Fun, informative, the kids loved their half term treat

We had the start at 5:45 pm and could enjoy the sunset over London. Was a great experience with champagne and chocolate.

It was very good especially Madame Tussaud's, too bad there were not more celebrities. Not too much tail it goes quickly. London eye was cool but good for 30 min after you get bored. And Sealife cool too especially for children, I was able to touch a starfish so that's a plus. I highly recommend.

Loved the sights from the Eye!

"I LOVED THIS BOOK!!! At first i was sceptical about it being written as a screen play and actually took me months before I would even read it & I am a HARRY POTTER & BOOK LOVER, but I was VERY HAPPILY SURPRISED. It being written in screen play format did not take away from the book at all & it felt as if the original writer picked up where they left off. REALLY HOPE A MOVIE IS MADE & we can see a FULL ENDING to the Harry Potter series play out on the big screen!!!"

One of the highlights of my week in London! The trip gives you an overview of the city’s layout to help plan the rest of your trip. You can use it as your transport to Greenwich and the Tower of London and enjoy a leisurely boat trip while you’re at it. The commentary was fantastic…equal parts history and witty commentary with a few ‘dad jokes’ thrown in for good measure. I would highly recommend this experience!

just amazing, me and my family enjoyed the time.

The hop on hop off feature was great however it wasn't made clear that you needed to reserve a timeslot to ride the London Eye. When we checked in to get our ticket for the bus they told us the Eye was sold out for the day which was pretty upsetting. The Big Bus concierge at the Westminister Bridge stop told us to check back at noon to see if anything had opened up. We did so and we were able to secure a slot...so kudos to him for his customer service! It just needs to be plainly spelled out that when you get your voucher you also need to make reservation for the Eye! In addition it would be good if the stops were clearly marked with the corresponding numbers on the Big Bus map as some were difficult to identify.

"This is a really fun attraction, and I would definitely recommend it to a Harry Potter fan. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, very happy to chat to you about the exhibits or the books and films in general. The cafe has tasty treats at reasonable prices, and the gift shop is a nice size, full of things for fans of the series to enjoy. The Ministry of Magic ID cards, and chance to get your photo taken on a broomstick make for fun souveniers."

The tour was wonderful! We didn't get to go to buckingham palace, so our guide took us around to other sights in the city. John was so nice and full of knowledge, and he was by far the nicest person we have encountered in London.

It's a cool ride. Nothing surprising but it's worth going at least once. It's very slow, this way you can see the entire area around Londo Eye. I recommend it.

It is a bit difficult to find out of the system for this kind of double ticket. It could be stated clearly that time booking for the wheel is not neccarssary. And to take a screen shot of the tickets because they dissapear from the app. After the first event. The staff was very helpfull and it worked out fine.

the stunning view of London is magnificent but does not justify the price of the activity.

The tour started a bit delayed at we were waiting for others to arrive but once it got going it was brilliant. Louis made us feel welcome by starting with a Harry Potter quiz and as we walked he pointed out some local London sites. The speed was good and you stop regularly so you can’t get lost. The tour covers a wide variety of locations from filming locations to destinations that inspired JK Rowling. At various points you will be reminded of the films using clips shown on a. iPad. This makes the tour very accessible, even if you haven’t watched or read Harry Potter recently. When crossing Millennium Bridge look out for the chewing gum art! I also particularly enjoyed the whomping willow in the beautiful garden surrounded by Tulips! Couldn’t have asked for a friendlier, more knowledgeable guide.

"The guides/workers were good and very helpful. In the future I'd do winsor castle on our own since it is connected via rain to London. The trip back we had to search for our driver (a new driver and new bus) since they didn't meet us where the first driver said they'd meet us. We spent more time than necessary with the travel to and from Windsor and the London Eye. Next time we'll take the rails and tubes and go on our own "

Calum was super knowledgable about the locations. He made the walks between places fun and interesting. Always willing to give time for us to take as many pictures as we wanted

Very interesting activity that I recommend without hesitation to visit London and the places of certain Harry Potter filmings. I try our guide was great.

Me and my family went on this tour 2 adults and 2 children (9+15). I’m so glad we had booked this tour it was really exceptional, we all enjoyed it very much. The tour man was great he was very good at his job. Sorry forgot his name. The cruise down the river Thames was also amazing the guy on there made us all very welcome and pointed out all the different place down by the river. Amazing. Finally we had the London eye booked on our tour. (Don’t be put off by the queue) the queue was really long but went down in no time. This was an amazing experience. I’d highly recommend this tour it’s great. Thanks again for an amazing experience.
