazing, the group was great, and the guide was excellent! However, if you like to take your time at places, taking pictures, this is definitely not the kinda tour you would like to go. I just found out I’m a walking tour person because I love taking pictures.

Would suggest a hop on/hop off the day of arrival to get a lay of land and see the city in short time period to allow for selections of sites to revisit later. The stations were easy to locate using their map and guide. We missed our first tour on date of arrival due to weather delay in USA arriving 3 hours late so this option on date of arrival would have been perfect. Excellent and informative tour with guide Raul. Having advance ticket meant not waiting in line. Getting information about the structure, its history as well as information about Barcelona and Catalonia was invaluable in appreciating La Sagrada Familia.

Our tour guide is Cel. She was very paitience with all the question posted and gave very detail information on sagrada familia The tour was conducted in both english and spanish and she is fluent in both. Often also translate and share what are the question posted to her.. Beyond sagrada familia, she is also very willing to share abd recommend on places to visit and eat jn Barcelona.

Christina was our host in rather a largish group and made each person feel special by tailor the tour to those who had some difficulty with the steps. The tour it's self took in all the fun facts about this Parc and its designer, Gaudi. Certainly a must do in BCN

Guide was very knowledgeable, kind respectful. We enjoyed tour very much. Makes a difference to do the Sagrada Damilia tour privetly. There are so many details that can’t be covered in regular tours.

This was one of the best experiences I have ever had on a trip. We are completely in love with the way we were conducted throughout the game. The questions and challenges were extremely well designed. The information we learned about the architecture of the city was fantastic, in such an enjoyable and fun way. It enriched our eyes and stimulated us to stop superficially looking at the beauties we found along the way. We really want to do other trails similar to this one!

Unfortunately, I cannot remember our guides name but she was a lovely lady. She worn an eye patch if this helps. She was extremely informative and I believe gave us more in depth information which made our visit enjoyable. The park staff were so helpful as we had gone to the wrong gate. I would definitely recommend booking with this company, tickets were received instantly and regular updates and remiders.

Very good experience with the guided tour. Luxury Ernest, very professional, friendly, dynamic and at all times adapting to the group, (girls aged 7,10 and 11 with two adults). We have learned many things about the city and some super nice anecdotes. The bikes are in perfect condition and super comfortable as well as models for the little ones. Highly recommended, thanks for everything.

I can not imagine touring either the Parq Guell or the Sagrada Familia without his detailed description of Gauli's conception for either place. Our guide Sarah was awesome and we really had fun with her. We were lucky that we were the only participants and this gave us a private tour. Based on Sarah's recommendation, we opted for the "small" eBikes, which was a great thing for us as eBike newcomers due to the maneuverability and low weight. After instruction and trying out, this informative and entertaining tour started. We also got great tips for our further stay in Barcelona and used them. We can warmly recommend the tour and Sarah with a clear conscience.

This tour was fantastic! Our guide, Ale was incredible! She was so knowledgeable and thorough and could answer questions without hesitation. The tour allowed us to see Gaudi's highlights in one day, and provided comfortable transportation. La Sagrada Familia was absolutely breathtaking and that's where the tour ended so we were able to stay as long as we wanted. I highly recommend this tour!!

Excellent! my guide was Miguel and he is an incredible excuse, I had some delays due to the connection with the bus but they waited for me, besides the explanation was super exact, I was able to walk the entire park after the guide and take photos, I totally recommend it

This place is fascinating but lots of walking and very confusing map makes it tricky. Only 1 small to go restaurant. Here and there people sell water some for 2 euros, most for 1.5 euros. But go early! It can get ridiculously crowded! Or go late in afternoon. There are a lot of wooded trails but it still can get very hot. It’s worth it, though.

Very interesting and the guide pointed out things you wouldn’t notice if you did the tour by yourself. I would make the guide however look more obvious as I walked past like 3 times trying to find them, maybe carry a yellow umbrella or something to make the meeting point even more obvious.

Guide Dani went to a lot of trouble to show us Barcelona in an exciting and, above all, interesting way. Very friendly and organized. Was very fun!

Extremely detailed explanation; Sagrada Família is such a wonder in the world. I enjoyed the tour a lot. It took 1.5h but it’s not enough for such an enormous art. The guide talked about all essential stuff then after the tour, we revisited the whole church especially the museum section to grasp more info. Overall, no line, good guide, good value for money.
