Warm appetizer: Poultry soufflé with game sauce, cranberries, and bird salad;French onion soup made using Balatonfelvidék sauvignon blanc reduction and parmesan cheese.
Main dish: Sous-vide sirloin beef steak with wild mushroom sauce and French potato gratin.
Dessert: Kaiserschmarnn with homemade jam.
Poultry Menu (option B):
