Jamie O.
The duration is perfect, we didn't get tired of the boat and there's enough time to visit and explore the islands. The check-in process was easy to find, was a very relaxing activity. I recommend it, Murano is the most famous for the crystal handcrafted goods, but Burano is prettier in my opinion and we liked most.
Clifford B.
The tour guide was very helpful and was pointing out various landmarks around the islands. The passengers were split into two groups, one each for two glass factories on Murano. We went to the Mazzucato factory which had a very good demonstration of glass blowing
Maurilio B.
Brilliant tour from Mano. Broadened our horizons and showed us Venice is more than Piazza San Marco
Steve
The trip was in a beautifully restored fishing boat - a picture perfect way to spend several hours exploring the other islands. Watching glass blowing on Murano was fascinating, but you do need to be strong to resist the underlying pressure to spend money in the shop afterwards. Burano with its colourful houses was simply stunning and Torcello was so peaceful, it seemed to offer the perfect escape from the pressures of our busy lives. Our guide was charming and unobtrusive - I would definitely recommend this as a great way of exploring the smaller islands.
Calvin J.
Most of the allotted time at Murano was spent in a queue getting off the boat and then waiting for the glass blowing demonstration. There was no time to see Murano itself. The demonstration was good though, the glass is beautiful. Tip, sit downstairs on the boat and get off quickly. Burano was lovely, and we had time to walk around and get lunch.
Andrea
Selina was a very special guide. She was informative, patient, very good English and so attentive to us. The boat was great. We loved every minute. This trip helped us to understand and appreciate these islands and their importance to Venice.
Maureen M.
Loved the extra time in beautiful Burano. Feel like me and my partner got good experience seeing both islands.
Herbert
The speakers were very bad. It was almost impossible to understand the guide
Rayk S.
Our guide David was exceptional. So many interesting pieces of history, personal stories and insights. It was like spending the day with a local friend.
Janece
We had a great time! Although it was rainy, we got to see the glassblowing and lacemaking and still had free time. The boat ride was nice, and our guide Christina B was amazing and both informative and funny.
Marco
Great experience and not too expensive! I’m giving only 4 stars because they got held up and we lost time to visit the island of burano… we only got 1h30 there
Cara S.
Tourist guides are very knowledgeable and inform in different languages. Going to the glass town of Murano is a must while being in Venezia. The boat ride is very pleasant and can be enjoyed from the inside and outside. The time and hours are more than enough as you get to experience some creations of glass objects, enjoy the colorful town of Burano and make it back to Venezia on time for a wonderful afternoon and late lunch if you didn’t have a bite in Burano.
Adalrico C.
Outstanding visit. The guide Giovanna made us feel at home, prepared and professional. The whole visit is an unmissable emotion to give to yourself and your family. Exceeded our expectations
Peter
Enjoyable but the boat journey wasn’t that comfortable
Proserpina V.
It was so well coordinated and informative!

A very nice tour. Our first stop, Murano, was interesting because you could see the glass blowing workshop, but otherwise it was rather unspectacular. Burano, on the other hand, is a very beautiful, small, picturesque town. It would have been nice to have had a little more time there (it was about 1 1/2 hours on this tour)
Mae R.
A wonderful excursion with Monica, an exceptional guide. My children aged 4,7,9,11 and 16 as well as myself loved it
Matroniano M.
Great guide and the islands of Murano and Burano were magnificent!
Magdalena
Our guide, Serena, was an awesome storyteller! All the facts she presented to us about Venice were extremely interesting, and I'm pretty sure I will remember many details thanks to her narrative devices ;) The trip itself was amazing as well. Murano was impressive (as the island of magical craftsmanship) and Burano was simply beautiful and breathtaking.
Markéta
We liked the punctuality of the transportation. There is not so much time to check the islands and you could totally skip torcello. But overall it was very nice!
Samuel
Not enough time to spend on the islands and not very much info given out by guide as well as being difficult to hear
Deborah S.
Valerio was the BEST tour guide on our north Italy trip! So very personable, and communicated with us DIRECTLY which was amazing, and better than any other excursion! Was very neat to see the "islands" AND the "mainland"....You really don't realize how BIG Venice is....its truly a city on water! Water taxi all day for $25 bucks, WOOT! SO.MANY.ISLANDS....a must do tour in a must do city! This place was simply amazing and beautiful. We miss you already Valerio, HUGS!
Peggy E.
Boat ride pleasant Not enough time given at glass blowing in our opinion Lace making interesting again not enough time Note that it says tour is 4.5 hours That does not include the boat ride return so add another 35-40 to your day
