• The summit floor may be closed to the public on rare occasions because of the maintenance, as well as unsafe conditions or unexpected elevator malfunctions. In these cases, discounts and refunds are not guaranteed
• Your cruise ticket might be used on another day, but your Louvre ticket must obligatory be used on the scheduled tour date
